Upon a little more research, I found that all of these law suits have been dismissed. All of these people are no longer franchise owners and have attempted to set up competing businesses. There is an apparent lack of stability in these individuals not necessarily the company. It speaks volumes that a franchise company was sued by 10 franchise owners and none of them prevailed. It appears to me (a long time customer of Geeks On Call and former customer of one of these litigious franchisees) that these lawsuits and allegations were bogus and that this review was written by one of the people that filed the suit, no doubt to discredit the company and attempt to drive Geeks clients to their new business.
