After the new screen was installed, my screen would be nonresponsive randomly throughout the day for anywhere from 15 minutes to an hour. It happened each day after phone repair. In addition, the screen would no longer read Mt fingerprint. I re-added it to the phone. It worked for a few minutes, then working again. I brought the phone back in to get the screen replaced again with the correct phone. This time, when I came back, the manager opens the store an hour late. I informed him I needed to come back another day as I couldn't continue to wait. As I was driving my children to an event, the manager called me to ask me to come back. I informed him I could not due to my schedule and he became aggressive and belligerent to the point that my children were afraid for me. I discontinued my call with him and requested the technician call me to schedule me coming back. After talking to the technician, I scheduled my return. The 2nd time they repaired the screen, 2 days later the phone started glitch then went black. I returned to the store and they would not issue a refund. I di not recommend this business as they are not customer friendly nor do stand behind their products or services. UBreakfix is cheaper and has a 1 year warranty.

As someone who values grace and second chances, I rarely leave reviews like this but I felt led to…read moreshare my experience, both for the sake of transparency. I came in to have my iPhone 14 Pro Max repaired, paying for what was described as a "premium" repair package that promised quality service and restoration of both my screen and back glass. The staff was polite, and the phone was returned with the screen visibly repaired. However, as someone who creates content for a living, I quickly realized my microphone and speaker were no longer functioning after the repair. This completely halted my ability to record, communicate, or work effectively. I returned the very next day, and while they did attempt to troubleshoot, the solutions presented felt like they would only further compromise my privacy and daily responsibilities; including sending my phone away for 2+ weeks and resetting it entirely, despite having sensitive data on the device. The most disappointing part was being offered only a partial refund for a repair that not only failed but damaged key components that were working before. I'm now facing the burden of buying a new phone, which is a serious setback. I'm not here to shame or bring down anyone's business. I believe in the power of restoration and I hope this review is received in that spirit. I believe accountability is a form of respect, and I pray this feedback helps this business grow in honesty, customer care, and integrity. Thank you for reading.

The other night, I dropped a 10lb weight on my phone which bypassed the tempered glass screen protector and shattered the actual screen. I came in at 7:30pm. Chris mentioned the store would close at 8pm but would get to work right away and try to complete the job quickly. He did just that! My screen was fixed and I had a functional phone that night. The next day, I noticed the home button was slightly popped out. I called Cell Phone Doctor/ Chris who recommended I come in. Again- I was in and out in 30 minutes. I know if there was multiple phones being worked on, I wouldn't be in-and-out as quickly; but the haste was greatly appreciated. They do offer a military discount on labor. Note to the store owners- I hope you are taking care of Chris because he deserves to be a highly paid employee! He is professional, knowledgeable, and an outstanding ambassador of the business.

I still got home and was unable to charge my iPad Pro with my existing blocks, but using one of the same cables it seems to charge when connected to my MacBook.
