The Frozen Seafood and Rare Meat case seems to always provide Special Prices! Updating my review because it's long overdue. I've been coming to this location for several years, although after moving to the local area I frequent it even more. I have had positive experiences here more often than not. Customer service has been consistent throughout my visits. The store is always clean and well stocked. And they have great wine sales lol. Now with the ban on plastic bags, they offer free reusable bags to give and take which is great when you forget one or have too many left over. We visit this store to buy sandwiches for lunch once in a while, we really enjoy them however lately they have been very skimpy with their onions. We ask for onions and they placed literally one small piece of onion. I will share picture ! The people here seem nice but this is probably the third time or even more that I have fell for one of their on-sale deals and got home to realize immediately it was rotten. Tonight, I got their catfish on sale for 2.99 a pound and the guy said I can cook it by tomorrow night. It got me deathly ill just to find out that if you smell it, it will smell up the kitchen with a rotten smell. I also had to throw out the on-sale cut cantalope for smelling sour and weird. I have their grass fed beef still in my fridge that I will probably just throw out to be safe. You shouldn't sell something that is noticeably rotten. Literally just smell it. read more

I have always had a very good time shopping here. I really love getting their sandwiches and an ollipop. It's a great price and a good lunch in my opinion. Ask for the red hummus as well - it is delicious. I also saw a review saying someone had a bad experience with Vanessa, and that her attitude was not appropriate. I have actually always had a very good experience with Vanessa, and from what I have seen she is always very engaged and kind to her customers. This review is mostly for the deli and the party platters that you can order through Sprouts Catering. I got the fruit and cheese platter, Mediterranean platter, and veggie platter. All were beautiful and delicious. The platters got multiple compliments. Also the customer service when picking up the party platters was A+. Overall, I like Sprouts. This is my usual Sprouts--an ongoing problem they seem to have is allowing dogs (not service dogs) in the store. Witnessed someone's dog way too close to fresh produce (a large husky), and on the same visit, a couple bringing in two small dogs that barked multiple times at the other dog already in the store. The workers just stood and watched, despite Sprouts policy explicitly stating no animals, except service ones, are allowed. It's a sanitary risk to have animals within licking distance of produce and other food items--this location needs to do better. read more

Deceptive advertising or theft. I'm fed up! I have been buying their 100% grass fed ground beef for a couple years. The "(2lbs)" package NEVER contains 2 ponds of beef. The butcher or the company are intentionally shorting the amount of meat in the package. The wrapping doesn't account for the shortage. Each package is 0.9 - 1.4 ounces short EVERY time. I'm not sure this is even legal. I'm going to find out who to report it to. I challenge everyone to buy, then weigh the meat. read more
