    Completely unprofessional and Horrible manager! I honestly had the worst experience i've ever had…read morewith verizon. I have been a loyal customer for over 3 years and this experience was it for me. I have not been able to use my service for 3 days. I have spoken with multiple care team reps, tech coach reps and supervisors over this period. I spoke with a supervisor and they advised me to visit a corporate store to reset my ESIM. I left my job and went to 1318 F ST NW around 3:30 PM today. When I got there, two reps were busy helping customers in the back and a lady who stated she was the store manager was available. When I came in she looked at me and looked down at her phone. I had to go to the top of the steps and say hello for her to acknowledge that I was a customer. I greeted her and explained I was having network issues. She asked for my ID right away and did not ask me any questions about the issues I was having. I asked her if I could verify my account with the account pin. She began to respond noticeably irritated and stated that is not allowed. She followed with the process over the phone is separate in store. I provided her with my ID and she gave it back. I stood in silence staring at her while she stared at her phone for about 5 minutes, with no words explaining what was going on or to set expectations. Finally after 5 minutes, I asked what's the hold up. She responded in a noticeably irritated tone, I am waiting to get access to your account. I asked her why the process was taking a while just for access. She just repeated the same thing" I am waiting to get access to your account", which was very condescending. I am completely disgusted by the experience I've had today. As a 3 year customer and a former employee of a full service verizon retailer, This has never been my experience with a corporate store. I called back after I left to get the "manager's" name. I spoked with the same representative who stated her name is Cathy-ann but she claimed there were no store managers available. However, when I was physically in the store some time before she stated she was the store manager. I am currently comparing rates to switch to AT&T. I need a representative from verizon's corporate to reach out to me as soon as possible so we can resolve this issue. I can be reached at (202) 657-7482.

    I should have heeded the other reviews... Like many others, I had a broken iPhone 7 screen. They…read morewere quick to replace it, but the quality of the replacement is unacceptably low, especially for $100. The resolution of the replacement doesn't match and the durability of the glass pathetic. Once replaced, the phone went immediately into a case and sat on a counter over the weekend - on day three, with less than four hours of screen time and never being dropped, there is a crack across the entire screen and multiple scratches. This is compared to my personal iPhone 7 used daily for two years, in a similar case, without a single crack or scratch. Of course, I visited the store since there is a 30 day warranty. They would do nothing - "there can't possibly be a manufacturing defect in the glass, only the LCD." Moral is a $100 gets a knockoff screen that will not last, just roll that money into a new phone.

I had a small crack in the corner, and figured I would get it repaired. They replaced the screen in about an hour, and it seemed fine at first. Later that afternoon I noticed it was difficult to text - you had to press the keys twice as hard and much slower for the phone to recognize your touch input. This also persisted when scrolling on webpages - sometimes the phone didn't recognize a swipe. This issue has continued to this day. I wouldn't trust them to fix my phone if it were free.

They got to me on time and were Friendly staff but not sure know knowledgeable about T-Mobile products and policies. I write this review months after visiting because I wanted to see how things play out. It played out. I am part of a family account. I wanted to get a mobile hotspot outside of the family account. Or not. Whatever was easier and cheaper. The sales lady kept on telling me the hotspot is 50% due to a promotion. So I expected that price and factored it into my overall purchase. I was looking for prepaid data but not on a monthly billed plan. I ended up purchasing 50gbs of data to used until it runs out. I specifically asked multiple times "does data expire at the end of the month? " They said T-Mobile can't take paid data away from you. Guess what?! That data expired. I had to call T-Mobile customer service who said that what they told me I store was not accurate. It spent a lot more time and money than if I just did everything online. I wanted to avoid a re-stocking fees so I did not return my device. Right before purchase I'd the hotspot..... guess what? That device is NOT 50% off. I had to pay full price when the whole time they were selling me on 1/2 off. My recommendation. Deal with T-Mobile online. Avoid the brick and mortar store. I needed the hotspot sooner than later so went to the store.
