Dropped off PS5 on a Monday to see if it could be repaired because of a storm power surge. I waited 5 days Saturday to call because I was told it would take 3-5 days to repair. After 5 days of no communication I decided to call and to find out that they couldn't get it to turn on was a big disappointment and that I paid 64 dollars to have it repaired was mind boggling. I would not recommend ubreakifix because they put my PlayStation back together with half of the screws missing and left aluminum tape everywhere inside. Just for a simple hdmi port replacement. If I were to recommend a place to fix your console I would go to instyle fix wireless. read more

Do not go here!!! This photo is proof they damage my phone more. The tech name is there and all. I DO NOT RECOMMEND! My phone had a front screen minor crack. My phone was in perfect condition (minus the crack screen) . My iPhone 11 Pro was fully functional. I arrived to my appointment and gave then my phone . They said it will take 30 mins to fix my phone. Within those 30 mins they opened my phone. I sat outside in my car for 35 minutes. When I returned they stated they could not fix my screen because my volume up button does not work. They put my cracked screen back on the phone. I told him everything was fine with my phone until they touched it. I have to now wait for them to send me a new phone, but not the exact phone because the color I have is not in stock. To wrap it up , I took my phone there to get my screen fixed for 30 mins. They broke my phone even more. I currently have a phone that volume up button does not work, my facial recognition is not working, and I will receive a new phone that is not the color I initially picked out . read more

My iPhone needed an analysis done because it was turning hot and battery wasn't staying charged so I took it to the Brandywine MD location and the customer service was friendly, polite and helpful with a smile. She asked me questions about my phone before she took my phone and once done brought it to my car because I waited! She said if I had any more problems or concerns reach back out to Verizon. The last two times I have scheduled to have my phones serviced it has been horrible. The technician will tell you they can move your appointment around or reschedule it for you but if its convenient for them they absolutely can and do. I have been contacted several times regarding my appointments. If I could move to an earlier time slot because they finished their last appointment early but when I contact ted needing a different time they all of a sudden cant move the visits around. In addition, I came today to get my phone screen fixed, I was contacted this morning and told to come between 3-4pm becasue they will have to calibrate my phone screen and the mobile tech has THE ONLY cailbration machine for my device. I get there at 4:40pm well after the time told to come and they tell me the technichian is not back and they wont be able to even start on my phone for an hour since he is an hour out. It was a waste of my time and gas and when I asked if they could just reschedule my visit so I could have someone come to my home they said no they cant BUT when they need to move your visit up, they certainly can move your visit around on their caldendar. I hope the service improves unfortunately they are the only repair place in the area so I have to work with them but if I had another option I would choose another place to be serviced by. read more

After a frustrating week with multiple electronics, i find out my computer screen is broken. I got to best buy but my warranty expired. I was told it may just be cheaper to buy a new laptop which was not in the budget. I had seen uBreakiFix before and thought i would give them a try. I called and was told they should be able to help me and told what specific days of the week the person that could work on my type of computer would be there which seemed appreciative of my time. I believe i worked with Mikaela, who told me all about the benefits of asurion+ which helped lower the cost of my repair. She gave me a very accurate time frame of how long it could take to get the part and repair. She call promptly after it was fixed. When I went to pick it up, she mentioned an included perk of the asurion+ plan which helped speed up my laptop at no cost to me. While not having the laptop for a week was definitely trying at times, Mikaela and whoever else that got my laptop together, made the experience pleasurable.
