They do great work and have fast turnaround times. Meal prices and very courteous Also, had an issue with a different phone and he told me that fixing the screen would likely repair 80% of the issues ( the speaker wouldn't work and the front camera would not work... But I didn't care about those features). He could fix everything for an additional cost. But since I didn't care about the other features, I just asked him to fix the screen. After fixing the screen, the phone still didn't work at all. He told me he could do the other repairs (to get the phone at 100%), but I decided just to scrap it and get a new one. Wow! After a horrible, horrible in person visit to the last remaining brick and mortar actual Verizon store in the Valley (that we could find - all the others shut down) today restored my faith in real customer service and "eager to please" personal interaction. Both Mrs G (iPhone 11) and I (iPhone 8) had cracked our screen protectors and wanted to buy new ones, I wanted a cleaning kit for mine as I was sure that pocket lint in the charging port was the cause of my charging issues and I needed a new case (broken after 3+ years). I WISH that I had noted the name of the young lady behind the counter (and plexiglass screen). She was AMAZING and totally overdelivered!! She replaced the screen protectors for us, she replaced my case with my selection AND she cleaned the phone and showed me all the pocket lint build up. Wow - I have a new phone!! To think that I was going to waste hundreds of $$$ at Verizon had they even bothered to help us. Two thumbs up! Brilliant. I paid $75 with tax and walked out 30 minutes later with my phone and a new screen, having paid hundreds less than Apple wanted to charge. 1 week later the screen intermittently went black again and I took it back in. I went in for a screen replacement on iPhone, got in and was then told I had to pay extra for a couple of clips needed for the screen (I really am in no place to argue or say no I need the screen) RED FLAG #1. Asked to sign a 30-day warranty when I walk out, my thoughts are it is going to work or not work, 37 days later the screen is blank. Walk back in, reminded I signed a 30-day warranty for what they did 38 days ago, and then told something else is broken it is not the same issue. RED FLAG #2. Phone not damaged Phone not dropped in water Phone in a very solid case Just screen stopped working Then told they can take it and look at the phone, and get back to me and what needs to be fixed and how much it is, but it is not covered under warranty. I had initially requested a quote on Yelp from here and 4-5 other places and I was pleasantly surprised by how much more affordable it was. My mom needed her iphone x's (I know, it's ancient at this point) screen fixed after accidentally dropping it. It had multiple cracks and the touch feature was no longer responsive in the lower left region of the display. No water damage. On a whim, I decided to try and get it fixed for her after I clocked out of work at 4:30pm and before a dinner at 6pm. Fortunately, this place was only up the street from where I live and took walk-ins, but I was still worried about time. Cindy was super helpful with informing me about the process (them needing to test certain apps, camera, etc.), how much time it was gonna take to fix (she said 40 minutes), and the risks of repairing the glass and lcd (the Face ID feature may no longer work if there is severe damage underneath); all of which I appreciated. To my surprise, the phone was ready within 30 minutes and it costed me $75. The phone works really well and she informed me that there was a 30-day warranty just incase something changed. She even gave me a free screen protector! Mom was pretty happy when she got her phone back. I took my iPhone 6S plus to have the screen replaced due to cracks from multiple drops to the concrete. J.R. assisted me and upon inspection of my device, his co-worker suggested that a more detailed look at the phone occur. Instead of a $69.99 replacement of the glass, my tempered glass BodyGuard screen cover was the only sign of damage. Ultimately the only expense ended up being $29.99 to replace the screen cover.
