Excellent Service - I has a BIOS Update go bad.. they took the machine as a priority + resolved it in 30 minutes... This was a critical moment.. as a 29 yeah tech exec, and having started my career in tech support, I know it well.. or did.. however I don't stay active inside that body of knowledge - I build companies, and I needed this laptop which has 29 years of work on it, to use for an investor meeting... TechCare Computers' service is superior to none! I came in on a Saturday afternoon when they were literally a few minutes before closing time. But they still let me in and listened to my laptop woes. They assured me that my problem is fixable and would not take long to solve. While we were waiting for the new part to be delivered, they let me take my laptop and lent me an attachable keyboard so I could work. Once the part was delivered, all it took was a day and voila! For a small amount, I was able to get my laptop back in tiptop shape, cleaned, and with a new keyboard. The TechCare team is very reliable, honest, and transparent about its services. I can't say enough about how great my experience was with TechCare without them even fixing my computer. I have a PC computer based game that stopped working. I dropped it off to them and agreed to the $49 fee to evaluate the problem. They contacted me a few days after and said the board was bad and they couldn't find a replacement via normal channels due to the age. They graciously gave me the part number of the board and said if I could find it (Ebay), they would install it. I ended up getting the manufacturer of the system to repair it, but they guys at TechCare were so nice and helpful, going above and beyond a $49 fee. They even carried the system back to my car. I just felt that I had to post something about these guys because most businesses today lack any type of service or care about the customer. read more

TechCare is excellent. I bought parts for a $3k, cutting-edge gaming computer, assembled it, and... it wouldn't work. Crashed daily. I spent hours trying to troubleshoot it on my own, I talked to several people, and tried everything in the book. Nothing worked. Icouldn't figure it out. A completely separate IT support company couldn't figure it out. So I took it to TechCare and they did a great job. Josh narrowed it down to a very elusive hardware fault. Disappointed with my deep clean. This place seems more of a casual mom and pop pc repair shop than a PC enthusiast shop. Don't get me wrong, they are nice people. They just shouldn't charge 120$ for the deep clean they provide. There is dust and fingerprints in obvious spots that clearly shows lack of care or just outright amateur work. (No offense) I wouldn't pay more than 50$ for what I received. read more

Let me begin by saying that I have used way too many so-called computer "repair" companies for one person. While I have previously written rave reviews about some of these companies, based on my experience with these guys, I will be revising my previous reviews so that they more accurately reflect the actual services I received compared to Tech Repair. From my very first interaction to my last, this company & all the guys are remarkably consistent with their communication, commitment, excellence, superior customer service, quality, reliability & honesty. In a world filled with "experts" who fail to even provide a base level of understanding as to their field, forget about actually standing behind their claims. Tech Repair is by far in a class of its own. They never made a statement, quote or a promise they did not keep. They went so far above anything I could have ever hoped for. They recovered all the data that a previous "repair" company said was lost forever. I was told that even IF I was able to find someone who could potentially retrieve my data, that I would be lucky to have it done in less than 2 weeks. Not only did they retrieve my "lost forever" data, they were able to get it transferred onto an external hard drive PLUS an additional 10TB of data onto this new external drive in less than 1 week. They did this, set up my new laptop as well fulfill every additional request I had in that same week. All of this was done by ensuring that they kept me updated every step of the way, without my having to beg for a response. The guys, especially Nas who was my primary dude, did so with a great attitude & never making me feel like a nuisance. I would never trust my electronics to any other facility ever again. I went in to fix my 2017 dell laptop that had a cracked touch screen. Was told it would take a bout a week. It's took more than that. When I picked up the computer, the new screen was a cheap unoriginal screen that made everything blurry and the touch was all messed up because of wrong installation. The overall experience was horrible. They were rude , very expansive and didn't fix the issue ,just made it worse. I would never recommend using their service. When I came back to show them the results of their repair they tried to up sale me and started to open up the computer, when I refused to pay extra they gave me the computer back in pieces. This company is great! My 94 year mother and friend needed assistance setting up a new computer. They tried unsuccessfully for about two weeks. I called TechCare and spoke to Eddie. He was patient, understanding, and really nice on setting up a next day appointment to come out to my mother's residence. The technician (don't have the name) was a little late, but very patient and explained things thoroughly. He fixed the problem and got their computer working. He even left detailed instructions on logging on and moving to the screens of the games they like to play. Price was very reasonable for the time spent and work completed. Excellent PC repair shop. Service was friendly, efficient, and effective. Facilities were neat and tidy and organized. My brand new laptop spontaneously shut down and then refused to turn on again. The power light was coming on but the screen was not displaying anything, even when I connected it to external monitors. I tried everything before bringing it in.
