Dropped my phone off to get fixed the first time and it worked for 2 weeks and broke again... he…read moresaid I had warranty to come back to get it fixed if it still wasn't working so sure enough, I end up going there again to drop off the phone. He said it was going to be done in 2 days. After THREE days, I try calling both phone numbers on the shack and on the website- no one answered the phone. I then proceed to drive there to find out they're closed. I'm like ok maybe it's because it was raining they're closed, I try it again 3 times to check, and every single time I passed by there, the shop was closed AGAIN. No communication whatsoever. I finally passed by again to knock on the door and he was finally there (he looked like he just woke up) for him to tell me he needs 2 more days to fix it bc he ordered the wrong screen. I'm like dude I went there everyday and called so many times and he blamed he had an internet issue. Never again , do not go here

Nice store, and helpful person at the counter, but their price for a screen repair was the most…read moreexpensive. The OEM screen or Aftermarket was $250+tx, etc. The online order price for a OEM screen is 50-65. for a AMOLED screen, which is the best you can get. I can understand you have a store to pay rent and worker and all. But what value are you providing when you are charging close to $200 more than the RETAIL price elsewhere for the same product. It takes no more than 15-30minutes to change the screen on this model. While businesses are free to charge what they want, but vulture style pricing is bad. RIP OFF is what I would call it.
