Afterwards I realized the left side of the screen was darker than the right I told him to fix that he did. I then tried to open my phone using the Face ID and it wouldn't work the first time then tried for a second and third time nothing took my Face ID off through my settings tried to set it up again and it wouldn't work at all

The technician was on his phone the entire time upon my arrival, service request, and replacement of battery. Once it was determined that he could not reassemble my watch, that is when he decided it was time to get off the phone. This man literally started biting my watch to try to reassemble back to watch. Once he determined that he couldn't reassemble the watch he instructed me to go to their brother location at 2848 Alabama Avenue, SE, Washington,DC, because they had the tools to reassemble my Citizen watch. He stated that he would notify the technician at that location that I was coming. Upon my arrival at the 2848 location, and a detailed description as to why I was there, these boys were clueless to who I was and the nature of my visit. But the boys were in perfect position to sale me something. Yes, he was able to reassemble the watch. But attempted to charge me full price for the battery. Once I demonstrated how I had to travel from one location to another to get watch fixed, he discounted the battery. Battery purchase price $10.00, I gave him a $50 dollar bill and he instructed the other guy to give me $30.00 back, once I corrected him that I was due back $40.00, he looked at me with decent!
