Came here for them to take a look at my iPad Pro charge port as it was not charging. I had done all the things on the internet: cleaned port with tooth pic/ tooth brush, tried different cables and power blocks including my 60w MacBook charger, , and hard reset. Still unable to charge iPad Pro. The technician plugged in his charge port diagnostic device and showed it was normal. And had current draw. The iPad was able to charge using his cables and power blocks. No fee was charged for that service. Service was quick and friendly. I still got home and was unable to charge my iPad Pro with my existing blocks, but using one of the same cables it seems to charge when connected to my MacBook. It turned out it wasn't a big issue going on. He fixed the problem free of charge. He could have taken advantage and made up something so he could charge me a fee, but he didn't. The person on the phone when scheduling an appointment was very chatty and went on and on about how the Groupon voucher covers only to repair cracks and not busted pixels, which is an additional cost (totally understandable). I understood what the issue was with my phone and read carefully what the Groupon covered, which I assume many people do not, which is why he was so thorough and repetitive out of an abundance of caution. Went in to fix a samsung galaxy that had water damage. He inspected the phone within 15 mins and diagnosed that it was the screen that had been damaged and needed to be repaired. They didn't have it in stock but ordered it and within a few days it was fixed. They do get busy so calling in and trying to reserve a time would help, or if you don't mind the wait and have patience you'll be well taken care of. The guy there is hella down to Earth, will help and talk to you about anything. He fixed it fairly quickly compared to other places I've been to, but you don't feel rushed out the door. Found a Groupon deal which was great! I was greeted, and the gentleman was VERY polite, detailed while working & informative with my bajillion questions. (I did forget his name bc I have a memory of a goldfish but he did say his name when I approached.) I asked if he fixes Apple Watches, which he does, but he was honest about my watch not worth the repair. Truly appreciate the honesty esp in this line of work. I was contacted by Chris via Yelp and called today to see if he could replace the battery in my cell phone. He said yes and we agreed that 5pm would be a good time to come in. I drove down and when I got there he was working on another phone and told me I'd have to wait an hour to an hour and a half to get my phone fixed because someone came in before me (while I was in transit there). I thought I had an appointment based on our phone call but apparently if you have an appointment and someone else comes in you are bumped. I felt this was unfair, a waste of my time, and just poor communication. He should have told me on the phone that if another person came in while I was on my way that the 5pm time wouldn't work but he did not. I've never received WORST service in my life The representative waited until I paif for the service to tell me that they only take debit pin purchases and would not except my payment because I used credit versus debit he told me this after the purchase went through. I could've just walked out but we all see because the service was paid for in full I had to pay again an additional $75 because I didn't use my pin number They need to be reported because they make money off debit purchases. This is why they don't want you to use credit. Which is why he didn't want me to use the credit feature. I don't recommend this business at all they are plenty of reputable honest we're dealing cell phone repair companies right here in Laurel without having to deal with somebody is trying to swindle you out of the 50 Cent debit purchase don't do it read more

i had 3 iphones repaired with this person and everytime they have an issue , very condecending person and keeps on saying i repair thousands of phones every day and charges 3 times more and just uses cheap parts for repairs and does not warrenty his work , i would not recommend this place for any cell phone repairs including apple products , other places charge way cheaper and also throw in add on repairs for free just to keep your business and customer loyalty . first time i fixed my iphone 7 plus and then the home button came loose and then a malfunction on the screen , i called him to fix it and all it needed to be done was tighten a few screws around the bracket but he wants to refuse saying that someone else touched it so i cant do any work to it costing me almost 100$ for a screen when ebay only charges like between 20-30$ for a screen and he wont even allow you to bring your own parts to add and charge a cheap labor to fix . secondly chris uses stupid analogies and has the nerve to say oh you dont know nothing about the cell phone repair industry , i started learning how to do repairs by myself cause im tired of people like him ripping hard earned money from people 140$ for a back glass repair on iphone where other places only charge 50$ for the same thing , i would recommend guys call other places for better prices . read more
