He found the problem, called the manufacturer for the replacement part and gave a fair price for the part + labor. I ultimately did not go through with the repair as I decided to buy a PC. When I went to pick up my laptop I asked what I owed and Victor said everything was complimentary. Now that is top tier service right there.
