They are so nice here at Airtech Communications. I brought my Samsung Galaxy A42 there after the touchscreen stopped working randomly. They proceeded to order a screen. Afterwards it didn't work and Shadi took apart the entire phone and later realized another cable in the phone was fried. He ordered that part and it still didn't work, but he was really nice about it and didn't charge us anything. After getting the replacement phone, we needed to factory reset the old phone to send to Verizon, he factory resetted the phone for me and he still didn't charge us anything. He was super apologetic and was very knowledgeable about the phone that I decided to buy a charging brick from him just for spending all the time and effort trying to fix the phone. I've turned to Airtech Communication twice for problems with my iPhone 3GS. The first time I came to Airtech, my iPhone screen would occasionally become non-resposive and the mute mode would turn itself on and off whenever it felt like it. I went by Airtech and they quickly diagnosed the problem as water damage. Within an hour the problems with my phone had been fixed and I never encountered a similar problem the rest of the time I owned my phone. The second time I came to Airtech was when the same 3GS suddenly could no longer read the SIM card months later. The associates at Airtech quickly figured out that I had been using a worn out SIM card and hooked me up with another SIM card at a cheaper price than the AT&T kiosk. Now the first SIM card they sold me ended up not working, I quickly returned to Airtech, they apologized, and replaced the card for me with no extra charge. The staff here is reliable, efficient, and friendly. I would definitely recommend turning to Airtech Communication for any iPhone repairs you might need long after your warranty has expired. I no longer own that iPhone 3GS, but I'll definitely be returning here if my iPhone 5 has any problems. read more

My mistake, i kept going back because of their pricing 135 for iPhone 11 plus pro i bought an otter box for the phone because the screen proceeded to break ! I had left them a 5 star review A couple of months back I really did like the customer service so I was dumb enough to even buy the "lifetime" screen protector for $35 when you can find those on Amazon for much less. Just to find out that it's not unlimited you have to pay $10 every time to get a new screen protector there is a really good screen protector on Amazon that it costs $8 dollars for 3 of them. The last time i went he even charged me 100 dollars to fix the screen and as soon as i got home the screen was cracked inside my purse!!! They're using cheap screens that break easily. I went back the next day and spoke with him he told me he would still have to charge me $100 because the screen is broken. These guys are great! The glass on my iPhone 6S was completely shattered and there was also some damage to the LCD and frame of the phone. I sent the business a message via yelp and the owner, Shadi, responded almost immediately with a quote and an estimate of how long the repair would take. I took my phone in after work that evening and the sales rep, Mariam, was very friendly and helpful. My phone was repaired in 45 minutes. I did notice some issues with the responsiveness of the touch screen so I took it back a week later and they were again very friendly and helpful. These guys are pro at what they do! I paid $55 for an excellent job here at Airtech. In the past, I'd purchased the kit and repaired my own, my kids, and my wife's phone, I've had friends do it, and I've even had that really "techy" guy "I know" do it once, and well, you know, my phone wasn't always right. If you break your iPhone screen, heal it here! Airtech will test your phone, light, microphone, etc., before taking it apart. When you get your phone back, it will have a new screen without new problems. I've taken a number of phones there over the years as I help my mom with her phones and I use my old phones as iPods for my audio books. I had to replace the front screen of my iPhone 8+, I called a few shops and Airtech price was good compared to the other places, so I decided to go with them. I asked beforehand if they're replacing my screen with a genuine Apple product, or after market, the cashier assured me that it was a genuine product and I had nothing to worry about. They fixed my phone within an hour and I'm happy for the promptness. Fast forward 5 weeks later, after the 30day warranty, the screen starts to lift in the right corner, I just ignored it. Within 65 days of getting my screen replaced the entire screen lifted off my phone! I had my phone for two years and yes it was cracked but the screen never lifted or detached from the phone. They were open until 9pm, so I was able to go there after work to replace the screen on my daughter's phone. She had gone to Best Buy the day before and they quoted her $300. I called Airtech and they gave me a much better price (under $100) to replace an iPhone XR screen. Mariam helped me, did a thorough diagnostic on the phone beforehand, and actually finished the job much quicker than expected. I also ended up getting screen protectors for my ipad, and my phone. Their customer service is excellent and the prices are very affordable. Tried their super cheap screen repair, for an iPhone X within two days the screen went black and unresponsive. The gentleman working the counter tried telling me it was my fault, I asked him to take a look anyway. What do you know as soon as he went back and looked at the craftmanship that his store provided he was willing to offer me a discount and fix my screen. $40 instead of $85. Fine, it's $40. Upon leaving the store, I realized my screen was no longer flush with the phone it was obviously raised. Ok, fine, it was cheap so I shouldn't expect amazing quality, but for $125 total I ate least expect my phone to be functioning. After two weeks the top of the phone became disconnected from the backing. At this point, me and this phone aren't meant to be and when it dies it dies, because I'm sure as hell not taking it back here. The phone started glitching like crazy a week after, calibration was off, reactions were delayed, and all together, just annoying to work with. I hadn't dropped it at all between the original repair and this point. That brings us to today, I dropped my phone out of my pocket and the ENTIRE SCREEN FELL OUT. Looking behind, there is no adhesive or anything. They didn't even attach my screen to my phone. It was all held in by my phone case. Which they repeatedly told me wasn't good enough and tried to upsell me on an off-brand one. I should have bought in. Maybe that would have actually made them take responsibility for their terrible craftsmanship. Needless to say, I will not be returning, nor will I be giving this establishment anymore of my money, and I highly suggest your don't either, unless you're ok with duct taping your phone screen into your phone after they're done with it that is. read more

I like to live life dangerously AKA not putting a case on my iPhone, but this past weekend it finally came back to haunt me; shatter goes the iPhone. My Mother suggested I come to Airtech to get it repaired as Shadi would take care of me. I dropped it off, was quoted a price (extremely fair btw), and was told to come back in an hour. I walked around the mall, got a latte, blah blah blah, came back, it was done. I paid, left, and was off. I noticed my speaker was not working and immediately returned. A wire was loose, so they took it back to fix it. It took another hour, but Shadi was very thankful of my patience and I mentioned to him my girlfriend is Colombian and if I had no patience, I'd probably be non-existent. He was very kind and offered me an upgrade at no charge for the inconvenience and because of my golden A+ attitude. I would like to mention, I expected nothing. They were very kind and fixed my phone to my satisfaction at a reasonable price; the fact I was offered extra because they made me wait 40 minutes longer than quoted shows the type of business owners and people they are. *Review about repair services* I'm so happy there's an iPhone repair place in my hometown that's so honest, FAST!!!, and reliable. *BACKGROUND STORY* I was crossing the street and a car honked at me to walk faster (wtf?!?! Road rage much? It was my right of way!!!). Needless to say, I got startled and dropped my phone, right on my screen. My screen was legit shattered to pieces :( My repair only took 1.5 hrs and was a fraction of the estimate I got from Apple. It was around $50. In addition, you get 50% off a screen protector with the repair. Alex provided impeccable service and was friendly the entire time, despite it being so busy in store. More often than not a lot of repair places I've been to diagnoses random problems with my phone when there are no problems to begin with. I got the "grade A" screen so it did cost a little more ($100) The home button on my Apple iPhone 7S Plus was cracked and not functional, unfortunately that could not be saved. Although I really wish it could have been saved. The service was fairly quick and the store employee was helpful and very pleasant. i had my iphone xr's screen repaired here. the price and service was very good and took about 20-30 minutes. they use an aftermarket screen, so that's why the price is so low. the aftermarket screen looks a bit different from the apple screen + the typing is a bit janky and delayed afterwards. it's very difficult to type with but unfortunately, you get what you pay for. this is really bothersome to me, and i'm considering just replacing my phone, because the typing is so messed up. if the typing bothers you, i recommend getting an apple brand screen. read more
