The Lehi Costco continues to be one of the better locations along the Wasatch Front, and for good reason. The produce section alone is worth the membership. The fruit is consistently fresh and the value per pound beats just about anything you will find at a traditional grocery store. We rarely leave without loading up on berries, bananas, or whatever is in season, like mangoes these days, and it almost never disappoints. A couple of things I would love to see improved: the women's clothing selection could use more variety and more frequent rotation. It feels like the same styles sit there for weeks. More importantly, mixing women's and men's clothing in the same section makes the whole area feel cluttered and harder to shop. Keeping those sections distinct would go a long way. Finding a staff member to help you is hit or miss, and even then the interaction can feel rushed or unwelcoming. To be fair, that seems to be the tradeoff you accept at a warehouse store. A solid warehouse club, just come with a list or you will leave with a 72 pack of danishes you did not plan on. read more

This Costco is great! The staff are very helpful. I like to go on Saturdays around lunch time -- they have the most samples during that time haha. Costco is my favorite grocery store. Everything is such a good value. I'm so happy to see that they are offering more and more Asian products. Both the Chinese and Koreans dumplings are delicious and a good deal! Auto service center is excellent here. I wish they had additional employees in this auto shop to keep up with all of us customers but the staff is great. I have a tire going flat so I go to get it fixed. I need to be able to drive to work. How am I supposed to make an appointment for later? They say they are busy but I have to have the car so I take my chances with walk in. Wait for 2 hours with no update. Go back to see if the car has even been looked at and the employees are just chatting back behind the tires. Get told they're too just and probably not going to get to it today. Disclaimer: I love Costco, seriously I really do; that's why it's so hard to write a bad review, but I've been so upset and disappointed in the Lehi Costco's Tire Center and there isn't an individual Yelp Page for their Tire Center, so here it is. We purposely bought tires at Costco because they have good service...yet every experience we've had at their Tire Center has been terrible! Multiple times I have made appointments to get my tires rotated and when I bring it in, they say that it will be a couple hours because "they are swamped" and "are way behind" on cars that day. What's the point in having an appointment? Finally after a few attempts at having my tires rotated I asked what I needed to do to actually get them done without waiting for hours (having 2 kids under 2 waiting at a Costco for a couple hours is not enjoyable) The guy said..."well don't come on a Monday or Friday, or the weekend, and the earlier you come in on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday, the better." I'm sorry, but again, what's the point in having an appointment?! Now, come to today. Our tire warning light came on, so today we decided to go to the Sandy Costco Tire Center to try a different Costco and they were amazing. Unfortunately, they told us that the tires that we bought from the Lehi location just last year had no kind of mileage warranty on them...which was never told to us! The majority of their other tires do, but the ones that the guy suggested to us and was more expensive, didn't have a warranty so we were screwed. So upset and angry with this situation. Do not go to this location for any tire needs! Seriously, go to the one in Sandy if you need to go to a Costco Tire Center. So upset! read more

The only complaint I can really have is that the crowds are usually pretty bad at this Costco. Other than that, what's not to like? Your membership pays for itself if you buy gas here. I will never not get a hot dog or slice of pizza at the food court, and they've always got great deals on a number of items. Recently I was surprised that somehow they even had the two TV models I've been deciding between on display, and a knowledgeable crew member that helped talk me through some of the differences between the two models. I haven't used the auto center at this one, but I have at the Sandy one and expect this one has the same great service. Costco just can't be beat. I use my membership all over the place. Every Costco location seems to offer something special. Overall a visit tends to start with good intentions. Get gas. Get a pizza. Get lightbulbs. With the layout and the vast variety in their displays you've been enjoying, you find yourself with a cart overflowing with new things, things you just noticed or multiples (it's a gift for...). Life changes inside a Costco. This site invites the customers to see more, find more and take a loan against your home for the next month. Who knew it could be so easy? Tire Center. Never had a bad experience with a Costco tire center until I moved to Lehi. First instance was when they told me they only cover one tire replacement under warranty. So does that mean Costco doesn't warranty all their tires? I had to look up their policy and sure enough there is no mention of warrantying a tire only once. It does t even mention a number, it just states that Costco tires are warrantied. Their tire center manager is the one who told me I could only use one replacement. Such garbage. 2nd instance, Went down to order tires, they had 15 of the tires I wanted so we made an appointment and the clerk told me I was good to go. Show up to my appointment and no tires are available. They told me I have to pay to reserve them. Why didn't the clerk tell me that? So I had to make another appointment and this time I paid. 3rd Instance, I show up for my appointment and the tires have not arrived. They don't bother notifying. So I was so fed up I just paid extra for tires they had in stock. Shame on me for not going somewhere else. I will never go back to the Lehi Costco Tire Center. Horrible customer service. I'm not one to write reviews. However, my sister and I suffer from PTSD. This Costco has uneducated, close minded, and to be frank just rude employees. An elderly cart pusher saw us entering Costco, which we rarely do but with Covid part of our treatment is spending months preparing to visit places that can cause us problems. 4 months of therapy to get ready to go shopping on our own just to be met by an unbearably aggressive, discriminative, and rude cart pusher named Tim who said our toy poodle was not a service dog because it appeared to be the size of a puppy. This toy poodle is 3 years old and has over 300 hours of training, and even has a Bh with an Fh for scent detection for celiac disease. After some rude racial remarks. Tim decided to begin yelling at us that we could not enter Costco after we already answered his question asking if the dog was indeed a service animal. He then followed us into the store requesting paper work and with an aggressive tone recited more questions that are against the law. He then got in front of us after we entered the store and stoped us. Not allow us to continue walking. He called two other employees over to surround us and question us. He then had the manager and two assistants meet us at checkout. All of these employees were uneducated on the law surrounding service animals. I had a panic attack in the store and will not be returning anytime soon, tbh I have yet to visit a Costco in over 6 months now. This type of racial discrimination, excessive force, and rude behavior is extremely heart breaking to see in 2021. Close minded, uneducated individuals should not be allowed to work in this industry. The GM spoke with us on the phone to apologize, however, a simply sorry does not make this behavior okay. I can only imagine how much more shaken my sister would have been without me there. It's Costco food so you're getting decent quality food at ultra-low prices. It's fast food, it's convenience, and it's lots of calories. I had the ham baked panini this time around (had a lot of dogs & pizzas in the past too). Presentation doesn't look very appetizing (see my photo) but taste was pretty good. The shopping is the real draw here. Lot's of unique items, high quality produce, high quality foods in bulk quantities, and friendly staff. I wish you were allowed to give a 10 star review. The Lehi Costco was absolutely the best yesterday. It started with the front desk who helped me with a drone I had bought on-line that was broken to ending up with 5-7 employees from I believe every pecking order helping to find the drones that were in stock. This ended up being a 45 minute quest. They had to move stock on high shelves to look, looked behind, looked in the cage, looked everywhere. They did not give up and employees kept joining in the task to find one (there were 4 in stock). Because of their diligence I knew that they would find them so I stayed, watched, and they were brilliant on how they navigated every part of the store. After about 45 minutes I told them it was ok that I would go to a different store with stock - as I was driving away my phone rang - I laughed and said, "it's from Lehi, do you really think they would call me?" Yes! it was them and they had called. I remember names but I dare not say one without saying them all because this really was a team effort. One that I am in awe of. Whoever is in charge of this store has done a great job at team building and also training. Within themselves I saw a drive that they were there and they weren't giving up! But I went in the other day to return 3 food items totaling $32 (not expired) and the man helping us make the return made the most awkward scene about how they have to throw food away that's returned and he is going to notate my account that I was returning it. I mean i understand the frustration in throwing food away but dang, no need to make a scene. Ive never returned food prior because let's be honest, Costco's food is great! And there usually isn't a reason for it. But now this has me rethinking ALL Costco purchases moving forward. Buying things in bulk is great for some things and not so great for the other, especially if there are only two people in your family. That being said, Costco has a little bit of everything to choose from but a lot of that little bit of everything, if that makes sense! Pharmacy products, eye care, home entertainment, washers/dryers/fridges, home office supplies, clothing, books, garage products, mattresses, all sorts of food items (frozen/fresh), car stuff (batteries, tires, etc) and so much more! Costco is one of our favorite shopping destinations. The stores are packed full of great deals and usually the quality is outstanding but we have had several recent experiences where we are starting to be concerned that our store is slipping. We no longer buy any type of berries and throughly check any produce because it will be molding within a couple of days. Stored rinsed or dry it happens. Most recently we purchased a dozen roses for V-Day. Usually the flowers are the best at Costco and we will go out of our way to purchase them there but this was such a huge disappointment. When you spend this much for flowers you expect them to last more than 5 days. We changed the water and took care of them but the lilies never bloomed and the beautiful roses were all dead in just a few days. We will add this to our list of things not to buy at Costco. read more

Costco's policy to check your card when you walk in is absolutely insane. Why would I be walking into Costco wholesale without a membership? Sure, I bet it happens from time to time but how often? Probably almost never. This review is for the tire center. Super service. Reese fixed my two tires with patches. We needed something to hold us over. Our car was such a headache, as one of the valve caps wouldn't come off. Even though we were coming in for such a small fix, he put so much labor and attention into it. He gave us advice and informed us of the warranties that come with Costco tires. Definitely recommend here and we'll come back when we get upgraded tires. read more

This Costco has great customer service. They always smile and are so fast at the register. I really appreciate the speed at which they get more lanes open. This Costco is really clean... even though it was busy with people and crowded we managed to get around really slick. I would give it no stars if I could. I have always loved Costco but there customer service is horrible now. Masks are more important then anything now. They don't care to actually help you. I love Costco. It's one of my favorite places to shop. I love that they have such a good variety of things to buy. I love all of their organic food options, and how affordable they are. If you are an executive member, the money you earn throughout the year basically pays for your membership fee. I also love their gas station and the cheaper prices they have. I look forward to their coupon mailers that I get each month and the new deals they have. My only complaint is how busy the store is. If you go right before they close it's usually the least busy.
