Yelp needs to do more to update its listings -- this business has not been at that location for more than 10 years!

Terrific service and atmosphere! Can't say enough good…read morethings about shopping at this store. The staff went above and beyond to help us navigate buying a new computer for streaming. Thank you, George! You are the best. We almost over-bought on Amazon because we're aren't very sophisticated about computers. You understood our goals and get us fitted with the right equipment.

I literally went to the back of the store towards because it felt like the right area to go. No luck with that train of thought because there was nothing in this area. Surprisingly the area I needed to look in was exactly right inside the entrance to this store. After finally figuring this out, I stood in front of the items and tried to figure out which item would fit the model of iPad I had. It didn't help that they had the items in bulky theft deterring cases. I know why they had to put them in these, but it made it hard to figure out if each one of them would fit my iPad. It was quite the ordeal to pick up each one, attempt to read the backs of each and then switch up. It didn't help that I had a bag with me with items in it and I didn't want to put it down. What made matters worse here was the noise level. It was so loud that it was hard to concentrate. It was like I was in a frat house during a party. The music was so loud in here that you could hardly hear a thing. In fact, when I was asked if I needed help, I declined instead of having to yell my answers/questions to the store employee. When you thought the music was finally being turned down, the volume shot back up. I had enough of this and decided to leave. I ended up picking up my item elsewhere. A place that I wasn't in the middle of the rave.

I don't think I really need to say how stunning this location is. Being a former Carnegie Library and all. Also, being from the Pittsburgh region originally, it was a treat to see. I made it inside and went to the shelves to browse. I found what I wanted, and in typical Apple fashion you are forced to interact with the staff. I'm not opposed to that, but the introvert I am took a few minutes to warm up to the idea. I roamed about for a few minutes before heading towards someone to ask for help. I got to see the rest of the space doing this and take in how grand this place is. Once I was spotted as needing something I was on my way. I told the employee what I wanted and they had to get from their stock to bring it out to me. Once they had it they went through the process of sale (which confuses me), and soon enough I had the item in hand. Not without some delays. Their payment systems wasn't playing nice with my phone or card. It wouldn't take the tap and the employee said they had been having problems with it. Finally, after inserting, I was able to get my item and go. Great customer service, but just an over the top store overall.

Hit Item - JK...knows his Oil-ology!

We got sidetracked by the Wool Wraps & scarves there were on the hanging displays. So many colors, styles to choose from & the prices were bananas, only $15.00! Not to mention they had almost every type of clothing, weather items, electronics, memorabilia, to name a few in plain sight. After we peruse around the mini warehouse which reminded me of an indoor flea market, we ended up at the counter & began to get schooled by the Cashier, JK. For the past 15 years my GodSister has been getting the body oil that she burns, not the burning oil. Oddly enough, it does the same thing, however one of the patrons passing through educated on us why the two are different with the ingredients for the body & burning usage. There was such a massive selection, the Cashier & I decided to play "Name the Fragrance, I bet I Got It", & after naming 5 different scents that he had, I gave up. There had to been over 1000 small glass bottles of oil in the display case, & at least a 200 big plastic bottles behind the counter on huge shelf. After being a quick study, we ended up getting a big bottle of Cush for the burning & Dolce & Gabbana for the body. Nothing wrong with trial & error as long as the aromatherapy is on point. Although we drove, the closest Metro is Farragut North, with a 10-15 minute walk. Such a great value for the oils we got. & JK, his awesome & witty personality, great customer service & knowledge made our smell good trip so much more fun!

You have to go with the hustle and bustle and hope that you don't forget anything. On top of that, you really have to pay attention to see where departments are in this store. I had several items I knew I needed to get and I didn't want to make anymore stops than I needed to on my way home. Plus, I had a plan to stay in all weekend and this would fulfill that plan as well. I came in and darted to areas that I knew I needed to go to. I was amazed by the fact that everything I needed was stocked and available. I made it a point to not get a cart or basket because I didn't need to buy anything just because I saw. Using only my hands to grab the items helped in this train of thought. You can only carry so many items and this limited me to impulse buying. Then I got to the registers and this is where it kind of turns into the hunger games. You can either take your chances and stand in one of the two long lines at registers that are manned. Or you can stand in line at the self checkouts and hope that the people in front of you know how to use them and use them fast. I chose the latter and almost regretted this as the people in front of me were slower than I expected. I did end up getting through my own checkout quickly and since I had my own bag ready, I was out of that area and on my way back out. Why the freight elevator is at the entrance of this place, I don't know, as it is a big obstacle to go around when entering and exiting. And the exit side is almost always littered with people that you have to sidestep with the best of them.

This has to be the worst, most confusing layout of a target I've ever seen. There were zero…read moreemployees anywhere to help. Never coming back.
