I frequent this location of H Mart for multiple reasons. My wife and I love to do our grocery shopping here particularly for their meat and banchan selections. The cuts of meat here are our go to for at home KBBQ. We love their thin sliced brisket and ribeye. The selection of kimchi is choice and they have so much Banchan it's hard to keep count. Their Fuji Apples are delicious and huge. This H Mart is usually stocked with those viral Mango, Lemon and White Peach ice cream. If you have never tried it you're definitely missing out. One of main reasons I love this H-Mart is their food court vendors. The Tous Les Jours and Awoolim are the stand outs. We love the bakery and drinks at Tous. Awoolim has so much variety of kimbap you'll want to buy them all. H Mart Diamond Bar is the best one around!

So much stuff, so clean, organized, easy parking, big location. I've only been to about 5 different H marts, Burlington,MA location being the first one, San Diego being the 2nd and all others in between. But I must say I really like this location. If it wasn't so far from me I would come here regularly. No long lines and plenty of cash wraps with real cashiers to assist you. The store is not packed, you can shop around comfortably. Enter one way and exit at the end, once you just even merely take a step even close to the exit door (but did not exit yet) and decided you wanted a piece of candy from the cash wrap area, instead of letting you turn around to do so, then say sorry you have to go back around... even if there was no customers in the register area.. But anyways, look forward to coming back Which I did end up doing but thought it was crazy.

I like this location, great meat and big selection of veggies. Is a bit crowded , sometimes is hard to find stuff . Seafood is always fresh and the place is clean and inviting .

We bought a poke bowl there, and as I was eating, this bug just crawls up to the side. I definitely won't be coming back for a while. Makes me wonder if the salad leaves were washed at all? Not worth the time to return it as I'm not from the area.

Clean and convenient Hmart. It has the usual selection of Korean and Asian foods. Fresh produce, fresh seafood areas. Hot food bar and also a bakery inside. What you expect from an Hmart. Plenty of parking. Please come and create your own adventure.

I don't shop at Korean markets often. I find H mart is the best among other Korean markets. For one they have good selections of organic produce and foods. Some Korean markets don't sell any organic produce at all. This place is clean and very well organized. The small food court is very convenient for grab & go foods. I like to get sushi rolls from that kimbap store at the food court. The staffs are usually friendly and fast. My choice of Korean market!

This is the closest H Mart to it and I remember being much younger, maybe around high school age and being blown away by it. However, after visiting a couple other H Marts as an adult, my eyes have been widened just a bit more haha. I like that there's a Bank of America ATM right outside and they do have a small food court here. The kimbap and manjoo place have never changed and they've always been staples for more than a decade where some of the other businesses have changed hands throughout the year's (Cheesetella, etc.). I believe it's also where the closest Tous les Jours is to me as well. It can get crazy with the parking and cashier lines on certain days though and just know that later towards the day, even mid afternoon on weekends, some of the better options for sashimi and some hot foods may be out, but they do try to do their best with getting as much out as possible. Sometimes you get crazy good deals like recently when I found over $10 off on some viral sweet/regular potato mochi breads and some of the Toomba Shin Ramyun noodles, but other times, I would say it's just okay and comparable to other Korean markets out there. Nothing that really blows my mind. Weekends you do get to try samples some times too, but they're generally harvested quite quickly as well. Overall, solid H-mart, if anything.

The worst restroom, only have two toilets for men using ,every customer wait for 15 minutes over. What this market management doing?

Luv this location as there are eatery options inside. Great service kind and friendly, helpful. Clean and organized. All the ingredients you can't find in the regular grocery stores. Fresh veggies, meats and seafood. Live tanks to pick your choice of lobsters. Seasonings and spices to elevate your Asian cuisine to the next level. So much to see you'll spend a good amount of time exploring. There's plenty of parking and easily accessible.

This is my favorite H-Mart everrr ! To begin with it's HUGE & always has stock on whatever I came to the market for. This H-Mart always has the best produce + is super organized and clean I wish I had a H-Mart like this near me. I also love how this is in a plaza with a lot of other shops + a super charger is in the back (convenient for me bc I have a Tessie). I will be back soon :-)

My second time here. My friend needed to shop for some grocery, so I came along with her. This market is pretty clean. Check out lane wasn't bad, didn't wait too long to pay. The cashier was nice and fast.

I love shopping here not just for the groceries and the cute photo spots, but also for the amazing food court inside! Lately, this has been my go-to spot for a quick, convenient, and adorable lunch. The staff is friendly and always working hard, and everything is always well-stocked, fresh, and clean.

9/15/24 Still on the search for net cover for food to keep flies & critters away. I figured most Asian stores would have these but 99 Ranch didn't have one! So I decided maybe H Mart would have it & the closest one is the one in Diamond Bar . Off we go to Diamond Bar. This happens to be a SUPER H Mart. It does not appear to be bigger than most of the other branches but it boasts plenty of prepared foods (huge selection) and also a lot of individual stalls or vendors surrounding the inside of the market. After roaming for more than 30 minutes, I couldn't find the food net but I did find blanket covers (instead of using plastic bags). I had fun going from aisle to aisle checking out what they had to offer. Everything was so neatly organized. It was refreshing to find some stuff I wouldn't have thought they would be selling. I found a clothes drying contraption for delicate items or ones you wouldn't to dry in the drier. There were so many cooking implements that were really neat too. Fresh produce department was fairly large, also found those $$$ grapes for $19.99. The meat & seafood department are impressive with all sorts of cuts of meat, some frozen as well. Everything looks fresh (no funky smells unlike 99 Ranch). Hubby took advantage of the cooked foods and ate his at the dining area. I would definitely like to return to this supermarket and see what else I missed

Every time I enter the store, I'm met with cold stares and no greeting, but EVERYONE and I mean EVERYONE that comes after me gets a greeting with a smile and they're so loud about it you can literally hear them down the aisles as you shop. When shopping throughout the store, certain employees will follow me throughout the store but will not offer help during every visit until I get to the register. Each aisle I go down, they "mysteriously" show up and will act as if they're stocking until my shopping is complete and suddenly their stocking is complete too. Wherever I check out, and if there is a bagger at the end of the register, they "coincidently" always leave or will proceed back to the sales floor and I can tell it's done maliciously because when they walk away, they'll cut glances to see if it has gotten any reaction out of me. After the first 4 instances, I spoke with the store manager and he mentioned he would have a conversation with them. I took about a month break from shopping there and decided to take a trip tonight and without fail, the same behavior occurred! Not only did Silvia watch me and follow me all the way out the door, she continued to do so as I crossed the street to get myself some McDonald's. After witnessing that, I returned to the store to address them. I even opened my bag widely to show them since when I originally checked out, the person that you see at the end of the register continued to glance in my bag until I left and that's when Silvia began to trail me out the store. At the time I was on foot, so if I was to steal and put something in my bag, when I opened it, they would've seen it! When I asked her if I could get corporate's information to further escalate my concerns, she told me "that was something she wasn't going to provide and she was just doing her job." It wasn't until I told her that since she felt so comfortable being dismissive and that I was going to record the interaction and pulled out my phone, she nonchalantly tried to give me the website. I do not appreciate the treatment I receive here. I feel targeted, unwelcome and discriminated against.

I don't shop at Aldi very often, so this was a confusing experience…read more I picked up a package of chicken legs that were advertised in the store for $1.99 per pound. However, the package label itself still showed the regular price per pound. Since the printed barcode label showed a higher price, I simply asked my cashier of the day, Emily, if she could confirm that the sale price per pound was actually being applied at the register. Instead of checking the price, Emily, who looked visibly annoyed by my "extremely complicated" request, told me she could not see the price per pound and that I would have to pay first before seeing the price on the receipt. She also suggested that I could simply pay first if the price turned out to be wrong, and then process a refund afterward. That felt completely backwards. Customers should not have to complete a purchase just to verify the price of an item sold by weight. For a brief moment I thought I had accidentally stepped into a South Asian government office somewhere, where the process is: pay first, ask questions later. In my mind I was thinking, "I'm not asking for the secrets of the universe here. I only asked you to read the price per pound that your register is showing, so I can feel good about saving $1.79." When I explained that I simply wanted to confirm the price before paying, Emily my cashier of the day became even more annoyed and asked, "So do you want to buy this or not?" When I said I would rather not pay without knowing the actual price per pound, she ended the interaction with, "Then We are done." Jeez.... Curiosity got the best of me, so I walked around the store until I found the store manager afterward and asked how customers are supposed to know they are getting the advertised sale price (while showing him the weekly ad)? He explained that the price printed on the package is usually the regular price, while the sale price appears at the register when the item is scanned. Fair enough. But for someone who does not shop at Aldi often, this is not obvious at all, especially when the printed label shows a completely different price. I suppose this is not Erewhon, but still, when the price looks "wrong", customers tend to ask questions. To be fair, the manager was super awesomely helpful and took the time to explain how the pricing system works, so kudos to him ! Unfortunately, the interaction with the cashier was unnecessarily complicated. Asking to confirm the price of an item before paying seems like a pretty reasonable request. Aldi's prices are great, but the checkout customer service could use a little improvement. And if Emily happens to be running the register next time, perhaps management could let customers borrow the register for two minutes and run their own self-checkout while she enjoys a well-deserved chocolate break.
