The store is spacious, which makes it easier to browse, and there is a good assortment of yarns of various weights and fibers. I found the price of the yarn to be pretty reasonable. The back of the store also has a nice selection of things needed for crafting with yarn such as needles, hooks, buttons, and sewing needles. The employees at Heindselman's are always kind and excited to talk about yarn. I like to make a stop here whenever I have some free time in Provo.

If you found it difficult to appreciate the store in the past because of the lack of organization and that big dog, you should try again. You'll be surprised. We were just looking around when the owner literally started following us around. We told her we were "just browsing" and she had no reply.
