we get weekly sometimes twice weekly deliveries for a treatment center I work at. the fruit/berries/meat/cheese/yogurt etc. are always old!!!! they do not give deliveries fresh goods. They're rude about memberships as well even though they have a a pharmacy that requires no membership. I like Costco but this particular needs to step it up!!! read more

It's Costco. It has really cheap food at the food court, good quality meats and seafood, ginormous boxes of cookies, great priced Irish butter, inexpensive flowers, cute girls dresses and all the things you didn't think you needed until you found them at Costco. I have been coming to this Costco a few times a month since it opened. My husband comes so often that some of the employees know him by name. Service is friendly and efficient, for the most part. Their return policy is fantastic. read more

Love Costco. No one can beat their return policy, it's always clean and put together. Customer service is great and you can tell that the employees enjoy working there. Don't be fooled by the warehouse appeal. The idea is to cut cost in decoration so that they can save money in pricing. You can honestly buy better meats, electronics, furniture and other items than some of its competition. They only sell items that are quality and that meet certain standards so you don't have to worry. I have been going there for years and will be going for years more. One last thing, don't stress about the membership. Go with the executive membership you will make the money back I promise. read more

Best gas prices around. Love the free samples while shopping the warehouse. Can't beat the occasional food court hotdog meal deal; tasty and still a great value read more

First of, this review isn't really about Costco as a store or the employees at this location. I want to make this clear that I absolutely love Costco and the employees. This review is solely about how busy this place has become. This area has exploded recently and new homes being build everywhere so this has made this Costco the busiest Costco in Utah. Shopping here and getting gas here has become an absolute nightmare. read more

Costco is awesome! Their prices are reasonable and selection excellent. Name brands and their in-house brand are available. We've purchased their in-house Kirkland brand many times and we've always been impressed. Their return policy is incredible! We try to buy bigger ticket items here because we know if we have any problem at all we can return or exchange the item with no hassle. And, Brandon is right about the hotdogs. A buck fifty with a drink is quite the deal. I have to admit, though, that sometimes I feel like a polygamist when I shop here because my cart is always overflowing as I leave. Just know going into it, without the self discipline of a Beefeater at the Tower of London, you're not coming out spending less than $100. Ever! read more

Love Costco. Just moved here from Ca and was glad to see one so close to our neighborhood here. Though the produce is almost ALWAYS covered in mold. Bread molds within 24 hours .... Never had this problem until shopping at this location. Looking forward to the opening of the Saratoga Springs location and hoping for better luck there. read more

We have health conditions. They kicked us out even after showing them masks are exempt with certain medical conditions. We will never shop here again. read more

For anyone that has never been, a Costco is basically just a better Sam's Club. Lot of big box items and a food court. Definitely some great deals can be found here and the food is incredibly cheap ($2 for a very, very large slice of pizza and a fountain drink) The only thing you need to watch out for is the fact that not everything is always the best deal. You can often times find better prices for some of the items at different stores. So just be smart and don't assume Costco's price is automatically the best and you can score some great deals. Plenty to make the $60/$120 membership more than worth it. read more

Costco almost always seems busy. I have a personal rule to avoid weekends and evenings to try and avoid the crowds but I always break the rule. I learned early in life that shopping discipline is required at Costco. Yes the bag of 500 hot dogs for $9.99 is a great deal but I have to ask myself, "Do I need 500 hot dogs?" Then I respond to myself, "Yes, even if we use half of them, it's still a good deal". In the end I buy the 500 hot dogs and toss about 495 freezer burned hot dogs about 18 months later. The things I like the most about Costco are the quality of the merchandise and the no questions return policy. The few times that I've had items to return the process has gone very smooth and I appreciate that. The store is generally clean and well stocked. read more

I had a job that made me travel through the state to all the Costco Locations. This one is by far my favorite location followed by the Spanish Fork store. The store is always very clean, the parking lot is set up well and everyone is very helpful. The major sales department and the optical department has supper management and staff that are quick to assist and help resolve any issues that you have. I can't even begin to say how much I enjoy shopping at this location. Customer service is top notch. read more

Love Costco but gave it 4 stars at this location because of the cafeteria food. The pizza is always way to greasy and they put too much cheese on it. Worst Costco pizza I've had at this location. read more

We typically go to the Salt Lake locations. This location seemed under staffed and was out of/didn't care items we always get from Costco. We came here because the Traegers are at this location for the week. And we happily made the drive for it :) read more

I don't yet have a Costco membership, but I've been to this one so many times! Maybe the employees should start keeping a better lookout for when I wait by the entrance and then walk in with the next Asian family that comes by. JK!--I'm always with a cardholder, and I don't look very Asian. Costco is a Mecca of sorts. There is an unearthly force that pulls at my very being, drawing me to this source of barreled Mayonnaise, gourmet snacks, and sheet cakes. Being an American I can appreciate the available massive quantities of whatever random item I might "need". Also, being 1/2 Korean I can appreciate the efficiency of buying 15 years worth of toilet paper in one visit. However, my American side takes over as I see the holy land that is the food court and I grab a chicken bake, hot dog and drink combo, and personal pizza (18") to tide me over till second lunch. I love Costco. Maybe one day I'll be a member. Note: Mayonnaise does not actually come in barrels here, but they sure do have some big tubs of it! read more

One star for the photo center. They said 1 hour until pickup. I came after 1 hour 30 minutes. They said they were behind and needed another 30 min. I didn't have time to wait. Will have to make another trip back to the store. Waste of time. If you can't fulfill within an hour (let alone 90 mintues), then don't advertise it. read more

Love going to Costco! The food is quality and I love getting frozen items here because there is a lot of it and it keeps. The frozen fruit is great quality and is great for smoothies. I also love how many allergy friendly foods they have available that are actually healthy. This location is run well and I go often for my monthly shopping trips. They have good samples on the days they are offered and tend to give out allergy friendly ones as well. Way to go Costco! read more

If I had 30 thousand dollars, I would still not be able to buy everything I want at Costco. I would give five stars, but they have gotten rid of Diet Coke in the food court. Ouch. Pepsi sucks. Costco always has a revolving roadshow and merchandise that always makes it an adventure to come here. read more

Costco - Wholesale Stores Near Me - Lehi, Utah

This is the best place to shop. Plus a bonus of shopping here is there ridiculously cheap food court. The frozen yogurt, churro, hot dog, pizza are all so cheap and a whole family can eat at a cheap price. This is my all time favorite activity in Lehi Utah is Costco on a Sunday afternoon, no one is there and I feel like I shop alone! read more

It's hard to beat Costco, in a lot of ways. The cost per ounce/pound/unit is almost always less expensive than a traditional grocery store. You can get free samples. They have good prices on vitamins, beauty items, and clothing. Kirkland Signature brand items are consistently good. The bakery items are delicious (although after years of Costco sheet cake, I can take it or leave it). Photo processing is also cheap and quick. Wholesale pharmacy prices are better than anything you'll find at Walgreens or Walmart. But what is my favorite thing about Costco? The flowers! Seriously, Costco flowers are the BEST. They last much longer than anything I've ever gotten from a traditional florist. Two dozen roses for $16 that last two weeks? Can you really beat that anywhere? If I'm near Costco, I buy my gas there. It's usually 3-10 cents cheaper per gallon than any other gas station. read more

Worst experience ever at Costco! Executive member for over 10 years. Went in New Years Eve at 5:15 and was told they don't take whole pizza orders within an hour of closing (never heard of this). As I turned around the cashiers sidekick laughed and said to the cashier "somebody isn't getting pizza"! Costco usually has great customer service but not in Lehi. Guess they have plans and need to get closed and cleaned up before 6 o'clock! read more

A few minutes before closing I brought a flat tire to the auto service bay. They said they would try to get to it, but were not sure if timing would work out. I lost hope a little when the store announced closing. but, Reese and Brett in the tire shop stayed late, fixed the flat, and even mounted the repaired tire on my minivan!! Thank you times 10,000! read more

There isn't a lot that I don't love about Costco. I have four kids so I spend a lot on groceries here. I love their cafe. Cheapest meal out around and good quality. Their return policy is the biz and their customer service can't be beat. read more

I'm a big Costco fan. I usually pick up diapers and wipes here and am stocked for months! Also, we have a small family but love getting bags of frozen chicken breasts here and other freezer foods. Oh, and the rotisserie chickens are always worth it for an easy dinner at the end of your errands day. Cheap and tasty food at the food court! Their smoothies are delicious and always worth it when it's hot out or if you just want a treat. read more

Obviously Costco is one of the best places on earth. However, my husband and I went there for an eye check up a few weeks ago and the were not very impressed with the optometrist. He showed up later than his posted hours and was very unfriendly and impersonal. read more

I love this Costco they have always been so friendly, any items for return are great but I don't often. The items are always there until the last month or so when you have the horders that at start got all the TP, Water, Lysol they can get. And the issue is not Costco it's the panic of the people. Thanks again Costco and waiting for the one in Saratoga springs to open read more

I dont usually shop here, because on any given day during their business hours you will find it to be overly crowded and absurd. Best things to buy here are milk, eggs, cheee, and some of the produce. There is no quick in and out at this store. Either you get caught in the crowds or you are forcefully bottlenecked at the registers. If you need a quick trip for groceries, shop your local grocer like Macey's, Smith's, or Harmon's. read more

As Costco always seems to be a zoo no matter which location I go to, this place is great! Came here on Black Friday to pick out a soundbar I had had my eyes on for a few weeks. I asked an employee after walking in the door where I could find them, and was directed right to the shelves. The checkout like was pretty quick, and employees there were helpful as well. read more

I love that there are Costco's along our traveling route! It sure helps the pocketbook to get gas cheaper here than having to buy it at a gas station. There were lines this day, but they seemed to be moving right along. read more

I wanted to say that I stopped in to Costco for lunch. I ordered the hot dog, and a 20 oz drink combo, and it was $1.50 + tax. What an amazing deal. The food was great, the eating area was clean. I will never use Costco photo again. If it's a straightforward, small print order I've never had a problem. However, when it comes to the larger prints in which you have edited the photo I have experienced nothing but trouble. You get what you pay for. When I've submitted photos that are larger sizes I receive incorrect orientations and sizes. I can verify that it was put in my cart correctly when it comes to the majority of the prints. The first time, even though larger prints are more expensive, I assumed it was my error and let it go. When it happened a second time I did more digging and verified it was not, in fact, my error. I called the warehouse only to be rudely told to call the online help desk because it was their error. Though the representative at the online help desk was polite, she had no idea what she was doing. I literally wasted over an hour with her as she placed me on hold after hold only to conclude I should go talk with the warehouse. Yeah, already tried that. From now on I will pay more for my photos and skip the frustration. Update: The representative from the online help desk told me "Brittany" from the Lehi photo department would reach out to me by phone within the hour to help me resolve the problem. Surprise, surprise she never called. I went into Costco photo in person and when I spoke to "Brittany" she informed me I was supposed to come into Costco personally and she was never supposed to call me. She then told me I have to come back in personally a fifth time with the photos in question and talk to the people at the main customer service desk (who will have no idea what I'm talking about). I am so past done with Costco photo it's not even funny. Trust me folks, skip the misery! read more

Where can you go to bring home a pizza "good pizza", no EXCELLENT Pizza for a family of 4 for pizza night? Costco, that's where. Call ahead pay and go. Yep, you might have to deal with the parking situation, but it's worth it. The Costcos in California have the food court outside. Now that's NICE! read more

The Costco in Lehi consistently has higher prices then their sister stores in SLC and Orem, Why because they know that can get it from the patrons that shop the Lehi Store. You also have to wait in two LONG lines at Costco, one to check out and the other one to leave the Store. We and others are slowing moving to shop the Sam's in West Jordan because of the above two items. FYI Sam's has way better pricing on items as well. Shame on your Costco read more

I called to see if the store had an Xbox and as there was no telephone option to speak with a customer service employee, I decided to go with the tire center option. Zach, in the tire center, went out of his way to help me. The Lehi store (where I called) did not have it so he expanded his search and looked at nearby stores. He found two that did: Orem & Sandy. Wow! Thank you Zach for going out of your way to be helpful. You made my Monday awesome! read more

Worst Costco experience ever!!!! Went to get a quick Thanksgiving last min items on Wednesday and had a run in with the worst manager while trying to check out! After scanning my card and it being expired I tried to explain that I had renewed my membership and if they would just look up my name and the other account holders name they would find it had been renewed. The cashier called the manager over and he treated me like I was lying! I told him to go look it up so he took my card and for over 10 min was gone helping other people while my children were screaming at each other me and the nice cashier were awkwardly watching him and the line behind me got longer and longer! After some time he finally returned and told me he could not find my account and I would either need to pay the $60 to renew or could not check out, I told him if he would just listen to me my card was not expired I had renewed it and if he would look up the other persons name on the account they would find me! He refused and at that point my smaller children were screaming at each other I had had it and told him to scan my items through and I promised to go to the desk on my way out and figure it out. He refused again and began to walk me over to the front desk while trying to talk to me and tell me I didn't have a Current Costco membership. I told him he was being a donkeys behind and to stop talking because at that point I had had enough of his tool attitude. Once we got to the desk he tried to explain to them that I didn't have a current membership again and needed to renew . At this point I was furious and told him to just stop talking and I would explain it to them. He gave them my card and walked away. The front desk took care of things from there in an okay manner it took them a min to listen to what I was saying and it turns out if they would have looked up the other account holders name there my name was with a current Costco membership. Once the women at this point who was helping me realized they were wrong, and saw my children still pestering each other and causing havoc she was super quick to figure the situation out get my items checked out and take me to the front to get me the freak out of the pre thanksgiving Costco mess! I am furious at this whole situation and the fact that I was not listened to and was treated like I was lying! The jerk manager who I can not remember his name had a complete attitude of I'm right your wrong and I'm going to prove it to you! The cashier who was helping me even was getting frustrated with him and was not at all impressed when he took over 10 min to look up only my name and not the other account holders name like I suggested he do and then we both watched him help out a bunch of other people in that time! It was completely unprofessional and someone should train him on his listening skills and customer service, and instead of saying hey let me scan this through and then I'll walk you over to the front desk he just wanted to prove me wrong that I didn't have a current membership when I really did! Ugh I am still furious over this situation and felt it could have been handled so much better!!!!! read more

This review is for the food service area. I eat at a LOT of Costco's and I have never had the happy service and efficiency that BRANDON gave us at the food area. He is awesome and should be commended. read more

I'm not one to review mass merchant chains or wholesalers but I need to give a shout out to Costco for doing things right. They have good quality products and great prices backed up by a great returns policy (if you ever need to use it). The aisles are clean, everything in its place (except for the kids pajama section - which let's face it will probably always be a nightmare - and a 'sorry' to all those associates that have to fix it 10x a day) and they are usually in convenient locations. One piece of advice from a customer, I would love to see the hours extended a bit at night, especially on weekends. Though, keep doing to the right thing by being closed on those holidays most business should be closed on. read more

I love this Costco. I wish it was as big as the one downtown that one is amazing, nonetheless I love this Costco. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is the checkout. I hate having to wait for 10-15 minutes to check out from a store. I really hate that they removed the self checkout lanes. I now wait till I have a bunch of stuff to buy before going. I guess that saves me money but it was nice to just be able to zip in and out. Other than that Costco has the best return policy in the industry and typically the best employees. read more
