i don't have words to describe how rude & mean they are. worked with multiple people & the three time I went in I just wanted to look around the room to get someone else because all of them are so immature & rude & they don't know how to do their job at all. & the one that does is soooooo aggressive, and arrogant. I heard how he conduct himself to not only me but other people and that's one of the reasons why I didn't want him helping me because it was a sensitive situation and he was not the person to do it. We made the mistake of switching services 6 months ago and are so glad to be back with Verizon! This location has been so helpful and pretty fast! We came in a few days ago to get info on switching back and their options for what we were needing; Mark was very helpful and not pushy in any way. He knew their options and it was very refreshing to be helped without pressure. He let us know that they would find out what their Black Friday deals would be on Tuesday in case there might be even better promotions by waiting a few days. We came back today and were able to be helped by Mark again and the awesome thing was that he was so helpful in walking us through setting up our account online; so we could get their online rebate deal. After we left, we realized that he didn't get any credit or commission on what he helped us with, but he was still so polite and helpful! That's how to do customer service! If there was a negative or no star to be given... this place takes the punch... told me we had to spend money on a new upgrade? How does that happen, plus 3 of 4 employees that worked there are no help at all, still need a lot of training, but the last associate who helped us was great, but not only did all handle our account: which let our account to be in fraudulent. They gave us the reassurance it will be resolved in 24-48 hours, now at week 2 still trying to clear up the mess they made. Worst Verizon isn't too helpful as much also. After upgrading to an iPhone 15, my data would not transfer. Told by customer service to go down to the store that my family has been and purchased through many times. I was told the 35$ fee would be waived. This had an immediate negative effect at the store and I am thankful I had customer service on the line as I was treated so disrespectfully to the point of tears. A complaint has been filed. My issues remain unresolved. what ever happened to customer satisfaction when you know how important the information is on these devices. loyal customers have little value to this store in lehi. read more

Terrible customer service. The guy at the door told me I had to spend $1000 to get an upgrade even though my plan tells me I have a free upgrade. I've not always had good service from Verizon, however this location never lets me down. Went in to upgrade a couple of phone and Michael the Manager to the time to walk through all the options and get us what we wanted. Best thing was he took the time to engage with my son. The kind lady that helped us was very knowledgeable and very helpful! We were looking to switch but wanted to see and hear all the catches; we wanted no surprises if we chose to switch. The employee (I wish I could remember her name), was able to answer all our questions. I would recommend this location if you are needing some phone help or plan questions Notice: we showed up not knowing we needed an appointment. Does no good to make an appointment you will still need multiple trips and multiple hours to get things taken care of. The store blames things on the online people and Visa versa. Amazing staff that are doing their best. We went on Black Friday to upgrade our phones, watches, and headphones. They were completely transparent about everything and did their best to get us the best deal. When it was time to switch our phones over, the agents were involved and thorough in getting everything transferred over and set up. Rex, Michael, and Trestan were very patient answering our questions!! We will definitely be going out of our way to come back to this specific location whenever we need to visit a Verizon store again. read more

I am really indecisive about Verizon. I've been to 3 of their locations and this one was kind of meh. However, it is a corporate store so go to this one if you want actual Verizon service. The manager is rude and unprofessional. I ordered an Apple Watch from Verizon to replace my son's iPhone. After 10 hours online and on the phone, Verizon says they cannot activate it because it is activated to a line that is disconnected. (Yes, I wrote that correctly.) I was told to go in to the local store to exchange or return the watch. The local store said they cannot return it because it is active on a line that has been disconnected. When I told the manager, Dee, that I wanted to let people know who was refusing to exchange or return, he told me that I did not understand English because he was not refusing to return or exchange it even though he would not return or exchange it. Note that I purchased the watch on November 27, 2021. On the receipt it says it "may be returned or exchanged on or before January 14, 2022." So use what word you want, Verizon is not honoring, following, complying with the terms on their receipt. Make your purchases knowing that this store "cannot" help (to use the managers words). read more

Absolutely abysmal time trying to purchase our first phone plan. My wife and I went there the other day and met with Brody, who while very polite was completely unable to answer our questions the entire two hours we were there. We ended up purchasing a plan, but he did not give us any information necessary to register our account. Not only that, but no calls are making it through to my spouse's phone now, and without the account pin solving this problem became 3x more difficult. Not a great way to get this started read more

I debated whether or not to write this, but hopefully the store manager will read this and take a closer look at the business practices of this location. I went in the store with a broken 8+( charging issues) I pay for the protection plan, so this should have been an easy replacement. Instead, I was told I couldn't get it replaced because the screen had a small crack in one corner. I didn't even know it was cracked. ( it was that unnoticeable) I was told if I get the screen replaced, THEN they could send it in and get it replaced through the warranty. (????). They were very pleasant and politely apologized and tried to sell me some other accessories. I went home, called Verizon, and a replacement phone arrived the following day. I don't know if the staff in the store is not properly trained, or they are running some kind of a scam-either way, this needs to be addressed . The following day, when my phone arrived I went in to ask for help setting it up. ( I've never swapped a SIM card before) I was the only customer in the store & 5 other salesman were chatting with each other. I was not only refused the help I needed, but was spoken to by the most condescending salesperson I've ever interacted with. He told me to 'read the instructions'. When I told him I had never done this before, he actually said to me.. 'do you read English?' Is this customer service? I was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt the first day, but after the experience the second day, it seems there is an attitude at this store that most customers are ignorant, uneducated and are only worth serving if they are likely going to make a sale. Very bad customer service! We are long-time Verizon customers. We had just moved to Utah and needed help with my husband's phone. He wanted to upgrade the phone as the old one stopped working. We went to this Verizon Store. We were told we have to wait 45 minutes, and then after an hour we were told that our name was already called in. There were no more than 5 customers in the store, we were there all the time, and we do not have hearing problems. Kenzi Wood had no compassion telling us we would have to wait as they could not find us. Where were they looking? On Mars? The correct action would be to express concern and help right then and there. Someone should explain to Kenzie that talking with a smile but not offering any help is not a good customer service when you just completely disregarded customer time. read more

Came here to upgrade a phone because kid #3 had to have it today. Why do I acknowledge their unreasonable demands (the kids)? Store was pretty busy, we checked in with the greeters at the front of the store and began looking at display items. They called our name and the selling began... Protection/insurance, cases, screen protectors, speakers, more storage I really felt that it wouldn't end. I said no more times than anyone should have to. When it finally did end the cost was $50 more than anticipated due to an activation fee? Basically the upgrade cost $50 more than the advertised price, just marketing to conceal the total price. Verizon has arguably the best network which comes at a premium. If you need that coverage in rural areas then Verizon is great. I will avoid Verizon retail locations at all costs from this point and purchase devices someplace else. read more

I would like to thank Samsung for screwing over a loyal S7 buyer who never will receive his Gear VR... while at the Verizon store we applied for the promo but was later rejected because they couldn't find the date on the receipt. They said they sent me an email telling asking me about it, but never saw it. Maybe went into the spam folder, but it's funny I always get their promo emails. Verizon I actually believe has better phone service/signal over T-Mobile especially here in the west, customer assistance probably the worst. I actually went into the store shopping but after reviewing everything I had a couple of questions. I called their store to get some questions answered, your call goes to the Service Center, all they care about is about signing you up, their answer to my questions, not sure would you like to get the purchase going? Whoever Verizon's CRM is that trains them, they need a new training program, I've been selling retail for over 40 years, that is the biggest joke I've ran across ever, all I have is a simple question they can't answer, someone needs to info them that's part of the sales process or you will fell which they don't even need to try, felling just fine. read more

Don't waste your day! Just needed a SIM card that was supposed to mailed to me, waited an hour so they can simply run in the back and get one. Rather than help a room full of people, all but one employee left to take smoke breaks (everyone of them came back smelling like it). Pretty packed but they got us in and out without a hitch....go to Beach and McFadden Verizon store for your needs. I had to return my son's iPhone because the power button quit and it was replaced with no problems at all. I had to go back last night to replace my Galaxy (the screen froze) and i wanted to replace it before the 30 day get a new one was up. I made it just in time and got my brand new Galaxy and life is really good again. Everyone working there is very patient and nice. Poor customer service... I bought a kid's gizmo watch for my son here. They only had one with a Disney band, but there was a promotion for a free replacement band. But they only had a pink band. But the employee assured me I could come back when more bands were in stock and they would give me one for free if I would sign up for the watch that day! The employee gave me his word and reassured me multiple times. I returned to the store today and they wouldn't give me the band! I then got the same employee to come to the register. He was truly trying to dance, kind of funny to watch. Then he tried to explain how circumstances had changed and he couldn't honor his previous promise. I was just shocked at the frank bait and switch, especially since this is a super cheap Velcro watch band. Who even cares? It's like fifty cents to make in China. I can't recommend this place in good conscience. It's just not run the "right" way. read more

It looks like this store is lacking in customer service and I couldn't agree more. My Google Pixel 3 couldn't charge anymore, so I went in to see what could be done. I had to have a friend come with me because I'm not the account holder, she is. I checked in and it took an hour to be seen. The rep, I don't remember her name quickly looked at the charging port, couldn't find anything wrong and then started the process of getting me a replacement. This is where the trouble started. I was going to have it sent to my house, but since it has to be signed for and I would be at work when it is delivered, I had it sent to my friend's house (the account holder). The rep (a woman) said that it would arrive on Tuesday because it was ordered on a Sunday. That was understandable. But it never arrived. My friend looked to see where it was and it said that it would arrive the next day. Also it was shipped to the wrong address! The Rep should of confirmed the address before having it shipped. My friend called Verizon support line and they said that they would have it shipped over night. Well, it hasn't arrived yet again. I have been without a phone for 4 days! If it doesn't come in today, I will go up to this Verizon store to complain. I need my phone for certain tasks at work, doctors appointments (i'm disabled)etc. Ya'll need to confirm the shipping address multiple times before putting in the order. read more

I came in with a phone that had delayed texting and left with a phone that did not not work at all anymore!!! Horrible experience with people that refused to work with me. Multiple clients yelling at other employees due to bad service. Went in to get my iPhone replaced and waited about an hour for that. One reviewer mentioned it felt like a car dealership, i can agree. I asked my salesman to waive the $40 upgrade fee on my account and he had to go whisper to the manager my plea, to which i received a immature face and a head shake. I immediately remember why i enjoyed t-mobile so much before being forced to switch to Verizon for work. The service there rocks. Horrible customer service. Waiting time is over 45 minutes. The shift manager Kenzie Wood cannot manage the queue adequately, they forgot to call us. Shift manager was completely disinterested in rectifying customer service mistakes they have made. We are switching from another carrier and were ready and able to switch to Verizon. We came in last Friday and talked with a sales rep and had some good perks. We told them that we would be back the following Monday (today) and they provided us a number to text to come in and get taken care of. I texted this morning with the time that we were coming in without a response. We came in, discovered that the sales rep wasn't in. Once we explained what we were told, Verizon did not make an effort to accommodate. We set an appointment to come in later in the afternoon. We eventually came back, earlier than the appointment. When a sales rep talked to us we explained what happened. Not only did they not try to help us, they even told us that some of the perks are gone! I felt that the sales team was indifferent to us and cold. No effort was made to help us. I felt that this customer service was absolutely horrible. They had the opportunity to catch a new family plan. I think AT&T should be thanking Verizon for sending this family over to them. read more
