Karina assisted us in picking all the components of the pc and giving her advice and expertise. Unfortunately we couldn't afford the whole cost so we applied for the financing , we didn't get approved so we had to say up enough money . We actually had to buy it somewhere else because they approved us for snap financing. We got scammed by a different company. We were able to get a refund and save up enough money. And without a doubt me and my son wanted to come back to VR LA Tech and get it from Karina. She even was patient with us when we had to save up more money. I forget the name of the person that assisted me, but he was very friendly and patient (especially for something that was really stupid). I am very impressed with this company. Order process: I ordered their (Centaur Gaming PC - GeForce RTX 3080 | Intel Core i7-12700KF) model. Modified the cpu, gpu, Wi-Fi/Bluetooth choice (which just pays for a higher end motherboard, which is well priced in my opinion) and audio card. They made all the changes I wanted and even notified me one of the audio cards I ordered would not fit due to the size of the gpu I ordered. I approved the change to a smaller audio card, they refunded the difference and was satisfied by their customer service. Delivery: The team at VRLA have a 1-2 business day processing time, so my order on Monday (10-17-22) was completed by Wednesday and arrived Thursday (I live in the same state). Pc arrived packaged properly and safely (which is very important) and no components were loose or damaged. I have been testing the pc that past few days and have had no issues. Temps are amazing, speeds are awesome, and the gaming is perfect. Thoughts: I highly recommend using this company for a pre-built. They have done amazing compared to their competitors and their prices are quite fair. Building my setup myself would have only save me +/- $450 but I would have waited forever for shipping and that doesn't include all the marked up 4090's for sale. If I include the 4090's for $2k - $2200 then VRLA saved me money. Update while typing this: The team recently updated the generation of equipment for builds and everyone buying builds now can enjoy a z790 board and 13gen intel CPU's for the same cost's I paid. Do not buy from this company. At best, if I'm being charitable, they use false advertising when you are ordering a product when it comes to how long it will take to receive your order. At worst, it's theft/fraud. They've taken 1300$ from me and have not returned an email or answered the phones for over a month. Terrible customer service and warranty support.  Replies to my emails come arrive a week or two afterwards.  No one answers the phone.  I got one call from the stressed out tech repair department, no fault on them.  I've been waiting for a computer repair for 6 weeks and can't get an update on it. They will not offer to refund my money or drop in a new component to replace the damaged one. I couldn't get the PS5 so i decided fuK it ill get a better gaming computer. I spent about 3 weeks researching. I checked out Microcenter, Nzxt , best buy, and Walmart. And a tiktok video referred me to VRLATech , i had 2 screens with 5 tabs opened to build my ideal computer. I started knocking them out one by one until it came down two 2 places. VRLA or Nzxt, i decided on VRLA because they reviews said their customer service was the best in the industry, and VRLA let me upgrade my ram and graphics card super cheap compared to NZXT. Well turns out i forgot to add a Bluetooth adapter to my order because i was under the impression that it was already installed. Pc took 3 days to arrive , i realize my mistake , email VRLA, they responded in like 5 min and told me not to worry about it that they will send me an adapter at no extra charge. I was shocked because even tho they could have charged me they didn't. Long story short if your looking for a gaming pc that can run every popular game flawlessly, get the apollo from VRLA and upgrade it to your liking. I can't speak to build quality yet even though I see some concerning reviews. I just ordered a Helios that I had upfitted with some more expensive parts. I had to refund an order that I had with a competitor who would've charged me 500 dollars more and had a 3 month wait built in due to part availability. Franticly I searched around for a company to help I have probably talked to Angelina half a dozen times and she is the reason for 5 stars she checked every part on my list made sure they were all available and even helped me with some choices not usually offered on those computers. Background: I needed a solid rig to support my hobbies as a musician w a small home studio setup, and flight sim enthusiast/pilot in real training. I was going to do my first build in late 2020 but economically speaking found it was cheaper to let a reputable company do it for me. My research led me to VRLA Tech. VRLA offers a tiered selection of customizable models to meet just about anyone's demands. I selected the TITAN model, as I felt it was a perfect mix of capability and price. SPECS: The basic specs of this particular build, but I upgraded to 32GB RAM and added a WIFI adapter. I will be adding some aftermarket RGB fans myself later. I placed my order in late Jan 2021. Upon ordering I got an email confirmation. I ordered knowing that there would be (at the time) a 6-7 week min lead time, clearly listed on their website. Delays due to supply chain issues & GPU scarcity, etc. Shortly after my order, prices went up across their platform, so I got in under the wire. Also, the lead time increased to 8-9 weeks minimum lead time. During this time I was patient and every so often VRLA would release a social media post on Instagram/YouTube talking about products, and addressing delay issues. I really appreciated this. Some people were crybabies throughout and their comments on Instagram were reflective of their inability to read disclaimers apparently. I digress. About 12 weeks in I emailed VRLA and kindly asked for an update. I was told that my order was complete minus the GPU, but they were getting some in soon. Shortly thereafter I received tracking info and here we are. I finally received my computer in May 2021 and it was well packaged! The computer is extremely quiet and gorgeous. The RGB heat sink fan is cool and you can change the colors with a simple button on the computer chassis. Performance wise I haven't really put it to the test yet but my needs for this computer will probably not push this to the max. I paired it with a curved Samsung monitor fyi. I will be releasing a YouTube unboxing review and video and possibly more as I discover more about my TITAN. OVERALL (so far): Great experience. I understood the long wait times. The build is flawless, clean, arrived perfectly packed. SIMPLE setup - I was up and running in less than 10 min. Don't hesitate to order, this is a solid company that cares about their customers. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!! I ordered a PC from VRLA tech in the beginning of December. I finally received the computer on Wednesday March 17th, over 3 months later. That is not even the part I'm upset about. When I finally received my computer, it didn't work. I've tried everything and talked to people I know who build PCs and they don't understand why it doesn't work. When I tried to call them their voicemail box is full (probably of complaints) and when I emailed them the first person I talked to didn't know what was wrong, and then I was transferred to technical support who asked me to reset the computer, and then never answer me back. Don't bother if you're shopping around for a place to buy a gaming PC. I was trying to find one for my son and stumbled upon VRLA. Their prices are okay, better than most but that comes with cutting a lot of corners. You will also get 0 communication from them ever, and they're impossible to get a hold of anywhere, and honestly i'm not even sure people even work there sometimes. Just avoid this place all together and spend a little extra money and go somewhere else like NZXT. At least, they always get back to me ASAP, and don't leave a paying customer hanging. read more
