As it turned out, Andrew knew he hadn't been able to get the battery to properly configure. He told me he thought it "might be ok anyways," when I talked to him Monday after he let me figure out myself it crashed every 3 to 15 minutes from over heating while they were closed for the weekend. They agreed to order a new battery, but thereafter they could not get any battery, not even my original battery to work again. I had to purchase a new phone. FYI, after there camera lens replacement it no longer focused ("dust they couldn't do anything about," he said, when I let them know it took worse pictures then while it was cracked!). The OEM screen or Aftermarket was $250+tx, etc. The online order price for a OEM screen is 50-65. for a AMOLED screen, which is the best you can get. I can understand you have a store to pay rent and worker and all. But what value are you providing when you are charging close to $200 more than the RETAIL price elsewhere for the same product. It takes no more than 15-30minutes to change the screen on this model. While businesses are free to charge what they want, but vulture style pricing is bad. RIP OFF is what I would call it. Also, he wasn't sure he had it in stock.
