Another told me that "before and after photos" showed the phone was the same, which was impossible. It felt like they were trying to push me into paying the full $99 replacement deductible by framing this as "additional damage." Only after I escalated multiple times did they agree to replace the phone -- but refused to expedite shipping even though same-day was available, despite me explaining that my work depends on my phone.
