This is a kiosk in the Arundel Mills Mall, near the food court (neighborhood 2). This is my first experience getting a phone screen repair so I have nothing to compare to. Normally I am not rash, and churlish enough to toss my phone on a carpeted floor expecting it to land safely. No it bounced and hit the frame of a antique sewing machine, so perfectly that it cracked the screen...okay confession over. So this process took a week and 3 trips. I am willing to accept that some of the overall length of time is "supply chain" [they didn't have my screen model in stock]. However my only knock is the said they would call and never did. I called a few days into the wait. Young man said it was there, so I made the trip (not that far, but still not without hassle). When I arrived he looked around (I would argue that should have been done when I called) and was told to come over. All good we all make lazy mistakes sometimes. Young man was otherwise professional and polite. Anyway the work was done correctly, phone looks like new and $100 lesson in being an impulsive dolt was worth it. Lesson learned, get more sleep during the week, get some exercise, manage stress better so you don't have to go through this first world problem, a dumb problem to create for yourself. read more

I highly recommend this store for phone repair. I took it to a place previous to this and they most likely made my iPhone issue worse. My Face ID stop working and I brought it to this store. I previously read that the Face ID sensor couldn't be fixed, but they said they would give it a try. They took my phone for a week but was not able to fix it. Even though I didn't get my phone fixed (it's not their fault not even apple does this repair) the customer service was second to none. I would bug the manager almost everyday about my phone and he always kept me updated and kept and open dialogue. read more

I came here with my iphone 11pro for a simple screen repair for $116. After waiting an hour they gave it back to me and the power button didn't work anymore, they told me it wasn't their fault and I had to pay an additional $60. After going back and forth a different worker told me to come back a couple days later and they would fix the power button for free. So I did and I waited around for 3 hours for the part to be delivered before I decided to just leave and come back the next day. I don't live close so I really didn't want to have to make the trip back to the mall for the 3rd time in a week but I didn't have an option. I go back the next day and they take about an hour to "fix" my power button. I get my phone back and it's shutting down on its own every two minutes, so we go back to the mall a 4th time to have them fix it and it takes another hour for them to get it back to us. Even after that they did not fix the problem. phone is still shutting down. I even tipped the guy $20 because I was so grateful he fixed it, I should've gotten that $20 and my $116 back. I DO NOT recommend this company for any kind of service. I also have a permanent warning in my settings saying my screen was not an acceptable part for my phone. read more

Whoever fixed my cracked screen, didn't put all teh screws back on and gave me my phone back, two days later the front camera stopped working and now my phone shut down. I tried to call them but no one responds back and or calls me. I had to go buy a new phone. I will never do business with this company again!! go at your own risk!! read more

Save your money or go to a reputable place. I went to the location at Arundel Mills outside of Best Buy to ask the vendor (Issa) how much it would be to fix my phone. I figured since I had an appointment with the Geek Squad and they quoted me $150 it was worth a shot to see if it would be cheaper. Issa said it would take approx. 20 min. When I returned, I was told that the button on my phone could be replaced for $60 but I would not be able to use the thumbprint. I thought, ok at least I can use it and it will be cheaper. WRONG, when he returned my phone to me, I had to press it several times for it to register, it pressed buttons on its own while I tried to make a call, texting was difficult and I had to manually work to do any functions that used to come with ease. He then said, I needed to replace the entire screen (which would cost another $70). I reluctantly agreed. 2 and 1/2 hours later, the phone still is not fixed, the plastic guard that he provided has bubbles on it, I have more issues than when I brought it in. Because I had an appointment to pick up my son, I once again reluctantly agreed (at Issa's request) to come back 'later in the week' at which time he will refund my money and/or 'get my phone working the way I want. I called today to just ask for the refund instead of driving half hour away to waste more time and money. Misa, another employee told me that I needed to bring the phone back and I could not get a refund. I do not want to take my phone back to them with good reason. A good company would refund my money and allow me to take it to Apple where, for the same price I can get it working the way it should with authentic parts AND a guarantee. Now, I'm out of $140 and my phone does not work. SAVE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY, FRUSTRATION AND TIME. **Update: I was able to get a refund however, the phone works worse than when I brought it in. Now the buttons are sticking when I'm not pressing them. I cannot hear on it. The person working on it is very nice but the inconvenience, time and money is not worth it. I am now without a fully functioning phone until I could get an appointment with Apple on Friday....at which time I'm told that having someone else work on the phone could invalidate them doing it. read more

Got my screen fixed here as many times as I broke my screen (a lot). All were great experiences except one time where my touch screen wasn't as responsive. Nonetheless, kind woman gave me a discount and a free screen protector for being a loyal customer. read more

Terrible. whoever fix my screen clearly messed with the materials inside. My phone stopped working after 2 weeks. He told me he doesn't know what happened. It might be a water damage, Mind you, I have never dropped my phone in the water. I have to get a whole new phone. Go at your own risk. read more

I had cracked my phone screen very badly, I was going to my carrier to do the insurance claim to get my phone replaced. I just randomly stopped by them and asked to fix my phone. The repair price was the half of my detectable. I got it fix from them and it took them only like 40 minutes to fix my phone. Guess what, it came out new. Saved half of the money and my phone is new again. Give them a shot before going to you carrier and get your phone fix for cheaper. read more

Excellent service and very knowledgeable technicians. I had to take my broken Iphone6 to repair to save my recent pictures and data as I didn't have it backed up.
