Very dissatisfied:( Raffi showed up an hour late for a scheduled service appt at our home for our Hi-Def TV. Prob-desc was hissing noise and poor picture quality. Arriving an hour late, Raffi looked at the T.V. and said it looks fine to him, grabbed the tv remote adjusted the sharpness from the picture menu, when I said there was no difference; he said that our home was too bright?!? Addressing the hissing issue, Raffi stated that it was due to the cable-box?? If you have a FLAT PANEL, Hi-Def TV steer clear of Raffi as he isn't very knowledgeable about flat-panels and is rather quick to blame everything on your peripheral items (cable-box), (apple-tv). We paid $$ for Raffi to adjust the sharpness on our T.V. Set, when this wasn't the problem ...NICE!!! Obviously the problem was not due to the cable-box, we disconnected everything from our set turned the unit on and the noise was still there and poor pix quality. We contacted the manufacturer they advise that we replace a the power-chord of all things! We did, we're happy and BEST of all we shredded Raffi's card and sticker he placed on the back of our TV :-) and threw it in the trash, the best place for his contact information and his service! You can do MUCH better than Raffi, poor customer service, lack of knowledge and doesn't respect the client's time! read more

Well, had to call Raffi again a few months back. He knows what he is doing but yet the same $200 cost just to come out to my house? After being a regular customer I was expecting maybe $50 plus maybe another $50 for the only 10-15mins repair time that he was here. A bit steep in service price imo just to come out considering if he wants the repeat business. Decent good service just very steep in price for quick repairs sadly. I'm the type of person who wants a person to be there when they say they will be arriving. Last time I tired to use him maybe he was having a bad day or something but didn't show up when he said he would, in fact I had to call him 2 hours later and ask what was up, then he said sorry he'd be at my house in an hour and then still 2 hours later nadda, didn't even bother to call me to tell me he was running late again. I couldn't stick around waiting any longer and had to leave suddenly so I figured why bother calling him again? I guess once he arrived at my door step about 3 hours after I talked to him last (when I had to call him and he said he'd be over in an hour), then all of a sudden he finally had my phone number to call me. ? Like I said, he is a good guy, knows how to fix TVs and was maybe just having a bad day. But sorry, he could have at least called me to tell me he wouldn't be there when he said he would 2 times in the same day. I wouldn't have had a problem if he had told me he wasn't sure what time he would be able to get over and just would have rather called me instead to tell me when he was on his way over. I mean don't make a schedule with a customer and then twice on the same day give them times you will be there and then especially don't bother to call them to say you can't make it or are running late. I like this guy but that ticked me off a bit that I got no phone call from him about not going to make it when he said he would twice in one day. Maybe just a bad day for him. ? Otherwise he had helped me in the past with my TV and everything ok. My first TV bulb lasted 5 years. He had to replace a bulb twice in 2 years so I thought the bulb should last a lot longer but whatever. read more

Raffi is AWESOME!!! I have a 28 inch LCD Monitor that stopped working after 5 years of use, so I though I had to replace it. I called him up and he asked me bring in the monitor and he will give a free estimate. Since I had nothing to lose, I took the monitor and once I was in his store he immediately got the information (model no., serial no. etc) gave me a receipt and told me he will take a look at it and call me. Less than 24 hours, I get a call from him stating that he had replaced all the filters and other parts and its in a brand new condition. The cost of repair was very reasonable so I didn't even bother to ask why it was fixed as I was waiting for an estimate. He is a very HONEST and I would to go to him again for all my TV and Monitor repairs. THANKS RAFFI. YOU ARE THE BEST !!! read more

Watt is great! I had a plasma tv screen go black on me - newer TV with 3D. Ran the diagnostic and the red light blinked 14 times - what to do? I much prefer my plasma over LCD due to personal preference and movie display quality. I found Watt....He was able to diagnosis the issue quickly and I had my tv repaired and back up and running within a day - and this was right before Thanksgiving. Very courteous, let me know some common issues and maintenance and also installed better fasteners (screws) to prevent any logical boards from breaking down in the future. TVs are expensive, and if they can be repaired and you have a good tv this is the only way to go - don't buy into the modern product cycle and just buy new - support your local businesses and this a business to support. Watt TV repair is located in the same location as Watt computer repair, and is run in unison as a family business. While I only required the service of the Watt computer repair, I was primarily helped by the Raffi, who ran the TV repair portion of the business, and he was extremely helpful, nice, and patient as he helped me even though I was not his customer! I even forgot my water bottle at the location during drop off, and he ran to my car to give it back (during the week when temps hit 105+). If I needed a TV repaired, I wouldn't hesitate to go here. read more
