Went in with a broken on my, X10. Dropped my phone yesterday and the small crack ended up being a crack throughout entire screen. Paul assisted me right away and was charged a reasonable price. Paul was professional and knowledgeable on everything phone. Paul replaced my screen and I bought a new phone cover. My phone is as good as new. Thanks Paul for your honesty and professionalism. read more

I would recommend this place if you need your device to be fix. Paul was very nice and professional but the most important he was honest. Not all people has knowledge on phones that's why we bring it to the specialist. except once in a while we do sometimes encounter people that are not honest and just wants to take advantage of the customers. But not with Paul he will explain it to you 1 by 1 so you will understand if it can be fix or not and he'll even put in something extra without charging you and the price was very affordable I would recommend this to all of my friends my co-workers family and my entire relative. Just check this place out and see for yourself. read more

PLEASE READ! Do not get your phone fixed by this guy. He is not reliable and unfortunately is a thief. I got my iPhone 7 Plus screen fixed by him and he came to our home. The cost was $90 and after he finished I gave him $100 just because, you know, for gas. I didn't have to. Anyway, I gave the iPhone to my mother as I bought the new iPhone X. Maybe a week later my mother dropped the phone and it cracked again... So, I contacted the guy (never saved his name) and he came back again to fix it. My mother also wanted to fix my little brothers iPhone 6. When he arrived to fix the phone my mother told him about the iPhone 6. He didn't have the screen with him (which is understandable) but said he'd come back. My mother paid him for both phones! Plus extra for gas!!! HE HAS YET TO RESPOND AND ITS BEEN 15 DAYS! He robbed my mother of her money for trusting him. We both contacted him. I know people have family issues occur (which is what he claimed) and we waited. NOW 15 DAYS AND HE IS COMPLETELY IGNORING US! THIS IS NOT HOW YOU RUN A BUSINESS! AT LEAST RETURN HER MONEY FOR THE PHONE YOU DID NOT FIX!!! But NOTHING! I will take this to small claims court. You don't run and a business and steal from people! Oh, and considering the phone screen broke within a week of fixing it, shows the quality of material he is using! SCAM ARTIST AND A THEIF! Here are text to prove it. From both my mother and I! 15 Days!!! Ridiculous. DO NOT GO HERE! read more

Straight up, I drove far because of Jeff's good online reviews. In general, he is a friendly person and seems pretty straight forward. I thought my Iphone 6+ had "touch disease"(look up issue online), but according to him, it didn't. He said to change the display for $70, and said he would count it towards any future repair if it wasn't the screen. Also, he said to update iOS if it didn't. The issue was not resolved by the screen change or updating iOS. A matter of fact, the unit wouldn't even finish the activation process correctly after the update. After repeated attempts to contact him and make an appointment, I've just about given up. Yes, Apple out-of-warranty repair costs more, but it would have been worth it due to the delays and aggravation with this one man operation. read more

Very helpful and got the screen fixed. My charger also wasn't working and he fixed that too. Thanks!!

Came here to get my cracked iPhone 6 screen repaired and was pleasantly surprised with how quickly Jeff responded to my screen replacement quote over Yelp. What was great was that I in and out in 10 MINUTES, my phone works PERFECTLY, and what made my experience even better was how AFFORDABLE it was (SO glad I didn't go to the shop near my place which had quoted me $30 more for the SAME PRODUCT!) Don't forget to check-in on yelp to get a free glass screen protector! WHAT A STEAL! This place is a hidden gem for techies that find themselves with a cracked screen. Thanks for the awesome customer service and I would highly recommend this place over any other. PS: It can be difficult to spot this place at first but it is located in the white building right next to the park. Lots of space to park in the back & you'll find the suite on the first floor. read more

Awesome work! Like everyone says, he's a nice guy who replaces your screen quickly and for a good price. I couldn't get my phone fixed right away, but he was good about keeping in touch with me until I could bring it in. Really happy with this service. As a tip, the suite is difficult to find! Park behind the building right next to the park and he's on the first floor. There's no sign in the back, but there's one on the window by his space. read more

I requested a quote and he was able to take me the same day. Really quick service, way better price than I've gotten before. Would recommend! read more

An awesome place. Got my charting port fixed fast. Very friendly and with a personal touch. I will come back here in the future. 5 stars all the way! read more

I didn't end up going to Jeff just because of time constraints, but I'll definitely take my phone to him when I'm back in town. He offered to do a same-day repair in 15-20 minutes, and even offered to open super early (7:00 am!!) to accommodate me before I had to be at the airport. Now THAT is some serious customer service. Honestly, it's above and beyond. Oh, and he quoted me a very reasonable price - $30 less than the quote I got at the sketchy repair place inside Glendale Galleria. I'll definitely come back to Jeff in the future for any screen work. TIP: his service radius is 10 miles, otherwise you'll have to drive to the store (or I think he accepts mailed in phones). read more

I decided to give this place a shot based off of how close it was to my home and all of the positive Yelp reviews. When I called the owner was out to lunch but I was able to leave my phone with the receptionist which was awesome because I had to run. About an hour later I got a phone call that my phone was ready and it was very pleased with the outcome. If you're in the area and looking for a great priced and reliable iPhone repair I would definitely check the spot out. Jeff fixed each phone in a matter of 10 minutes each, and charged about $120 bucks and came to my house which is a huge plus! I somehow managed to crack my i7+ screen and was hoping to get it repaired - as opposed to shelling out $800 for a new iPhone. I called Jeff, the owner, and asked if he can do the repair at my office - sure enough he said no problem and was here replacing the glass within the hour. 15 minutes later - new screen. Works perfectly! And, best of all the cost to replace was well under $100 - best deal around. Thanks Jeff - highly recommended and will definitely use his services again if and when needed! read more

I did not have a good experience with this company. The guy said his store was being remodeled so I met him at his home. He said he would have my phone ready by the next day, but I couldn't get a hold of him and it ended up taking 2-3 days. When I got my phone back the screen was fixed, but my camera has not worked since. read more

Excellent service! Fixed my phone in about an hour. $75 for iPhone 7plus screen repair (which is cheaper than a local Groupon for the same size phone). Overall very satisfied and would use again. read more

Gave Jeff a call because of the great reviews here on yelp. I am so glad I did. I had major water damage to my phone that messed up the lcd and corroded parts of my camera and silence switch. Jeff hooked it up by not only swapping my screen but he went above and beyond by cleaning out the corroded parts and fixing the silent switch. Unfortunately the camera is beyond repair. He told me to wait a couple weeks until the part becomes $50 cheaper. If I ever have to repair my phone forget applecare. Jeff's my go to guy now. read more

Not satisfied with timing and service:( I was promised to get my electronics back much much sooner but I end up calling the repair guy every day trying to get my stuff back. My advice to you DO NOT PAY in advance and get any kind of receipt that describes exact information of what electronic devices you left for repair if you ever consider to use this repair shop. I was very lucky to at least get my electronic devices back from the repair guy which were not repaired at all and which he took money for in advance. Very very very disappointed!!!!! read more
