I went in on Black Friday for a specific TV and mount, expecting a madhouse. What a pleasant surprise to find a well-run, top-notch store! I was helped by a knowledgeable associate almost immediately. He showed me the TV in person, helped carry it, and provided valuable insights on choosing the right mounting brackets. No upsell, no attitude, no nonsense. I was in and out -- with exactly the items I wanted, which were accurately reflected as in-stock on the website and app -- in 20 minutes. Amazon can't match that same-day immediacy! The price was unbeatable too. Will be sure to consider this store again.

Drum holding bolts shown.  And screws to hold washer with drier together, only 3 were screwed vs 4 required.

The buying experience was amazing. The sales person went above and beyond to answer all my questions and measurements advice for my house to have washer/ drier fit perfectly. I would give him 5 star review. However, the delivery experience that Best Buy contracts was completely different. Delivery crew of 3 man were friendly and removed old appliances with no issues. But when installing new washer/ dryer, they stacked it, then installer open drier door and said that "he forgot to install part that was in dryer drum. So they remove top drier, added part, then they placed drier on top. It took them 2 hours by then when. Usually it takes 30-40 min. Ok. Then: I asked them that if we can test washer , drier, as recommended by instructions, to ensure it is balanced properly. And ask them if i can bring leveler to test it is horizontally balanced. Installer say "no. They have no time. Test it myself, and if doesn't work, call them again". What? Now, when they left, i run washer, and it shakes uncontrollably. I shut off electricity immediately. Soo i call best buy and rescheduled to bring installers crew. Need to take another day iff work now New crew comes and after inspection they show me that four 10 inch bolts that were holding drum of washer Has Not Be Removed! Meaning washer drum may be permanently managed and store will have to replace appliance at no cost to me. New installers remove bolts, installed everything correctly and tested it, all in 20 min time. And they lifted appliances, no scratches on wood floor VS first crew moved on floor and left deep scratches marks. So even bestbuy products are amazing, when i needed to buy refrigerator, i went to Home Depot, not Best Buy. They just lost me as large appliances customer.

Upon walking in you walk pass the loss prevention guy at the front of the store. He usually greets people but I guess they stopped that. Also there is no one sanitizing the carts here either. The store is very clean and it looks like most of the stuff in the store is stocked well. Some stuff however had signs up saying "Kept in a secure location" instead of the actual stuff. Which means this store has a very high theft problem or something. IDK. I go to look at a DJI camera and they have a picture of the camera up. Truly weird and almost a waste of time going in-store when I could've just ordered online if I gonna look at a picture of the actual item. Most of the employees are wearing jackets instead of the usual blue shirts so it's kinda hard to find the employees due to the small name tag on the jacket. When I finally found someone and started asking questions I could tell I was asking too many questions about the camera by the tone of his voice changing so I just said I'll take it and take my chances with it. Upon checking out the cashier was somewhat friendly. Barely wanted to give me a bag. Had to ask twice for it. I guess they're trying to cut back on supplies here or something. Upon walking out. No have a great day or anything from the LP guy. Just walked out. Felt kinda weird. The general crowd here is middle class. Mainly adults & teens. No kids really. Also the noise level was normal for a store. They did have good ventilation in the store. Also they had sanitizer setup on a table upon walking in and exiting. I think this store needs a redo or something. With the lack of customer service & NOT having most of the items on the shelf instead of a sign saying "Kept in a secure location". This store leaves something to be desired......

Depending on what part of DC you live in (SE and SW), this is the closest Best Buy to the city. It's in between Crystal City and Alexandria and is among other stores like a Staples, Petsmart, and Target. Like all Best Buys, the space is HUGE and the electronics plentiful (they even have candy). Every time I go, a staff member is quickly available to help recommend the best TV, computer, or iPhone cord. If you need any electronic, this is your spot!

Terrible store, terrible customer service. We bought a microwave in May 2021, 2 months later, they finally scheduled the delivery and installation (July 30th) The morning of July 30th I get an email saying "today is the day, be ready between 11:30am-2:30pm" The appliance never showed up, no-one called. I went to the store myself to enquire about it in person. The very young employees simply told me "Someone is going to call you to reschedule your installation, it can't be done today" . No explanation, no reasons why, no one called to say they had to reschedule. They left us waiting all day for the delivery and installation. This is after 2 months of purchase. The worst part is, the way they push away customers when there's an issue. They DO NOT WANT TO DEAL WITH CONCERNS AFTER THEY MAKE THE SALE. Once they take your money, you're on your own. When I called the Geeks-quad, the answering mashine says "we're not taking any calls today" The store employees simply say "someone will call you" AVOID THIS STORE, save yourself a headache. I'm attaching a picture of my email where you can clearly see when I purchased the microwave, the date of scheduled delivery, the day of their email saying "get ready between the hours of 11:30am and 2:30pm". And NOTHING .. In the process of rescheduling.

55 in. tv still in box since early September. Ridiculous!!!!!!

Absolutely the worst ever. Waiting on 5th appt. to install 2 TVs. Almost 4 hrs. late. THIRD NO SHOW!!!! It's a shame the sales force is so good at this store because the Geek Squad totally screws them over with the lack of service!!!! NEVER EVER GOING TO BUY FROM THEM AGAIN, hope you don't either!!!!!

The service was terrible in the geek squad and they didn't help me with anything...not the problem or anything else ...the guy that was talking to me was rude and condescending and didn't even care about why I the customer was even there ...he only cared about looking up dates and phone numbers and not once asked what was wrong or why I was there ...I have the top tier protection plan that claims it provides protection and services for all best buy products and also services products not purchased at best buy but this was not honored at all ...in fact I was told by two female managers two different stories ....the first being the manager of geek squad that she would either give me a refund or replace with something newer and to go look for the replacement....however upon returning to the counter and second woman who said she was over her said she wasn't giving me anything even though the first woman had already solved the problem....I'm extremely disappointed with the fact the second woman would override the transaction after the first manager was resolving the issue ...and then when I was asking the second woman questions about what my options were she then asked so are there any more questions because we still aren't going to give you anything...I said wow ...it sounds like I'm irritating you or bothering you when I'm trying to ask questions about my projector that is a $1100 lost right now and you are rushing me and telling me to hurry up ....she responded and said we'll I didn't know why you were still asking questions if you know we aren't going to give you anything...I pointed out the fact I have the plan for 179 and she said well the plan was purchased after I purchased the projector so they weren't going to honor it ...so I asked what is the limit for how long that plan works and she said we'll we pick and choose what products and services we off based on the customer and what products they have ...so I responded by saying well I guess I don't fall under those categories of people that you want to help ...the lady that tried to help said here is the number for Epson but that didn't help either because they didn't allow me to talk to anyone..and when I said this is terrible and I'm at a complete loss here when I have paid for your top tier protection service...the second manager replied well you could always just buy directly from Epson...so I asked her to repeat herself because I said if I went directly to Epson then why would we need best buy ....do you really want me to purchase from the manufacturer instead of best buy ..and surprisingly she said yes ...this was the best buy in Arlington VA on route 1 at Potomac Yards ...I'm very disappointed and sad because I thought best buy was the best place to by electronics if you are spending large amounts of money and that they could be trusted with your investment but now that has changed because of this one location so now I have to figure out where to go so that I can spend my money where it is appreciated ....this is very unfortunate for me because I have been a happy best buy customer for about 30 years but I guess it's time to move on to something better ..I will use best buy for my phone charger cords and phone cases since they don't cost a lot of money ..hopefully this helps someone else before they spend money there feeling that they can be trusted
