I heard they sold hospital uniforms here. I'm not a walmart shopper but happened to be in the area and decided to stop by on a Thursday night. This Walmart happens to be in a nicer part of town and felt pretty safe. Plenty of parking & well marked but still watch out for the heavy car traffic while trying to cross your path into the store. The store looked clean & well stocked. I didn't find the uniforms way cheaper than where I normally but it at in Buena Park. They were definite better priced than the mall shop. Didn't buy the uniforms but I did end up picking up several items I needed so an easily $40 out the door. Not a bad store & I'll definitely come back to this Walmart. read more

I will never come back. I felt so offended when I went here and I've been so many times. I went though check out paid for my items the lady didn't bag my stuff. So I'm putting card away and bagging my stuff she's already helping the next customer and then asked me if I needed help. I said I got it but hank you. As I walk out they scan my receipt and as I'm walking kit the door the alarm goes off. The lady scans my things again and when I walk out he alarm doesn't go off. Funny how that worked. Overall the most organized Walmart in Orange County. It is simple to find the items I need. They recently installed the self check out lines which is great due to they usually do not have that many cashiers on hand. I always am able to find what I need that I am expecting to find at Walmart. They do offer in store Pick up which is quite easy to use. I have been to this Walmart since 2000 and overall am quite happy. Just like any other Walmart parking is a drag but once you find a spot everything else is quite simple. read more

Horrible customer service! I went in to ask if an item is in stock, seeing that it is online, and without checking their inventory, the employee tells me no. I even told him about what I saw online and he still won't bother to check for me. I understand inventory isn't always correct but you can at least check to please the customer. read more

I'm not a big Wal-Mart shopper mainly because there is not one in Tustin. I happen to shop at the Orange location a lot because it's closest to my home, but when I worked in Brea, this location would be a frequent Friday night stop before going home to get some errands out of the way. It was always busy, the parking lot 3/4th full and the checkers were slow as molasses. But most Wal-Marts you'll find are like this because cheap it cheap and cheap is good when you don't have much cash. read more

When I went to pick up my the people working there (including the photo center manager) initially refused to give me envelopes for my greeting cards. They said because their machine said it was just a print, that they couldn't give me envelopes. I showed them my receipt from Walmart.com (see the picture below), on which it CLEARLY shows that my order was for "5 x 7 Collage Greeting Cards." This baffled the manager who proceeded to tell me that it doesn't matter what my receipt says, because THEIR machine didn't list it that way. I told her that despite what her machine said, my receipt said differently and reflected what I ordered, so I should be given the envelopes that came with my order. She kept repeating that she didn't care what Walmart.com said or what my receipt showed, that even though I had designed my cards on Walmart.com and had a receipt stating my order in writing, that it was wrong. We went back and forth for a solid 10-15 minutes, until I pointed out (a few times) that because I had my order clearly confirmed as a greeting card, that it was ridiculous for her to continue to dispute the notion of giving me what I had clearly paid for. After quite a bit of frustration she FINALLY agreed to give me the envelopes that were part of my order, but acted like she was doing me a huge favor. I don't know what the disconnect is between the website and the store, but failure to adhere to the basic contract we entered into makes me extremely he distant to utilize Walmart's Photo Center again. read more

Not a huge fan of this store. Small amount of grocery items. Employees are always rude. Every time I've ever picked something up in the back of the store there is NO ONE there. Every single time. I come to this Walmart often and have never had a problem until today. I came with my parents looking for a crib and the one we wanted was all the way in the back and we had to take about 3-4 out in order to get the one we wanted. I went to ask for someone's help and the guy that I asked said he would get someone to help..we waited for about 15 min and no one showed up..I went back and asked someone else and the same thing happened, we waited 10-15 min again. We ended up doing it ourselves and when we went to pay the cashier got the manager for us and we had to wait longer to talk to her so she can just say "I'm so sorry". Filthy, dirty, disgusting bathroom. I wouldn't have used it but I needed to go. As I was waiting in line to return something a couple ladies who were coming out of the restroom had disgusted looks on their faces and warned me it was really bad inside. Before I went in, the cashier at costumer service sighed and rolled her eyes and went in the bathroom. When she came out, she said it wasn't that bad, that it had just been cleaned not long ago and it just goes to show how dirty the women are in this town. Wow. Really? OK. That was an unprofessional statement. I thought that maybe it wouldn't be so bad. At least I hoped. Nope. As soon as I walked in, I was first hit with a stench that made me want to vomit. I saw the mirrors were covered in layers of water spots and you could barely see in them. There was dirty toilet paper all over the floor and the floor, walls, baseboards, fixtures, and well, everything was filthy. I would have walked out, but like I said, I needed to go. I opened the first stall, omg, dirty. I opened another stall, even worse. I went into the 3rd one as it had the least amount of used toilet paper on the floor and not as many stains on the seat. The stall walls were filthy and covered in a dirty, grimy mess. It looked like someone peed on all the walls then wiped their poopy hands in it and mixed it around. And not in just one spot - everywhere. I've been in some pretty dirty bathrooms, but this has to be one of the worst. Gas stations keep cleaner than this place. I know this is just a walmart and I don't expect much, but I thought they at least had some standards. This filth was not from one day, this was an accumulation of at least several weeks if not months. Obviously whoever is in charge of cleaning it is unqualified or just doesn't care and whoever is their supervisor doesn't care either. I find it especially disturbing that the cashier would claim it wasn't that bad. Really?! To top it off, when I was checking out I dropped something and when I went to pick it up I saw how filthy the floor and cashier stands were. They had thick black grease and dirt accumulation and looked terrible. I went to the manager to tell him about the bathroom. He and a cashier were laughing and chatting about a dvd. They talked about how funny the movie was while I stood there being ignored. WARNING: If I were you, I wouldn't buy any fresh food from this place as it may not be safe. This place needs to be inspected by the board of health. At least Target is clean and their staff are attentive. I'll take my money there. read more

5 stars.. yes 5 stars and here's why.. considering my last Wal-Mart experience had me traumatized. This was a complete different experience. I think it had to do alot with the fact we where here at 8:30am when most people are still sleeping.. What was suppose to be a quick purchase of the DVD Donnie Drako turned into close to two hours of shopping. The store was clean, they have EVERYTHING..food, clothes, photography, tires, fabric, electronics, furniture, I can't think of something I didn't see in this store, the staff was actually friendly and helpful. I figured out the key to make your Wal-Mart experience good.. GET THERE AS SOON AS THEY OPEN, this one opens at 7am. That way you don't have to deal with any of the Wal-Mart nonsense... no crowding, no rude ass people, no cashiers that are rude because they have had to deal with ghetto-ass people. No mess. It's organized, it's still clean, no children running a mock. I can't say this advice will work for every Wal-Mart but it did for us. read more

This is about buying from Walmart.com. I had the worse experience. My order never arrived. It was sent by USPO. When I tracked it the PO said it was left on my doorstep which can't be done as I have a locked gate. Walmart insisted the PO left it, wouldn't refund my money or send another product, terrible customer service. Finally got American Express to dispute the charge and issue me a refund with no hassle at all, AmEx is great. Will never shop on line at Walmart again. Yes I know. Four stars for a Wal-Mart you say! But you gotta look at this one in general. Maybe because it is located in such a nice part of Orange County that I am giving it that rating. The cleanest Wal Mart I have ever visited. The staff here are beyond okay, at least much better than the ones by where I stay! This store has pretty much everything. This is one of the better Walmart's. Has a good automotive area and a McDonalds. Always good auto service from my experience. Great location on Imperial Highway, not too far from the 57 freeway. This one does not feel as cluttered as other Walmart's but it's still a Walmart with Walmart prices and merchandising. read more

Just encountered the rudest employee at Walmart. I'm trying to get one gallon water bottles out of the rack and they have them jammed in there so tight you can't get them out. This worker is stacking cases of water right next to me, looks up and yells at me, STOP, YOU'RE DOING IT WRONG. Steps in front of me and yells again, THIS IS HOW MOST PEOPLE DO IT. His tone was condescending, abusive, dismissive, and scolding. Needless to say, I let him have it, asked for a manager and loged a complaint. The only words that should have been coming out of his mouth were, excuse me sir, may I help you with those? He should be fired, but you know that won't happen. read more

We go to this Walmart about an hour before closing so it's not as busy. Maybe because this Walmart is in Brea, you don't see merchandise cluttering the floor like I've seen in other locations at the end of the day. Typical Walmart bargains. I am sick and tired of buying dairy products and getting them home and finding they are expired. what does it take for people to take some pride in their work and make sure the product they are responsible for is within the product best by date. I normally check the dates but once in a while I get distracted and forget to check. I bought some yogurt on Sunday October 21st and when I took the yogurt to work and checked the date it was expired. It's not worth taking back I just threw it in the trash. It doesn't matter how inexpensive the item costs if it is spoiled. read more

The girl that was at the photo center didn't even turn around for a good minute. When she did she didn't greet me. She looked completely annoyed, was rude, and gave me attitude. Once when asking what I was there for and if my order was ready for pickup (obviously it was, I had just told her it was). And another time when she came back to give me my order. She tossed it on the counter and turned around. Didn't say a word. Not even a "Have a good day" or "Is there anything else I can help you with?" Very very very rude. I frequent this establishment multiple times per week. Place is clean, well stocked and prices generally are considerably better than grocery stores. The workers are friendly for the most part but I've run into a few grouches on occasion. One thing I despise is the supposed veterans, donations to the supposed needy, homeless dudes who linger and beg you for some chump change or a handout and even the girl scouts selling cookies. I ordered a crib online for my daughter - it said it would be delivered to the nearby Walmart by Friday, and that would have been perfect since we had planned a baby shower for her on Saturday. Of course it was not delivered until Monday. Using their app to track the package gave me concern because when I checked on it on Monday morning I noticed it said it had been delivered to the store and picked up. So I went in to inquire at to its location, it took about 10 minutes for the clerk to find it (surprised that they did) and another 45 minutes for them to get it out on a cart. (btw - another couple had been standing nearby trying to get their order, no less than three clerks had asked them if they had been helped and they said "no". The clerk that had helped me had to finally stop getting my order an assist them after they had waited 15 minutes). So the clerk finally comes out with the package on a large cart and starts pushing the cart to the front but stops in the store and tries to find help so it can be put my car - unfortunately a space craft must of taken her away because it was the last I saw of her. So we pushed the cart out to the car - good thing no one asked for a receipt ( I will keep that in mind for future use - it was only a $400+ crib) and a miracle happened and one clerk who was collecting carts did come over to help. This place is horrible. The only reason they are busy is because it is the only location in the Yorba linda/brea area. I use to come here for fabric since it is so cheap but I always have to wait for at least 15 minutes for someone to come help and the employees are the rudest I've encountered, no matter what department. As we all know, Wal-Mart is well known for its low prices and variety of choices for brands. Whether it be food, clothes, make-up, medicine, cleaning supplies and so on. Overall this location I went to is great with its customer service, except when I call for the Vision Center. It doesn't matter if I am calling them directly or through Wal-Mart's main line, the receptionist for Vision Center always answers and is polite. However, waiting for at least 30 rings for the eye Doctor herself is irritating. While I do understand they may not have that many people in their part of the store, they should have the receptionist at least come back to the phone and ask if you would like to remain on the line. This is my only gripe about this location. Otherwise, it's like any other Wal-Mart. Cheap, fast and convenient. read more

I took my elderly mom to this store today and was so displeased, it will NEVER happen again! My mom is in her late 80's and near blind but refuses to depend on others and does her own shopping. I take her, help her in, then she does her best to navigate and with help, find what she needs. Today after a long time in her basket full, we go to pay and with a store FULL of people, every single register shut down and turned her away. They told her "do it yourself" How the hell do they expect a blind woman that old to (do it herself) What kind of service is this? Ridiculous if you ask me and they/you, have lost my business and my families business/respect 100% If I were the supervisor there and my employees pulled this kind of stuff, I'f fire them on the spot! If I were the headquarters of this chain and found this to be the case, the supervisors would be out on the street the same day! No respect, lousy service. To heck with them! read more

After a good 2 hours waiting I wasn't even acknowledged that they didn't have the filter for my oil change. until I actually had to check in with them when I saw my car was driven off after what was thought that they have completed the oil change. I was in the store looking for an as seen on TV item they said online was in stock and I couldn't find it in store. I was unable to locate an employee so I called the store, yes from inside the store. They kept me on hold for a while then told me all their as seen on TV stuff was in one location by the very last register, and if it wasn't there they didn't have it. I explained to her it said it was in stock online and she repeated if it want in that spot they didn't have it. Well it wasn't there. Went back two days later with a friend they had the item in a different place. So annoying also they had 2 boxes full of the product. read more
