I got my screen replaced on my iPhone, the screen started glitching shortly afterwards but I decided to give it more time... I thought maybe it just needed time to adjust...but still... I have a lifetime warranty right? 2 nights ago it glitched then blacked out. I took it to them and they immediately asked how much I paid then demanded a receipt... where's the receipt? On the phone with the broken screen... I asked little lispy if they keep records and he answered with a short "no".... Luckily I had an old iPhone with me that I had access to my email via WiFi... pulled the receipt up and then they said they'd look to see what was wrong... then said my screen was scratched and there was nothing they could do... I gave the screen time to adjust and instead it blacked out and they refused to honor the "lifetime warranty" they promised. The scratch had NOTHING to do with the screen blacking out. See the picture of the scratch they claimed voided the warranty then see the video for how they lied and tried to sell me a new screen with the same trash warranty. Don't go here. Pure scammers. Maybe cause the Groupon mad rush was over and them are not overwhelmed anymore? Few things though: -Took them 20 minutes to acknowledge me in the store patiently waiting...2 minutes to fill out a form and drop the phone off. -She said she would call when it was done, she didn't, no biggie. I called her. -The main button is sunken in a little, the original felt flush with the glass screen cover. I have had many replaced and most of the aftermarket replacements screen do that, still works perfect so whatever. Overall a decent experience and if the cost is only $60, I can live with that. A college kid charged me like $120 once (I am good at breaking shit) and did it in his basement...this feels safer.
