Select what you want, try them on (yes!! they have dressing rooms!) and pay for it all in one transaction. The inventory is hit and miss; each seller has their own "style" as well as sizing. Some sections have only women's clothing, others have a mix of mens, womens and even children. There's a small poster above the rack that explains what you'll find in that section. I love supporting local folks and this is a great way to do it. The pricing was also fair-not quite thrift store, but better than what you'll find at the mall. I was happy with my finds!

Made to measure from head to toe. I came to know of this place because my classmate's brother is the head guy in the downtown SLC location. Let me tell you this, Tanner knows his stuff. I know my way around a suit fairly well, but what Tanner knows if far and beyond my knowledge. I was a little hesitant at first because I didn't think they'd be able to cut my suit just right, but thankfully I was wrong. I ordered a black suit for a wedding. The price beat what Nordstrom and other retailers were offering for similar suits, but the biggest selling point is that it was designed specifically for me. Once the suit was ready (5-6 weeks later, don't expect a quick turn around time), I went in for a trial fitting where any final adjustments could be made. I sort of freaked out when the pants didn't fit because I thought it couldn't be fixed. I go back a week after alterations and they fit amazing. The suit looks great. The price, in my opinion was very reasonable, and the style of suit I got was something I wasn't able to find anywhere else. Best thing yet, when you're ready for a new suit, they have all your measurements so all you have to do is pick out your fabric and style and you're all set, unless you either gained or lost a lot of weight.

HOWEVER, I found this little number right as I was walking out the store and it was exactly what I was looking for - a Baileys, handcrafted polyester flat-cap in just the perfect color! It fits great and looks nice. It's polyester so it'll keep the head cool during the summer months. Great find. The store has a center area with fragrances and shaving products for men. The amount of my refund was far below what I paid. I was told I'd have to go home and buy the next size up then bring both pants in if I wanted a full refund. I did this and somehow the next size up is also too small. I go back and bring both in and am offered the same small refund. They don't refund your shipping cost even if you're exchanging for size because their sizing is weird and you are for sure buying the bigger item! So in the end, I have a pair of too small pants that cost me $57 when they retail for $35

There was more than enough room to go around, but she was just upset I was asking my wife for her opinion. Then a "REMEMBER if it doesn't fit put it here don't put it there". I'm fine with a reminder, but tone and body body language really play a large part in how something is communicated. This should definitely be addressed. Additionally, all the dress shirts are skinny or slim fit and mostly all blue. Not much of a variety.

We continue to shop and then they tell my mother in law that it was actually on hold for someone else and that they were coming to pick it up later. I speak to an employee telling her we will stick around to see if anyone picks it up and if not we will buy it and she was very insistent that this customer was "coming." My daughter waited near the front check-out desk to see if anyone came to pick up the bag the entire time and no one had come and then all of a sudden they said the customer had come, but my daughter never saw them take the bag out or sell it. It was apparent that the entire staff including assistant manager? knew about the situation and were all in on it. I'd really rather go to uptown murray or any other location now. I can't believe they would be this shiesty of human beings. I've recommended this location to my co-workers and friends which have shopped and sold their clothing items here, but I will definitely be notifying them of this situation and recommending they go elsewhere. Shiesty people aren't trustworthy. I'll take my recommendations, money and clothing elsewhere.
