Scammer. Lost story short he tried charging me $200 for my mistake of not connecting my power supply to my motherboard . $200 to plug in 1 cable . *story time* My friend built her PC but it wasn't working. So we brought it to this gentleman and after his diagnosis he said that one of the cables wasn't plugged in. Then proceeded to request $200 for the fix. I said no thank you. She built the PC to save money and $200 to get it working is ridiculous. After I did some research, I found out she had forgot to plug her power supply to the motherboard. One simple cable needed to find its home and the guy put me through hell trying to figure it out. Probably would've taken him 2 seconds. Bad work ethic. I would advise anyone to stay away from this business . He's not trustworthy , he will deceive you, and withholds information from you so he can upcharge you. I brought in my iPad Pro to have it reloaded after not being used for several years. Victor told me that he could reload the OS, but it would not take the newest upgrades. I highly recommend Victor! Our TV broke and based on recommendations from Yelp. I called him. He answered right away and told us to bring our TV to his shop so he can troubleshoot. Since it was end of day Friday, we had to leave our TV there for the weekend (holiday). He contacted me right away on Monday and told us he'll order the parts and we'll let us know if the TV will be fixed After the parts came, he told us that the main screen needs to be replaced and will cost more than 3x for what it's worth-he said we'd be better off buying a new one. But after a few days of drying out when I tried to turn it on it would not boot. So I called Victor and he said he'd take a look. We have been using Victor's Electronic Repairs for many years, primarily for memory and SSD upgrades, and phone battery replacements. Several of our friends have taken their laptop computers for upgrades based on our recommendation and have been very pleased with the work and pricing. Our most recent upgrade/repair need (6/1/23) was to upgrade a 13-year-old Gateway, All-in-one computer from Windows 7 to 10, which also required a precautionary hard drive image backup. It was having lock-up issues and I thought it might be due to incompatible and unsupported software, e.g. Edge, GoogleDrive running on Windows 7. Victor's thought the lockup and shut down might be an overheating issue. They said they would check it, which required opening up the computer and removing shields, etc. What they discovered was a completely dust clogged heat sink. They thoroughly cleaned the cooling system and heat sink, replaced thermal tape, etc. This cleaning work took twice as long as the original Windows 10 upgrade, and they were only going to charge me for the upgrade request (quoted at $100). I insisted they charge me for the heat sink cleaning, and so he said OKAY, only $50 more. Victor and the technicians are honest hard-working people. I highly recommend them for computers, TV, electronics and phone repair. read more

What a great place to go if you're having issues with your electronics. I took my router here cause it died on me and I wasn't sure about fixing it myself. Victor was so nice , opened it up and told me what was wrong but sadly it was too much for me. Well, Victor lowered the price by 50 dollars , FIFTY!!! I ended up buying a new router and picked up the old one. Victor had cleaned it and told me his offer still stood on the lower price if I ever wanted to fix it. Went to Victor's to get additional RAM installed on my iMac. Victor persuaded me to install a solid state drive instead. It was somewhat more money, but not unreasonable. My wife and I had an incredible experience at Victor's My wife has a Lenovo lap top that one of our grandkids got a hold of, when using it, they yanked the charging cord out of the receptacle, leaving the tip in the receptacle. Son in law tried to extract, as did my son, with no luck. Took it to Victor, and he agreed to replace the receptacle, and also removed a hard drive from an obsolete dell computer, and retrieved some pictures and text (that we felt lost forever) and transferred to a flash drive. I took my ailing Yamaha receiver to Victor for diagnosis. After a few days he declared it likely beyond repair, which was fair enough. It had worked for thousands, perhaps tens of thousands of hours. As a consequence I replaced it with a Denon receiver which is of better quality than the Yanaha, so it all worked out. read more

Very nice guys who work there. They unfortunately couldn't save my VCR but they tried. It would've cost as much to fix it than to buy a new one and in those cases you just have to let it go. If I have anything else, I will return. It's hard to find TV/VCR repair places nowadays, especially one that works on older machines.
