PLEASE READ! Do not get your phone fixed by this guy. He is not reliable and unfortunately is a thief. I got my iPhone 7 Plus screen fixed by him and he came to our home. The cost was $90 and after he finished I gave him $100 just because, you know, for gas. I didn't have to. Anyway, I gave the iPhone to my mother as I bought the new iPhone X. Maybe a week later my mother dropped the phone and it cracked again... So, I contacted the guy (never saved his name) and he came back again to fix it. My mother also wanted to fix my little brothers iPhone 6. When he arrived to fix the phone my mother told him about the iPhone 6. He didn't have the screen with him (which is understandable) but said he'd come back. My mother paid him for both phones! Plus extra for gas!!! HE HAS YET TO RESPOND AND ITS BEEN 15 DAYS! He robbed my mother of her money for trusting him. We both contacted him. I know people have family issues occur (which is what he claimed) and we waited. NOW 15 DAYS AND HE IS COMPLETELY IGNORING US! THIS IS NOT HOW YOU RUN A BUSINESS! AT LEAST RETURN HER MONEY FOR THE PHONE YOU DID NOT FIX!!! But NOTHING! I will take this to small claims court. You don't run and a business and steal from people! Oh, and considering the phone screen broke within a week of fixing it, shows the quality of material he is using! SCAM ARTIST AND A THEIF! Straight up, I drove far because of Jeff's good online reviews. In general, he is a friendly person and seems pretty straight forward. I thought my Iphone 6+ had "touch disease"(look up issue online), but according to him, it didn't. He said to change the display for $70, and said he would count it towards any future repair if it wasn't the screen. Also, he said to update iOS if it didn't. The issue was not resolved by the screen change or updating iOS. A matter of fact, the unit wouldn't even finish the activation process correctly after the update. After repeated attempts to contact him and make an appointment, I've just about given up. Yes, Apple out-of-warranty repair costs more, but it would have been worth it due to the delays and aggravation with this one man operation. read more

I didn't end up going to Jeff just because of time constraints, but I'll definitely take my phone to him when I'm back in town. He offered to do a same-day repair in 15-20 minutes, and even offered to open super early (7:00 am!!) to accommodate me before I had to be at the airport. Now THAT is some serious customer service. Honestly, it's above and beyond. Oh, and he quoted me a very reasonable price - $30 less than the quote I got at the sketchy repair place inside Glendale Galleria. I'll definitely come back to Jeff in the future for any screen work. Gave Jeff a call because of the great reviews here on yelp. I am so glad I did. I had major water damage to my phone that messed up the lcd and corroded parts of my camera and silence switch. Jeff hooked it up by not only swapping my screen but he went above and beyond by cleaning out the corroded parts and fixing the silent switch. Unfortunately the camera is beyond repair.
