I have an iMac 27" Late 2013 system. When I bought the computer, it was an additional $1000 for a 1TB SSD drive. So I got the normal 1TB hard disk HDD. So for many years, I been wanting to replace the HDD with the SSD and even purchased a 1TB SSD a few years back. But I was reluctant to open the iMac since you needed to remove the screen. So I looked for someone who could do this from me. Here is where I found Richie. He has some great reviews and now I know why. He is very personable and knowledgeable. I to have an IT background and we spent some time talking about a lot of different platforms. He knowledge of PC/Mac systems is very wide spread. He knew a lot. So I dropped off my iMac, along with the SSD drive and he installed it for me. And he even cleaned out the interior of all the dust and dirt accumulated over the years. When I picked up my iMac, he made sure how important it was to keep the tape on, so the screen doesn't fall off and break. He said the even though the internal tape holding on the screen was good, it would be a better to keep the clear tape, on the top, on for the rest of the life of the computer. Better than paying for a new screen. If you ever get a chance to use Richie, I would highly recommend it. read more
