    I reached out to this company back in September to get my laptop screen fixed. The number on Google…read morewas 301-751-5869 at the time. I prepaid for the part as they said they had to order it. On September 20th they called and left me a voicemail saying it was finally in stock after some sort of delay because originally they told me it wouldn't take that many days to arrive. The part arrived. I brought my laptop up to the mall and left it there for a few days. I had to keep calling to check on the progress of my laptop. I decided that one day I would just come up there since I didnt live that far from the store. I came to the mall and asked about the status of my laptop. He told me I could take it home but that they broke something different in the process of fixing my screen. The broke the "bezzle" so basically I cant close my la[top down all they way and have to be very careful with it while using it because the screen could fall. The placed tap on the screen to hold it up from falling apart and told me that they had ordered another bezzle and when it arrived they would call me so they could put it on. Because I use my laptop for work they told me it was fine to take my laptop home and to just becareful using it. I called the store back every couple of weeks trying to be patient. I would call every 2 weeks then i think i waited 3 weeks then another time i waited a whole month before I started to get frustrated and wanted answers. This time when I spoke with them they said they ordered it but it was taking a long time arriving, that it was hard to locate that part but it was in route and the moment it arrived they would call me back. So then a few days after Christmas I decided to go to the mall again and talk to them in person. I asked the guy at the desk where the part was for my laptop and explained the situation and he seemed nonchalant stating that they changed management and the people who use to work there no longer work there. Seemed very fishy and upsetting so I asked who the manager was and who was in charge of things and told them the last people said my part was on its way to the store. He basically told me he couldnt help me and that they changed thier number. Now when i look on google it says the store number is 240-633-9373. This is unacceptable and i deserve for my laptop to be fixed or this company owes me a brand new laptop for heir negligance on informing customers that they were getting rid of team members while parts where being ordered that customers were still waiting on. They literally told me they broke the bezzle while replacing my screen that it was on them and that they were ordering a new one. This is not right

Sorry for telling you to pick it up today. No call, email or text. This happen multiple times (over three). Excuses and the upsale is what you get to look forward to with this business. Save yourself the disappointment and headache, find another computer/cellphone repair business. they earned less than 1 star.     My son's laptop played movies, video games and was able to do school work. We started hearing a…read moreclicking sound looked up what that sound was and found out, it came from the fan (ball bearing). The laptop never overheated we wanted to make sure to get it fixed right away. The tech that was working on my laptop said he needed help with the work after I paid the invoice on 9/10 but Gavin the owner refused to help him. He has some personal issues with customers of certain RACE and Political views. My son keeps asking me for his laptop, it really hurts me saying I don't know. The shop doesn't like us and won't do the work. It's starting to really hurt me as a loving father to see them hurt my son like this. The place is called PC Qwik Fix and it's been there almost 2 months. I called a few times and the first tech decided to do the work without the help. While doing the work something went wrong after installing the fans. I was told the laptop has no video now. But everything worked when I brought the laptop in (played movies and video games). They said it needs a mother board and they can't locate one. A PC fix place can't find computer parts. I can find computer parts online. I tried to buy a new laptop from dell but my credit I guess isn't that great was turned down. I would go anywhere but here for computer work. If you do go here never pay first they won't do the work then. Paid invoice for Fans on 9/10/20 it's 11/2/20 I still don't have the laptop yet. Two guys that worked there and then they both allowed 2 other customers come inside with out mask. Signage at the front door but I guess it's for show. This is reckless and selfish business operations. This small business will not make it through this pandemic especially if we have to shut down again. Plus I'm definitely going to get the word out!!!!

I came in and wandered around for a few minutes. Went up and down a few aisles before I, by myself, spotted the area I needed to be. No store employee asked if I needed any help finding anything. Granted, this isn't a big box store that sales everything, so the staffing numbers aren't as high as those places. However, it would have been nice to be pointed in the right direction without having to waste so much time. I did look over what they had on hand. Unfortunately, what I needed they did not have. I know I could go online to order, but I kind of needed it right then and there. But it is always and hit or miss type of store to visit.

    I'm writing this review to warn others about a serious issue at this Staples location on Festival…read moreWay in Waldorf, MD. On Saturday, I shipped a UPS Express envelope containing a car key. The staff saw the contents, watched me seal the envelope, and processed the shipment. I paid roughly $80 for express service with a guaranteed Tuesday delivery. Days later, the tracking still shows "Label Created." UPS confirmed repeatedly that they never received the package from Staples. That means it was never scanned, never transferred, and never entered the UPS system. When I called the store, the manager was extremely rude, unhelpful, and dismissive. Instead of taking responsibility or even attempting to look into the issue, she told me to call UPS--despite the fact that Staples was the last place the package was seen. This is a serious failure in both customer service and package handling. I expected Staples to take accountability for a package they accepted and charged me to ship. Instead, I was met with hostility and zero support. I will not trust this location with any future shipments. In the meantime, I had to launch investigations on both ends which is still in progress, but I'm all in for the fight for justice. They should be mindful that most of the world is dealing with something. A little grace and compassion for others in all we do can go a long way.
