I dropped just under $200 on 5 different pieces, a cardigan, a sweater, & 3 dresses and I could not be more in love! Some places you can tell by the fabric that it was "made cheap" but this place is just the opposite! I somehow found a way to wear all 5 pieces within the first 3 days of my purchase. No buyers remorse. Worth every penny! I will be back! Not to mention, I came into their store 10 minutes before closing and both the woman let me stay to try on things and asked cheered me on when I came out to show them!

Still strolling... it's been too long and I needed the stuff I got. There! Justified... I've been a Nordstrom shopper since 1984 and the quality is readily available...it's not priced as well as other discount stores but it's high end items that may not have sold in the big store so here we go with 40-50% off regular Nordstrom store prices. And the people were nice to me. Not a small business I suggest supporting but this was for me. Have a great day.

Removing a star because of the customer service in the fitting rooms - there was a grouchy older…read morewoman who got me into a room but made you feel guilty for using it or if the item didn't fit. Also, the fitting rooms are not roomy, neither are the isles. So if there's two people in there, it can get crowded walking by. I was standing up against the wall asking my wife for her opinion, making sure I wasn't blocking anyone when all the sudden I hear a very rude "EXCUSE ME" like I was blocking everything. There was more than enough room to go around, but she was just upset I was asking my wife for her opinion. Then a "REMEMBER if it doesn't fit put it here don't put it there". I'm fine with a reminder, but tone and body body language really play a large part in how something is communicated. This should definitely be addressed. Additionally, all the dress shirts are skinny or slim fit and mostly all blue. Not much of a variety.

You…read morewon't see it from the freeway, which almost makes it feel like a hidden secret, but once you walk into the outlet courtyard, Big Jack looms tall and sets the stage for some spooky-season magic. This isn't a haunted house--so no worries about jump scares--but more of a giant, family-friendly Halloween display that's perfect for kids of all ages. The size of Big Jack is impressive up close, and the whole setup gives off just the right amount of spooky without being scary. Think "festive fall fun" more than "nightmare fuel." Parents can relax knowing it's free, safe, and easy to enjoy while shopping or grabbing a snack at the outlets. Kids absolutely love running around and posing for pictures, and honestly, I did too. It's a great spot for photos, a fun place to let the little ones burn off some energy, and a memorable way to get into the Halloween spirit without spending a dime. ACTUALLY THE MOST SHIESTY WORKERS. SUPER DISAPPOINTING. 6/2/26…read moreThere was a coach purse my daughter saw the workers talking about it and trying on during their work shift and my daughter saw it and was interested in it but was nervous to ask about it so we (myself and my mother in law) asked about the coach purse and they let us look to see the condition and we said we will take it and asked them to hold for us until we were done shopping and they said they would. We continue to shop and then they tell my mother in law that it was actually on hold for someone else and that they were coming to pick it up later. I speak to an employee telling her we will stick around to see if anyone picks it up and if not we will buy it and she was very insistent that this customer was "coming." My daughter waited near the front check-out desk to see if anyone came to pick up the bag the entire time and no one had come and then all of a sudden they said the customer had come, but my daughter never saw them take the bag out or sell it. It was apparent that the entire staff including assistant manager? knew about the situation and were all in on it. I'd really rather go to uptown murray or any other location now. I can't believe they would be this shiesty of human beings. I've recommended this location to my co-workers and friends which have shopped and sold their clothing items here, but I will definitely be notifying them of this situation and recommending they go elsewhere. Shiesty people aren't trustworthy. I'll take my recommendations, money and clothing elsewhere.
