    No complaints with the internet service through Verizon. I recommend. Setting it up was a breeze over the phone! Super quick. The technician was in and out for the install and it's been stable.

    Great store, location close to Metro. They have the latest selections, custome rservice and support was on point.

    Customer service is terrible. Wait forever and no one helps you. The employees look bored. Go elsewhere.

Sometime, I had to switch to another provider, went through a lot of hassle to set up and restart everything. Five year ago, I switched to Xfinity, the agent told me, after 2 years, the price increased as normal (yearly price increased $10 to $20). Just like what they said, not a big price jump, I continued my plan. What surprised me with all these 5 years, I never had a single problem, everything was running smoothly with Xfinity provided services. Sometimes, I had questions, and went to the store, the store is spacious, peaceful and clean. Greetings by the friendly frontdesk person and led me to the proper agent. 5 months ago, my computer was running a little slow, I decided to change my old router to the store router for a $15 router monthly rental fee. Agent Sebastion is very knowledgeable, took his time and found the best plan for me, not only no increase in price like rental router fee, and my plan will last another 5 more years without a big jump in price. My computer is running like a charm, I'll be their loyal customer!

I visited this store in person because I had spent over 4 hours on the phone and in online chats with Verizon, trying to buy a phone, with reps who were perfectly nice, but totally ineffective. Won't go into great detail here, but the phone I purchased through the phone rep and delivered by FedEx required a signature. Since nobody was at home, it ended up being sent back to a Verizon warehouse. The phone rep neglected to tell me about the signature requirement. If she had, I would've headed straight to a store to buy the item. I didn't expect much when I made an appointment at this store, but I figured it couldn't be worse than the time I spent on the phone. Moses was a total pro, and I walked out with a new phone. I was there quite a while, but that was because there were technical glitches at Verizon. Moses was so sweet and patient, and listened to my whining about the awful experience I had trying to buy through the phone rep. Another customer was helped by Doreen. He was so unhappy and frustrated with Verizon service, but Doreen helped him in no time at all. He was so thrilled, he came back with a lovely vase of flowers. She deserved it! All the reps in this store were knowledgeable and professional. It looked like every customer was attended to, and got the results they needed. Some older reviews about this location were negative. I'd say give this place a shot; I suspect you won't be disappointed.

For starters you have to send a chat message to get ahold of…read moreanyone... no live people no matter how many times you type in customer service or agent. I called last week on Thursday and they said the satellite would be mailed to me on Friday and I should get it by Tuesday-Thursday. I said OK I'm moving Friday so if it gets there by Tuesday to Thursday then you could send it to where I live now but if it's after Friday it needs to be and my other address. They said oh no problem no problem. I get an email today saying it hasn't even been mailed out yet and I moved in two days and I'm supposed to have it installed by OnTech by the 30th. But the email says that if I don't get it by June 3 then to contact them. I said that's unacceptable that it takes three weeks to get a freaking satellite. They said the only other solution is if I go to Home Depot and purchase it which is outrageous because that would be about $500 out of my pocket and they won't even pay me back they said they would just credit my account. I said just cancel everything I'm gonna go with a different company. She says oh it's no problem we could credit your account and she continue talking I said no refund me the shipping because it has not been shipped out you don't even have shipping information and it's been a week already this is unacceptable.
