Do NOT go here it's a SCAM, I got charged for a screen protector which I NEVER got. Double charged for the phone case (once caught they gave half back). Among other things, I got my front glass repaired (I paid for the nicer of the 2 options they offer) and it didn't recognize any tapping. So I took it back for them to fix it, again. They didn't want to but eventually said they would, then they (once pulled out) STEPPED IN FRONT OF MY CAR BLOCKING ME FROM LEAVING and ushered me inside to give me my phone back because they said they fixed it. Then in the car otw to a dinner, the screen went black (less than 10 mins of having it). So I took it back AGAIN, also they say they do a 30 min test on the screens to make sure they work correctly) but this is not true because they called me to pick it up within 30 mins of me dropping it off. Unless time machines exist they are lying... It's "fixed" now but we'll see how long until it just stops working again. Spent 420$ and this is the treatment they give, just go anywhere else it will be less of a hassle. (only put five stars so people would see it, all around this place sucks) read more

Shadi is freaking awesome! I had a Galaxy S3 that broke and all I had was the motherboard. It had sentimental pictures from a trip from 2013 that I thought I'd never see again. I reached out to Shadi and he gave me the lowest quote out of everyone to swap my motherboard out to a working device. The motherboard didn't power on fully, so Shadi fixed the components on the motherboard that were no longer working and I was able to get the pictures back! The quoted price was for just the board swap and he mentioned that fixing the motherboard would potentially cost more. Dropped my phone on the pavement while walking my dog and needed to fix the broken glass back. The Apple Store in the Topanga Mall told me it would be several hundred dollars and recommended I get it fixed by a third party. Went to Airtech and they got it fixed for a reasonable amount in a few hours. Really appreciate this store. There are two mall kiosks that can fix a phone but I'd prefer to go here. Don't waste your time going anywhere else! My hubby recently broke his iPad screen which he uses for work. We checked a couple places and everyone was saying they could fix it with 2-5 days. I've been coming to this store for a couple of months now and they've always been very good at fixing my phone. This time I had issues with my pro max and I took it for a screen repair. I went on Saturday got it fixed and then this happened. The screen was acting up, I couldn't text, call and then it turned all those colors. Called Sunday went in and they told me it had a internal crack plus that a part wasn't changed at the time that the tech fixed it. Now Monday my phone still doesn't work I called to find a solution for this and ask for a refund but the rep was more upset over the fact that I went elsewhere to get a second opinion. This new guy told me that it had the cheapest part which was causing the delays and cheap quality of pictures, etc. The rep told me that I had to return the screen so I can get a full refund which would cost me more to drive there to do this then him being polite and professional to provide me with a refund over the phone. The funny part is when they removed the old screen the tech said it will crack and wouldn't be able to put it back but now this tech is saying he needs it back and he will replace it with the old one? How does this make sense? Then he says the part was $189 when that's the price he charge me for the screen and service but yet when I checked online it shows the part been super low quality and at $89 dollars. Don't understand the point of lying but I'd this is how customer service is and the quality of work then I'll rather go elsewhere. I have been customer of Shady's for years. He and his staff are simply amazing. I've bought low cost Android phones for mobile app testing, a flip phone for my mother and have had my son's iPhone screen repaired. I have never had a bad experience at this store honestly because Shady is not only knowledgable but patient with everyone. I've had to stand around and wait sometimes sure, cause things take time. But in doing so you see how he treats everyone no matter how big or small the issue is with the same patience, respect and a smile. This week my iPhone 11 Pro filled up and pushed the new 16.0.2 OS onto the phone and I was in the classic boot loop of death. Even though I had my data backed up I didn't have my Google Authenticator tokens exported and backed up. This was my Achilles heal and my biggest fear was being locked out of my financial stuff during tax time waiting to reset stuff. After calling everywhere and even trying some software I found online, I couldn't resolve the problem and was being told my only option was either data recovery services at $900 - $4K or no solution at all. On my way to the Apple store to get a new phone and feeling defeated I stopped into to see Shady as a last ditch effort. He asked me a bunch of questions and new my risk tolerance for the efforts he was going to go through and 3 hours later my phone was back fully functional running the new iOS 16.0.2 and all my data and apps including my Google Authenticator! Which has now allowed me to export and save my codes so Im not here again. Shady literally saved the day when most would not even try. I plan on going in tomorrow to have him repair my 14 year old son's iPhone screen again, why? Because I not only trust him, I feel he earned my customer loyalty. read more

This place saves the day again. I dropped my phone, it looked fine. Then when I got to my car it was off and wouldn't turn on after trying everything the internet said to. I left it plugged to charge overnight even though it was already fully charged when it died. The next day it turned on for an hour, and even though left fully charged, it only had 7% charge, then it died again after only being on for one hour and left charging. It wouldn't turn on again for days. My boyfriend took my phone to this place and they fixed it. Apparently it was water damage. It must have been from all the rain we have been having, it got into my phone somewhere. The repair was $25! What a steal! I was worried I'd have to buy a new phone, now I don't have to. read more

My daughter got water on her phone and the screen when black. I called Shadi and he gave me a quick run down of what they could do, and I brought it in the next day. Apple told me my phone needed multiple new parts, for $400, to fix a non-reading logicboard, and that my unbacked up photos on the iphone were absolutely unrecoverable. I went to Airtech and Shadi, the manager, told me he would have a look and let me know if he is able to help me save my photos. Promptly, the next day Shadi had not only saved my photos but completely fixed my phone and for only $150. Great place with genuine employees! First to me i came Here Was back in March then again two weeks ago. They are the most affordable around, it only takes an hour, and they take walk ins. This past visit the gentleman helping me had great customer service and gave me a free screen protector! My phone fell and completely shattered. Great local spot for cell phone repair and accessories. I brought my Samsung S20 in to transfer all the data over from a cracked screen phone to the new phone. Initially I brought it into the T-Mobile store and they said I had to replace the screen first which would have cost $250.
