    WARNING: Do not take your iPhone here for service. Ever! You'll be sorry if you do. Our saga, which isn't over yet, started 5/24/20217 when we foolishly took an iPhone 5S for a battery replacement to the tech department (Easytech---HaHa). After Rose replaces the battery, the home button went haywire. Sterling asked me if anything else had been going on lately with the device b/c they couldn't get the home button to work. It's been getting hot the last 2 days, I respond. Sterling shows me the broken home button inner workings then tells me the device has to be sent off site for this repair. I have no choice but to agree since the device is unusable. After many followup calls from me, I pick up the phone on 19 June (5 days short of a MONTH!). Sterling claims he had called me a few days earlier but could get me or leave a msg. Hmmmm. So let's give him the benefit of the doubt and shave a few days off, that still means it took at least 3 weeks for them to return this phone. 1st, they were waiting for a part. Second, they were sending it back - be here Mon. Third, they were testing it to make sure it worked properly (wasn't enroute). Fifth, we are checking where it is. Finally (14 June), it's in the store. You can pick it up. Here's the huge (Yugeeeee) kicker, adding insult to injury. The battery is discharging faster now than when I took it to Staples. The device will not hold a full charge overnight even though it's not actively in use. On the 2nd day after we picked up the repaired phone, Apple does an online analysis and says the battery is bad. That's the one Staples installed. So, we've been w/o the phone for 3 weeks+ and the thing still isn't fixed! Things get worse. Apple may not fix it b/c a 3rd Party was involved. But why would we want to take it back to Staples. It's not like Staples repair skills would improve drastically. So please take your broken devices elsewhere if "time is of the essence" or you really want it repaired. Duh! If it's an iPhone, take it to them for sure, reliable repair service. No more 3rd Party repairs for us. The one positive, (I try for a least 1 in every review) is that Sterling, Rose and Kevin were always professional and courteous when I spoke to them in followup conversations. The process is broken, for sure. P.S. We had to replace the battery Staples put in, not working. Since Staples replaced the home button which controls the fingerprint ID mechanism, no more Touch ID. EVER! Staples also replaced the phone screen for some unknown reason.

    I've been waiting for 10 minutes already!

    They had exactly what I needed...a set of ribbons for my HEWLETT Packard printer, black, red, blue, yellow.

    No issues at all. Walked in and walked the entire store. Plenty of staff asked if I needed help. Cashier was friendly.

    I reached out to this company back in September to get my laptop screen fixed. The number on Google…read morewas 301-751-5869 at the time. I prepaid for the part as they said they had to order it. On September 20th they called and left me a voicemail saying it was finally in stock after some sort of delay because originally they told me it wouldn't take that many days to arrive. The part arrived. I brought my laptop up to the mall and left it there for a few days. I had to keep calling to check on the progress of my laptop. I decided that one day I would just come up there since I didnt live that far from the store. I came to the mall and asked about the status of my laptop. He told me I could take it home but that they broke something different in the process of fixing my screen. The broke the "bezzle" so basically I cant close my la[top down all they way and have to be very careful with it while using it because the screen could fall. The placed tap on the screen to hold it up from falling apart and told me that they had ordered another bezzle and when it arrived they would call me so they could put it on. Because I use my laptop for work they told me it was fine to take my laptop home and to just becareful using it. I called the store back every couple of weeks trying to be patient. I would call every 2 weeks then i think i waited 3 weeks then another time i waited a whole month before I started to get frustrated and wanted answers. This time when I spoke with them they said they ordered it but it was taking a long time arriving, that it was hard to locate that part but it was in route and the moment it arrived they would call me back. So then a few days after Christmas I decided to go to the mall again and talk to them in person. I asked the guy at the desk where the part was for my laptop and explained the situation and he seemed nonchalant stating that they changed management and the people who use to work there no longer work there. Seemed very fishy and upsetting so I asked who the manager was and who was in charge of things and told them the last people said my part was on its way to the store. He basically told me he couldnt help me and that they changed thier number. Now when i look on google it says the store number is 240-633-9373. This is unacceptable and i deserve for my laptop to be fixed or this company owes me a brand new laptop for heir negligance on informing customers that they were getting rid of team members while parts where being ordered that customers were still waiting on. They literally told me they broke the bezzle while replacing my screen that it was on them and that they were ordering a new one. This is not right

    absolutely terrible experience. very polite people with terrible business skills…read more the left hand has no idea what the right hand is doing. you cannot believe anything they say. when I went to pick up my computer, after leaving it for repair, and instructed to pick it up, I was told upon arrival, OOPS after we looked at the computer this morning, you will need a new hard drive. Sorry for telling you to pick it up today. No call, email or text. This happen multiple times (over three). Excuses and the upsale is what you get to look forward to with this business. Save yourself the disappointment and headache, find another computer/cellphone repair business. they earned less than 1 star. Complete waste of time and resources doing business with The Fix - St. Charles Towne Center
