    Good survive,they were fast and nice they had a discount for me and I can't remember the last time I have experienced this great survive

Marco and Jose deserve whatever kind of raise they…read morerequest and should be training all of T-Mobile across the country what real customer service should look like. One of the regional managers tried to sale me and change my plan but Jose was there to help me out and let me know I had a really good plan. Both Marco and Jose stayed after to help me finish up getting everything finalized. If anyone decides to come to this T-Mobile, please ask for Marco (Store Manager) or Jose. They will get you right and not try and finesse you. They are the epitome of what customer service should look and be. I was starting to dislike T-Mobile due to their poor customer service, but these two fine gentleman changed my whole perspective. It would be a shame and the greatest loss for T-Mobile in history if they lost either of these two guys! WONDERFUL JOB MARCO AND JOSE!!!

We walked in and there were no other customers and a full staff yet no one was willing to greet and help us. They were all speaking Spanish and no one was talking to us. We would ask a simple question that would lead them to conversing in Spanish for 5 minutes before we could get a response. We were not taken seriously. They would stop helping us and just start laughing and joking with each other all in Spanish like we weren't there. They insisted I had to get a new phone to switch to T-Mobile or else my phone wouldn't work... Which I used to work at AT&T and that's not a thing. The other phone provider will bill you for what's left on your phone but they won't shut your phone down. I was so done dealing with them I just ended up getting the new phone to be on my new husbands plan and it ended up being a 5 hour nightmare!!! Switching my phone took 5 hours!!!! Such a nightmare!!! Terrible service!

    This is a scam. I'm dealing with the same thing everyone else is. They facilitate a lease…read moreagreement with a finance company for 5 years that is non-revocable and cannot be terminated. They provide phones at 10 times the cost then disappear. If you dealt with them file a police report immediately and start the process. you may not get your money back, but with some luck and enough reports, they might catch them and safe someone else the trouble. If you haven't signed a contract yet, DON'T, it will only cause you pain and you will never get the service you're expecting.

A friendly saleslady came by after emailing about a great offer to change my business phones to a VOIP. It moves along smoothly enough but at the end of the deal you are given a contract that is written totally in "the fine print." The contract is provided by Rimrock's partner, Graybar Financial Services. It is for five years, non refundable. Problem is if the service stops working you still must pay Graybar. I should have had an attorney look it over. The saleslady does not disclose several things: for one, you will have to pay a tax on the property each year, you will have to get it insured, and the products are billed at 10 times their market value. I was assured that if the product (the business phones) stopped working that Rimrock would come out and service. I had assumed that to be the case. After all, if you lease equipment from Comcast they service it. Same with Verizon and any other telecom service out there. I think the average person would assume that to be the case. But as I now read the fine print of the contract I am responsible for the service. I must pay for it even if it doesn't work. My business has now been without working phones for three days. What if we were a doctor's office? I call Rimrock every day and they give me the runaround. I've asked to terminate the service through Graybar and they have refused in writing. Tomorrow we will try again by telephone to get Rimrock to fix the phones over the phone and if that still does not work I have been told the first service tech who can come out is scheduled for Monday (7 days after I reported loss of phone service). And having a tech come out does not guarantee that I will have phones that work even then. I am sure I am not the only customer having trouble with these two companies.
