The minute you walk in until the minute you walk out. This is a BIG store. 2 stories. Has an elevator, escalator and 2 bathrooms. On this visit we were looking for a phone charger for my son's I-phone 13. An employee helped him find exactly what he was looking for and the price was affordable. $27.40 (including tax). As he was shopping for his charger, I was on the 1st floor looking for different styles/labels of vacuums and microwaves. Sarvin and Kelly were very helpful showing me different models of both appliances. They were a tad expensive for our budget. The last vacuum that we got from here is almost 10 years old. We will definitely return to see if they have anything that costs a little less. They do have some sales items which is a plus. It's a very nice, clean store with plenty of parking all around. 10/10. Upon entering, we were welcomed by two very friendly store employees who immediately offered to assist us. We explained the situation, and one employee took down my name and number and directed us to a workstation. Within three to four minutes of waiting, a super friendly female store employee approached us. We explained the issue with the phone, and she immediately started working on my daughter's phone. Ten minutes later, the phone issue was resolved. We thanked several store employees for the great service and timely work, and then we left. The employees at this store are very friendly, thorough, and professional. The way they all interact with customers is to be commended, and I personally appreciate the great service. Thank you!

It has now been almost an hour past my appointment, and I still have not been helped or given an update. If appointments are delayed, customers should be informed and given an estimated wait time. The staff has been polite, but the appointment system did not work as expected. Waiting this long after a confirmed reservation is frustrating. I hope Apple improves communication and scheduling at this location.
