He was incredibly responsive on Yelp messages, phone calls, and texts. Unlike most shops, Victor doesn't charge for a diagnostic. He went above and beyond to figure out what was going on with my laptop and even ordered another separate power brick (on his own dime) just to see if it was that. He found the problem, called the manufacturer for the replacement part and gave a fair price for the part + labor. I ultimately did not go through with the repair as I decided to buy a PC. When I went to pick up my laptop I asked what I owed and Victor said everything was complimentary. Now that is top tier service right there. Still gave him money for his/team's time, effort and phenomenal service. If you have anything you need repaired, do not hesitate and bring it to Victor. He will absolutely take care of you.

They repaired my son's custom-built gaming PC by replacing the motherboard, CPU, and updating the BIOS, and now it's running perfectly. I highly recommend them!

Brought it back and all 8 backlights are renewed and itll hopefully get many more years. He helped me get it back up and running too. At first things didnt seem to be working, but after tinkering with it i found the issue and i factory reset the tv and that seemed to do the trick. It seems the tv was very cranky from being worked on and having its guts removed it needed a full reset. I wanted to wait a day or so before writing my review just incase something happened. But im happy to say everythings good! I would definitely reccomend this guy if you need your tv fixed right! His prices are very reasonable too. More affordable to repair my vizio model than to buy another outright.

BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE! PLEASE READ!!!! MUST…read moreREAD!!!! I have a 65 inch TV that went out and after trying some attempts, I researched on Google it would not come back on. It appeared that it may be the backlights.... I searched Google, found this place and reached out. He came immediately to my house to look at the TV ...I didn't know how this worked. I assumed that they opened up the TV at my house and took a look at it ...nonetheless he told me that he needed to take it into the shop. I then ask him. How are you going to get a 65 inch TV down to your work truck...He tells me that I can help him carry the TV down, that it's not that heavy! I am 59 years old with back issues. I do not work for this company nor should I be helping him carry a 65 inch TV down to his work truck... if you came to my house and you accepted the job why are you not prepared with assistance to take the TV down... that should've been the RED FLAG and I should have ask him to please leave my house. But instead, I call my son who lives in the same apartment complex as me, different apartment ...who happens to be off work this day..he comes down to help him carry the TV to his work truck. He's not happy about it at all because he also feels like why is he here to take the job if he can't get the TV to his truck? Why doesn't he have someone helping him? I don't work for him. He takes my TV to his shop. Has it for one week brings it back. I help him put it back on the wall. The TV works for two days and goes out again. I make a call to him to let him know that the TV has gone out after two days of having it back. I also let him know that I am not willing to pay more than the $300. I've already paid him to fix the TV ...because for a couple hundred dollars more I could buy a brand new TV. Arthur then tells me don't worry about it. It's all covered under the warranty! He comes back to my house for the second time and once again my son has to help him carry the TV downstairs. He has my TV for a few days and brings it back, asking where my son is to help him carry it upstairs. I told him that my son has a job and he does not work for him so at this point again I'm 59 years old with back issues and I have to go down to his van to help him carry the TV upstairs into my apartment upon putting the TV back up on the wall. I say to Arthur wait a minute ...this is a scratch on my TV, you scratched my TV!!!! Arthur's reply was come stand over here on this side. You can't even see the scratch. So according to him he picked up a TV that was not scratched, returned my TV scratched, but it should not matter because if I stand in a certain position in the room, the scratch is not noticeable. Unbelievable!!! At this point, this is where the arguing starts ...because I can't believe he has the audacity to tell me that it shouldn't matter. It's not a big deal.. if you stand in a certain position, you can't see the scratch. At this point, he says he wants to make it right! and give me a discount and is going to refund half of the $300 that I paid him to fix my TV...at this point I'm pissed off!!! and I just want him out of my house... so I ask him is he going to Zelle me the $150.00... he then says to me that he didn't say that (complete lie) that the additional part that he had to fix when he took the TV back the second time cost $150 and he's not charging me for that. So basically what he's telling me is that I paid him $300 to fix my TV. He brings it back two days later it's not working again. He takes it back brings it back with a scratch on it and I am supposed to just accept that! It gets better!!!! He then tells me that he can take the TV back a third time and fix the scratch on the screen, but it's going to cost me a lot of money. Oh, I forgot to tell you that when I immediately noticed the scratch and pointed it out to him his initial response was I don't know when the TV got scratched ...maybe when your son was helping me ...I stopped him in his tracks. Don't you dare try to put this on my son ...who should have not been helping you in the first place. So after telling me that he can take my TV back for the third time ....the TV he scratched he can fix the scratch, but it's gonna cost me a lot of money. So Arthur proceeds to give me the $150 cash out of his wallet and tells me please don't write a review.. Please beware and don't use this place!!!! Doesn't deserve the one star that I had to put in order to post this. I forgot to add when he first came and was going to take my TV...I asked him who's going to help you. I'm worried about you carrying my TV downstairs by yourself It's a 65 inch TV and I don't want it scratched his reply to me was "we don't scratch TVs" and then he proceeded to tell me that I can help him. It's not heavy. And when he returned my SCRATCHED TV. That I pointed out to him ...because he was not going to tell me about it... he was hoping I missed it and He could get out the front door.

I took…read morethe motor to several places and called several repair shops and they all said the motor would need a full rewind and would be cheaper just to buy a whole new table saw. However, the table saw was in great shape so I was really hoping to just get the motor repaired. Thank goodness I found Mission Electric Motor on Yelp. The shop owner, Hrant, is the nicest guy. He was also very knowledgeable and honest. He took a look at the motor and said it may just be the start winding that overheated. He wouldn't know for sure until he took it apart. However, if it is just the start winding that overheated, then only that would need a rewind. He gave me a quote to rewind just the start winding and also a quote for a complete rewind. Both quotes were better than all the other places I got quotes from. Fortunately, it ended up being just the start winding that overheated so it did not need a full rewind. I had Hrant repair the motor and it now works better than ever. Before the repair, the motor would take a few seconds to get up to speed. Now, when I hit the start button it starts up instantly. Looking at the new windings, the quality of the wire he used looks better than the one from the factory. Suffice it to say I am very very satisfied with the repair and service I received at Mission Electric Motor. I definitely recommend this place to everyone who has an electric motor that needs repair. Thanks again Hrant.

I had an accident where I stepped on my legion go s screen and it shattered. I didn't expect it to break the entire screen, but only crack a portion of the screen. The fragility of the screen is significantly worse than I thought. I talked with several other tech repair shops and either they did not answer my request for a quote, took way too long to answer or gave a response that they could do nothing about handheld repairs, some gave bad replies. He was the best of 8 different tech repair shops I have encountered and not only the best, it was a landslide better than the competition. The only real issue I had was a very high price premium to fix my device. It was about half of what the actual device cost. Of course I got it on sale for about 700$. The service, labor and total cost to repair was $335. So, almost half of what I paid for the device at Best Buy. I learned not to place this fragile handheld on the ground to prevent it from getting damaged again. Overall satisfied with the outcome and Dory did fix it. Personality was good and time to fix was roughly 2 hours. Parking lot structure is terrible, not enough space and many other places nearby. There are other parking structures as well but it may get towed or even scratched due to compact spaces. Also a little unsafe as there are some loitering. Overall, It's good but not the greatest in terms of value but Dory been doing this for many years roughly 15 as I recall.

He replaced the capacitor for one, and took the turntable for the other with him to fix. He brought it back the next day repaired. The work for both was over a thousand... maybe 1200 or so. Fast, efficient. Worth it... if it had ended there. But it didn't. The console with the replaced capacitor still had the same problem and the turntable had a new issue and wasn't playing out of one channel. These things happen, no problem... so I texted Chris this, and he would occasionally get back to me but would not commit to come out and finish the work. After months of this I started to get worried. Finally, two or three months later of hounding him constantly, I got him to come out to at least fix the turntable - but only AFTER I had diagnosed the issue myself (was simply a loose wire in the cartridge that needed soldering) and told him not to worry about the second console for now (which he said he'd have to take into his shop since he had no room) if that was what was preventing him from coming out. That worked. He came. Soldered the one wire and one player was working fully. I was happy for at least that. We discussed having him take the other console into his shop in a month or so when he had room and finish what he started... I knew there would extra costs and told him so. Nevertheless, he has stopped responding to any communication from me at all since that day. That was months ago now. Judging by other reviews on here about Chris ghosting them, I fear that is the treatment I'm getting and it's the last I've heard from him. I'll have to find someone else to finish the work I suppose.
