Best computer repair service I've ever had. The owner, Anto, was VERY quick to respond to my Yelp quote request for a data transfer. Despite living a few miles away, he drove directly to me to pick up my (dead) computer. During the entire process, he was communicative, punctual, honest, and friendly. Great service! I was having trouble getting my 2011 MacBook Pro laptop to boot (for the third time in the pst for years). I wanted to buy a new laptop, but first needed the data extracted from my hard drive. Anto came to me, picked up my laptop, and provided me with an assessment of the situation within a day. I conveniently was able to buy an external hard drive directly from him and he got my laptop and all data back to me on the extrernal within a few days. In his honest assessment, the laptop was irremediable (not surprising - I've had the video card replaced twice and hard drive relaced once before only to break again). Anto has it all . . . he's extremely knowledgeable, responsible, & trustworthy. But beyond all that, he is responsive. I am a volunteer tutor, and when we went virtual, I was lost. Anto responded over and over on an emergency, fix it now basis, sometimes with the students online. He saved me at the last minute on so many occasions. Since I do not regularly organize an agenda and schedule a meeting to go over the items with Anto, he is usually responding to a myriad of unplanned questions or calls for help. My experience with ANTRA TECH: I had an issue with my desktop PC after trying to install more RAM to try to improve performance. After the installation, the computer wouldn't start! I removed the RAM and the computer still wouldn't start! I was baffled. I contacted ANTRA TECH to take a look at my computer. I use my computer for work so this was urgent. Luckily they came through very quickly! They took a look at the PC and within minutes had it starting up. Not only that, they did somethings afterwards that improved the performance of my PC without needing the RAM upgrade! Needless to say I returned the RAM and now enjoy a faster working system.
