I've been to this Ralphs location a few times, as this location is not on my normal route, but have never had an issue with I visited. We were in need of fruit and came in to purchase some, happened to be Wednesday, so we also grabbed a box of the "Deals of the Day, Home Chef 8-pc Dark Meat Fried Chicken Deal (4 Thighs & 4 Drumsticks)" for $6. As we were walking from the Produce section to the Deli section, one of the Ralph employees did ask us if we wanted to sign up for a Ralphs credit card, which we politely declined. Yes, everything has gotten more expensive these days, but I have also never seen prices for bananas per lb. this high, and I shop at many different supermarkets weekly. I guess maybe it's because it's one of the few supermarkets in the area, besides the Target down the street. I had thought that the "Deals of the Day" were at the counter, but there were prepped boxes ready at the "heated" grab and go area. We were there around 1 pm, but there was no way they were prepared at 1 pm (time marked on the box), so I am guessing they were placed at least 15 minutes earlier. There were many freshly prepared fried chicken at the counter as well, but I guess those were not included for the deal. There was also no one at the counter to ask, only 1 person making sushi. Deals of the Day $6 Mon - Jennie-O Split Breast Turkey 20 oz. Tues - Home Chef Hand Breaded Chicken Tenders 5 ct. Wed - Home Chef 8-pc Dark Meat Fried or Baked Chicken Deal (4 Thighs & 4 Drumsticks) Thurs - Home Chef Deli Fresh Whole Roasted Chicken Fri - Home Chef Chicken Wings 5 ct. All the produce were neatly placed on display and the aisles were fully stocked. We ended up using their self-checkout and it was easy peasy with the discounts. Whoever the attendant is for self checkout for today, Jan. 6 2026 around 4pm - 5pm, is extremely rude and unprofessional, and needs to be re-trained in her customer service skills or let go. This was an absolutely ridiculous experience, especially for a grocery store. I was at self-checkout, scanning items when I scanned something that showed a different price from what I had seen on the shelf. I pressed the call attendant button and she was finishing up helping customers at another self-checkout machine. She came over and I told her the price was different than what I saw on the shelf, and asked if she could remove the item so I could go and grab another item from the shelf. She proceeded to cut me off while I was trying to talk, then YELLED at me and told me that because I already entered my number for the Ralph's rewards card, I HAD TO buy/pay for that item. Then when I tried to explain again because she had cut me off and didn't let me finish talking, she had the audacity to make a "calm down" gesture. I never raised my voice nor used any sort of foul/rude language towards her. She was the one yelling and spitting in my face. I was confused because I don't think she understood what I was trying to say or even listening to what I was trying to say. I told her I wanted to void the item and go back and grab another item instead and she absolutely ignored everything I said. She kept saying I HAD TO pay for the item because "while I was scanning my items, I had enough time to see the price". What the heck is that supposed to mean???!!? I just wanted the item to be void so I could grab something else within the price point I was looking for. She wasn't listening or understanding anything I was trying to say. How do you have a customer service facing job when you lack any and all sort of communication skills and manners? She was so busy yelling nonsense at me and ignored everything I said. She also SPAT in my face as she was yelling in my face. That's not only unprofessional, but extremely rude and disgusting. This should not be a position for her to be working. She was unhelpful, rude, and made my grocery shopping trip extremely unpleasant when all I was trying to do was grab stuff for dinner. My suggestion - skip the self-checkout and go to a regular cashier. It'll save you the headache and so you won't get spat at by a rude employee. read more

They advertised discounts with Digital Coupon but it is difficult to find, clip and use it and when I used it, it did not work, the check out clerk could not scan it and she did not do any thing or know any way to make it work. Such a frustrating experience. I just want to buy some grocery, I should not have to get a degree in computer science to be able to get a discount. I'll never shop at Ralph's any more. Worse service ever. Came in today 7/17/2025 at about 6:15pm. Just cause I was right in the area and craved a piece of fried chicken. Ralph's fried chicken is usually delicious. Head right to the counter, I was greeted with a bothered, flat "what can I get you". I greeted him and asked how are you doing? Got a blank stare and no response. OOOOOOOOOOO K Most of the chicken looked old and dry as it had been sitting there for hours. That should have been my sign. Well my 2nd sign after the non-existent customer service. my daughter's high school not too far from here so I like to stop by in the morning to see what they have on sale because mike put out some good deals in the morning. I'm a very talkative person so I stop by the baker and me and Bianca and Olivia and we were just conversing and I mentioned that I go to friendship Baptist Church in Yorba Linda and I asked do they donate to churches because we have a food pantry and they said yes and I was able to pick up on Monday and Fridays for the Church look at God he is good and they are some awesome amazing people every time I go to the store we talk like we've been knowing each other for years. The store has continued to decline. Today two homeless men were "living" in the Men's Restroom. I went to buy laundry items and the sign said they had to be purchased in the walled off laundry aisle. Nobody was there to ring up my purchase. I went to the front. No cashiers at any lane. I went to self check out but because I had beer, I could not check out. JACKIE told me she would find someone to help me. They never came. I roamed around until I found MIKE. He told me Jackie should check me out. I told him she would not. He opened a lane. This is the worst service of any grocery store. Mike told me, "Where have you been? Crime and stealing are out of control." I told him I have not stolen from him, but maybe they should just close the store since crime is an issue and they do not provide service. He became angry. I am a 30 year Ralphs customer. This store is awful and I want to tell RALPHS and KROGER about me experience. read more

Haven't been to a Ralphs in a minute but figured I'd try a new grocery store since I've noticed a lot of mold in produce from the other grocery store I usually go to. This store definitely gives off a curated grocery store vibe where the aisles and shelves feel a lot smaller. I will say, they have great products here and I was able to find all the ingredients needed for burgers and pita sandwiches. Workers here are friendly, but some of their jokes came off a little off putting for us. I.e. worker kept telling us we were working for free when we were using the self-checkout kiosk. read more

I've been coming to this Ralph's for years!!!! Never had any issues with the produce. Always great prices, food is fresh, customer service is good. The gentleman that's in the fruits and veggies department always greets me. The Hispanic ladies at night are always so nice. BUT,,,,, today I had the worst experience at the flower department. It's the day after Mother's Day. Prices on flowers tend to drop the next day. So today my dad asked the young lady if she could help him with pricing since the flowers that he was wanting to purchase were not in their place. The pricing was different than the yellow tags that were put up today. He asked her in English if she can help, and this lady answered him (in Spanish), very rude and said "whatever the tag says that's what you pay". We are not stupid we can read. But clearly the tags do not match. It would've taken her less than a minute to figure it out. She must've had a rough night or she must really hate her job. I hope Ralph's fixes this because that's just sad. People do NOT deserve to be treated this way. Didn't get her name because as she was making her rude comment, she was walking away and had her back against us. She's the girl with glasses, bangs across her face and is tatted down from both her arms. If you want better customer service, please make the trip to and buy your flowers at Trader Joe's. Don't send your elderly family members here. It's not the first time this happens either. My mom has gotten yelled at because there's nobody at register and she's forced to use the self checkout. A lady that works there had the audacity to yell at my mom to buy glasses because she didn't understand how to use the self checkout register. That boils my blood. This Ralph's location (3330 Yorba Linda Boulevard in Fullerton, CA) has some good food, but the atmosphere is filled with poison. I'd give Zero stars if I could. According to a manager I spoke with today, the Corporate Office is responsible for the poisonous atmosphere. And for that reason, I plan to take my business elsewhere. AGGRESSIVE IN-STORE PAN HANDLING Panhandling comes in many different forms, from the gentleman insisting to wash your windshield at night in the parking lot, to IN-STORE CABLE SALESMEN! REALLY, CABLE SALESMEN INSIDE RALPHS. I go there to shop for groceries. I'm not there to give-away my time to anyone, especially for FREE. It's bad enough having to scan your own heavy items at self-check-out risking hurting your back, but now you have to undergo REPEATED ATTEMPTS at IN-STORE PAN HANDLERS trying to get you to buy something I cannot afford. This is not proper American grocery shopping ambiance, it's more like a 19th century seedy Turkish Bazaar vibe. RALPHS is the FACEBOOK of Grocery, you're going to get a lot of advertisements, and a lot of UNWELCOMED ATTEMPTS AT COMMUNICATION. I'll try Grocery Outlet nearby or make the stop at ALDI - just to avoid the onslaught of solicitations at "We-Sell-Out-Our-Customer's-Shopping-Experience-to-make-extra-money-to-pocket-behind-Kroger-CORPORATE'S-BACK" Ralphs. This little strip of Yorba Linda BLVD is becoming the Skid Row of North OC, specifically because of the way this Ralph's is managed. read more

Carmen was incredibly rude. She was helping us at first to get our rewards for 3 chocolate bars, but she went to go get something as we were waiting at self-checkout and as soon as she came back she said "I was trying to help you and you messed it up" in a rude and condescending tone. We said thank you regardless, and when we walked out, she ignored my friend and I as we said goodbye thank you and have a nice day. She looked us straight in the eye and ignored us. You need to always double check the pricing. This is the third time I have caught something off. Purchased wrapping paper the box wasn't labeled but all of the boxes next to it said 3.24. When I checked the receipt was charged 10.99. They also have digital coupons where they advertise low prices but you need to make sure you use the digital coupon. Ok I feel that maybe this lady Maribel either knows me and hates me or she's racist because I'm Hispanic, why else would she look at with disgust!! I went over today 1/0 like every wknd. There were 2 people infront of me in register 1 and she was very friendly with those 2 customers. She greeted them and made conversation. It was a white couple and an Asian lady after her. The worst Customer Service ever! I showed up three minutes before the official closing time just to quickly get milk for my baby that needed it and Marques had already locked the door and denied me entry. When I asked to be let in, he said that they lock the door five minutes prior to closing and that I couldn't get milk for my baby. I made it clear that all I needed was milk for my infant and even showed him a picture and he still denied me and said "too bad." I will never shop at another Ralph's again for this horrible, inhumane act. I risked my life in service to this country in the United States Marine Corps overseas, and cannot believe how horrible and cruel Americans who take their freedom for granted behave towards others in need. This is not what I or my fellow brothers and sisters risked our lives for, and I am appalled that anyone would behave in this way. If it were up to me, Marques should be fired. I've never had as bad of customer service as I just did. I go to different Ralph's almost every day & have never been treated so poorly. First the cashiers check out stand that I went to had no one there. Was going to go to self check out (which would've been better) but the cashier showed up. There was no greeting or hello! She was So unfriendly! Rang up my items & the computer froze. Called the Asst. Mgr that was only a yard away, no answer. Had to call him (Michael) on the intercom to get him to come help. He couldn't, so he took me to another check out. Rang up my items but one was wrong price & the flowers I had taken price tag off when I thought I had been checked out. Had to wait for them to go scan another bouquet. I said that I would pay cash to avoid the computer freezing up and Michael, the asst. mgr, made a rude remark that "it has nothing to do with the card". Obviously, it did because it froze processing the card & not for cash. Michael practically threw the flowers at me & said to have a nice day (sarcastically). I couldn't believe how rude he was! I told him when he first came over that I was in a rush & had to get to work. Thought he would try to get me out fast but he was not concerned. His behavior & remarks were not professional. I have always been treated nicely at Ralph's, that's why I shop there so often. Very disappointed & upset. He needs to treat the customers better & not have so much attitude. I have been shopping at Ralphs for years. Recently, the stores have been rearranging the aisles. I was in search of two items. Vinegar has always been in the aisle adjacent to fruit and veggies with the salad dressing. Now, salad dressing is halfway across the store from produce and vinegar, well, it's now on the BBQ aisle. The other item was El Comal Torillas. Couldn't find them last time at the store. So today, I looked them up before going. The website said the location was FRONT-Other. Found them on a BACK end-cap mixed in with another brand, unmarked. Going to the grocery store shouldn't be difficult. It also shouldn't take 30 minutes to pick up 5-6 items. read more

1/10/2019 We have been shopping here beside Albertsons/Sams Club/Target. We always come here for the meat selection and the quality of service we receive from the friendly Butcher? If your looking for something but can't find the product just ask the staff here and they'll be happy to assist you. We always run into the same guy when we go shopping restocking the meat selection helping us select the right meat for our meals. The cashiers in the front are always friendly and ready to check us out quickly understanding that customers are generally in a hurry. They also have a small Wells Fargo branch inside this location towards the back of the store on the produce side!! They recently renovated the store by replacing the old hardwood floors. They have two Red box's right next to each other at the front entrance. No starbucks location here. read more

Employees working in the deli area are getting sore shoulders (repetitive motion injury) from operating the meat/cheese slicer. Because they are getting sore shoulders, they often cut the meat/cheese thicker than what the customer requested to reduce the repetitive motion. I often receive thinly sliced meat as opposed to the shaved meat I ordered. Furnishing the Deli with an "automatic meat slicer with integrated scale" would remedy the issue. One has to wonder why Ralph's tolerates a situation where employees are getting repetitive motion injuries and providing less than quality service as a result. read more

There's no cart attendant. The wipes for the carts is open and exposed. The wipes are all exposed to bacteria/germs because it has no lid. They left the the entire bag for the wipes just open to air! The roll of wipes has been touched by so many people. Therefore people pulled used wipes and threw it on top of the open bag of wipes. So gross! Why do you even have this if your store and start can't even keep it sanitized?!! Good thing I bring my own hand sanitizer and wipes. Management needs to keep the maintenance crew / staff in order. I went on Thursday 5/12/22 to order cupcakes and cake for my son's birthday. We have always gone with Ralph's for our special occasion baked goods because it's usually moist, light, and not overly sweet. During the order process, Melinda (manager of the bakery) went above and beyond to make sure I was well taken care. I requested a specific set of Spider-man toppers that were on display and when she realized that they were out, she said she would go to another store to make sure I would have them. We had a Spider-Man theme and everything was near perfect. The only hiccup we had was that I ordered a marble cake but it was all white cake. The cake came with a cool Spider-Man toy and Melinda even took the time to explain that there was a plastic tray to keep the toy from getting frosting on it. I was initially charged the wrong amount for the cake but once again Melinda took great care of me and made it right. We will definitely continue coming to Ralph's for our baked good needs. read more

Clean shiny floors, coupons tags everywhere, small deli area, cute white girls at the register, yep, its a Ralphs. This one confused me at first because I saw two doors at the west entrance, luckily I did not walk into the glass. I did walk in the direction of some crackers on sale. Best there is, best there was, best there ever will be, that is how I would describe thier alcohol section, so much wine and beer in one area, they could compete with the Brea Ralphs. A great cookie section including those double-choco cookies for $2.99. Since Easter is upon us you will see rabbits, eggs and decorations. Overall the presentation and spacing in this store is great. Thier deli was closed but they had the cheeses and lunch meat area open. They also had a section with lunch meat towards the back, I guess people here may eat alot of sandwiches. I saw a few good club card deals but only left with crackers, cookies since that is all I needed. The avacodas were decent price and the veggie area looked lovely as always. Thier fruit section looked really nice and I wish the prices did too. I must commend this stores checkout lanes on thier speed and freindliness. There is a nice waterfall outside the store, very relaxing, very comfortable parking area too. Its proximity to the 57 frwy was icing on the cake (oh they had nice cakes but I am cutting back right now). This place is convenient as it is near hair stylist, gas, phillys best, office supply store, wells fargo and a JBBQ place.
