I brought in my ps5 to get looked at for a hdmi problem it was working perfectly with the power turning on , I was told it'll be done in about an hour in a half I left it for 2 hours I called to get a check up on my system they told me it wasn't the hdmi port and couldn't find the problem I didn't get charged nothing at the counter but once I took my ps5 home it won't turn on nor have a any type of power connection , before I took it in all that was wrong was a no signal connection from the ps5 to the tv now it won't even turn on and they didn't fix nothing horrible service. The only reason why so many people have given these folks, a five out of five is because right on their counter. It states that if you give them a five out of five on yelp that they will give you a gift usually the gift is something stupid like a phone cover I had them put a new battery in my phone and the dude couldn't put the phone back the way it was. The iPhone button didn't work. I had to use accessibility features in order to even use the phone it was a good thing that I was getting a new iPhone the following week or else I would've been in big trouble. I would talk about the shenanigans that went on with a owner of the store and how he lied, but I won't bother Spend the money on a reputable company to put a battery in your phone. I purchased a smart watch for my hubby this past Valentines (2021). I didn't appreciate that I was quoted one price and a lady who asked the price of the same watch was quoted a lesser price. I understand due to Covid, I wasn't allowed or offered the opportunity to handle the watch to really investigate the features of the watch so I would have appreciated being told the watch needed a SIM card to access majority of the features/apps advertised. When my hubby scanned the bar code in the manual to sync it to his phone, he received a message stating the app wasn't secure! So, that was no longer an option. My hubby doesn't really use the watch and I can't find my receipt to return it so I feel duped. All-in-all, the store was clean and the employees offered assistance quickly. this store where i met Mohammed. He did not know how to access the boot menu and was getting ready to give up, so i showed him how... that shouldve been my red flag to leave. He then looked at my phone for literally no more than 3 minutes, hand it back to me and says it not reparable. I was a little bit irritated that he didnt troubleshoot anything... but i decided to trust his expertise and report the total loss to my insurance company. I told him that square trade would need a letter from him stating that the phone is not repairable. He tells me they dont have a letter head for such a thing. So i told him for an email would suffice. He gives me an email address: phonespot1@gmail.com and asked me to email him and he will email back with the confirmation. I emailed him and the email bounced as invalid. I call him to see if he could just send me an email since i was not getting through... he says no he's too busy and to call back later... I call back later... they tell me he's gone for the day. I called several times the next day only to realize that for some strange reason he's not there and NOBODY at the store could help despite my plea for assistance. It eventually became obvious that he was dodging my call. To Phone Spot mgmt: Perhaps I received this extremely poor level of service because I was not making an upfront sale, but please understand that you have lost a potential customer from this poor treatment and I will be sure to tell my friends and family to stay clear of your store. I am extremely disappointed because I wasted two days without a phone chasing down someone that was clearly unwilling to assist. My insurance company have given me a voucher to purchase a new phone and that voucher could have been used at your store had my experience been better. This place sucks! They are money hungry and a rip off. I brought my MacBook here to replace a broken screen. Trying to be cheap, I ended up wasting $500 at this dump. They took about a month to fix my broken screen and then after I picked it up, the screen was broken again within an hour. The parts they use are cheap as hell, then they over charge for labor costs. They tried to blame me for the broken screen, when clearly the replacement they used must have been made of a very very cheap material. I ended up buying a whole new computer but wish I never tried to patronize this place. NEVER AGAIN read more

Great customer service, decent pricing, and fast service! BUT not even two weeks after getting my phone fixed, I went to use it per usual and green vertical lines started to appear and take over the screen. I had not dropped my phone at all since getting it fixed and had no idea why this happened. However, I took it back and they were able to fix it for free although I did not have my receipt (always keep your receipt lol). I was extremely grateful for this, but I did not leave the shop happy. When I got my phone there was one side of the new screen that was not pushed in all the way and there was a lot of residue from the adhesive left on the phone. Unfortunately, I would not feel confident in recommending this place to any of my friends. read more

Bad place to get phone work done. Yes quick and available but sells faulty products, and may break your phone. I purchased 2 supposed 'Apple' chargers and 1 pair or 'Apple' headphones, all 3 off which broke within a month. The guy told me if it broke bring it back and when that happened he wouldn't give a return refund or replacement, and persisted another one would work so i bought it and it stopped working as well. also recently i had the screen changed on my 6s+ it came back without the fingerprint scanner working, they would accept no fault nor offer ant type of refund. very unapologetic. read more
