My phone was in perfect condition (minus the crack screen) . My iPhone 11 Pro was fully functional. I arrived to my appointment and gave then my phone . They said it will take 30 mins to fix my phone. Within those 30 mins they opened my phone. I sat outside in my car for 35 minutes. When I returned they stated they could not fix my screen because my volume up button does not work. They put my cracked screen back on the phone. I told him everything was fine with my phone until they touched it. I have to now wait for them to send me a new phone, but not the exact phone because the color I have is not in stock.
