It was as if the problem had occurred in their own home. The installers were really hard working and professional. What I realized was that if I had bought the TV from Amazon or Best Buy, which I had been considering, I would have been totally screwed when the tv turned out to be broken. Spent 4.25K, and they price-matched. The customer service at the time was excellent, and I felt like if anything went wrong with the TV, they'd have our back, unlike big box stores. Four months later, the TV won't turn on right in time for the holidays. While searching online for a solution, I realized there is a massive problem with the 77-inch Samsungs, especially the S95D (Best Buy said two of them died on their showroom floor). There is enough of a problem that a class action investigation is underway (link below). When I went to the store, the manager greeted me with "I saw your email," and yes, my email was angry. What else would you expect? You sold me an item that literally is a lemon. All the goodwill, and we're locally owned blah blah went out the door, and it's basically - hey, nothing we can do - sorry you're irrational. I was also told, Hey, we've never had any customers with multiple issues with the One Connect Box, so of course you'll find that when you search for it! It was the most flippant attitude I could have gotten, and it's OBVIOUS there is an issue with these 77-inch Samsungs, yet instead of just being transparent, they said, "We ran it up the flagpole." As an authorized Samsung dealer, I'd hope they'd have more pull to help their clients. I will never purchase an item from here again, and I recommend you never get a Samsung with a One Connect Box - they will break within 3-4 months. You might as well go to Best Buy, Costco or whatever beacuse in the end there is no power as a consumer at any of these places, and these guy's will say sorry, file a ticket with Samsung and then it's on you from there. They were having a sale on frames, but it appeared that everyone else had the same idea as I did, or maybe they all needed the same size as I did. Each area I would go to the size I needed was gone. With Michaels being one of the few stores where everything they have is on the shelves, I was out of luck here. I have to say, I was amazed, however, with the way they were able to cram a whole store into this space. I've worked in retail for years and know boxes should always be checked and verified for correct sizes. I called the store that sent the shoes and got a " I will try to find the size and exchange them. Well, yes you should do that but maybe more like a "I'll take care of this and make sure you are taken care of to your satisfaction. frequent attitude of superiority gets old when there are constant problems. It is bad enough when you buy a shoe with toe stains on the soles and when they shove the shoes on the displays so the sandals are stretched out. At least sent the correct size.

I attempted to use my Asurion insurance purchased via Amazon but they wouldn't repair the phone. They only wanted to refund me. So I contacted the shop and brought my phone in for an estimate. Most of my interactions were with Charlie. He was so helpful and professional. He provided me with a repair estimate and all the information I needed to go through my credit card insurance instead. They were able to repair my screen and I only ended up paying $100 out of pocket. They gave me a estimated repair time of 2 hours but completed the job in 45 min. I did have to return the next day because after my repair, my speakerphone wasn't working. They quickly took my phone and fixed the issue within minutes. I hate having to go here but love that they are so quick, friendsly and efficient!

It took them exactly 2 hours to fix it. I'd suggest maybe going to a coffee shop or go shopping in the mean time somewhere nearby. Have a watch or laptop on you. Or a book. Its very metro accessible (across the street from Eastern Market Metro station, 2 min walk). The main critique I had was the horrendously foul smell the place had. It was so bad, I could hardly breathe. It smelled like open garbage or old food had been sitting out for a long time.

The diagnostic and the employee knew immediately just by looking at my phone so I felt relieved to know they could fix it. However, the experience with trying to get it fixed has been a nightmare. And this is where it's gone downhill. It's week 4 right now. I was told that my phone would be fixed within the latest, 2 days after dropping off my phone. I had called in 2 days later to pick it up, but was told because it was just not back glass damage, the phone would have to get the housing replaced which would up the costs. I thought this was already determined when he told me when I dropped off the phone, but they wanted to be certain. I waited an additional 3 more days to see what the progress on my phone was, called in the following Monday but was told they were still waiting on the part.. They call me in on Tuesday to come pick it up which I do to only immediately notice the phone was sadly put together. The screen protector on my screen had fingerprints everywhere which was obviously taken off and stuck back on. The front of my screen was popped out on the corner, visible as to where they had lifted it. He also had sadly put the phone faced flat on the counter which I had a gut feeling something was wrong. He had not said any word to me about my phone, and proceeded to tell me what my charges was for. I took the phone and paid off my fee, big mistake. As soon as I took it with me to the car, I started playing around with the phone and it kept "overheating" This is like a blue screen of death where the phone changes it's screen to, "Phone must cool down because it's too hot" and the only way to reset it is by force shutting down the phone, or letting it cool down. Which did not make sense because the phone itself was never hot. I called and told them my phone was not working, and kept overheating. They told me to bring it in and it was a simple fix of the backup needing to be reset. Again. Brought it in on a Wednesday, was told it would be fixed that Friday. It has not. I requested an update as to why my phone was taking longer this time and it was because you could not put an after market part on my phone. It has to be guaranteed iPhone parts. They told me they were ordering the new phone part, and since I had already paid I was still somewhat sane to let them proceed. A week has passed I called for the update and started anxiously waiting, I've been on 3 weeks without a phone that I pretty much use for work, and started to regret my decision. I called again that Monday asking for an update and was told they're still waiting for the part.. I asked if there is any way I could just get my phone without them holding my phone because it's getting ridiculous at this point. They said sure. I picked it up again, THAT WEDNESDAY, where the original back to my phone was put back on even more cracked than when I had originally brought it in. Completely falling into pieces, the hardware is exposed. I desperately took it. They asked me THAT DAY if I would be okay changing the back of my screen to black because it is currently white, I said I don't care I just want my phone fixed. I thought about it to myself and noticed they have not EVEN PLANNED to order the part, unless they found a white housing for my phone. The ENTIRE duration they had my phone they had not called me once to give me a status on my phone, hence even ask me if I would be okay with a black housing!! If that was the case why was that not told to me in the first place?! The fact that they had JUST asked me if it was okay to order that part told me they had intended on taking their sweet time on this phone. I was furious. They told me they will order the black housing, I walked out with my shattered phone. Beginning of Week 4 I have received no update since, and now my speaker has completely given out. I have no sound coming out of my phone at all. I'd avoid coming here. They have made no effort to fix my phone whatsoever.

We had to put down a deposit, and when they came to pick up the bed they reminded us to call and ask for our deposit back. I had not gotten around to it, but the next day, they called to tell me that they were refunding the deposit and that I should see it within a few days - which I did.
