Fast and straightforward quote for PS5 deep cleaning. Good prices and a convenient location. A great place to go for knowledgeable, professional work read more

Services was quick. Looked at my phone & no charge to evaluate on repair. Gave options. Recommended.

Son had a cracked phone screen. Came to get it fixed. Was told it would take 30 minutes and it was done in the time that was mentioned. Unlike apple they do use an after market screen. And you get 90 day warranty. The price is the 110$ less than the cost is would be at apple. So 89$ was the cost which I wasn't exactly happy about but the job was done well and without a long appointment or super long wait. For 10$ more I purchased a screen protector. In short get a screen protector folks. I would recommend the spot if you are in the area. Great attitude, quick work. read more

Nice owner. Interesting store. I enjoyed seeing old electronics and games stuff. I needed a new screen protector. It didn't look like they had a large supply of the different screen sizes but the owner found exactly the correct size and put it on for me in a matter of minutes. Very friendly and inexpensive. Good place for phone accessories and service. read more

I took in an old DVR-HDD recorder that was no longer dubbing to DVD disks. I suspected it needed a cleaning inside, and it was a 50/50 chance it would work because if its age. It was worth it to me to try! Happily, it did work! The owner of the shop is very knowledgeable and helpful, and the cleaning was done within a day. I highly recommend this place! read more

I'm the type of person who usually leaves positive reviews, and this small business in Jessup absolutely deserves one. I came in to get the tempered glass on my iPhone 15 replaced, and they did an excellent job. The pricing was more than fair--while other places quoted me $20 for a standard screen, this shop offered a privacy-tempered glass for the same price. Parking was easy, and I was in and out in under three minutes. The gentleman who helped me was skilled, friendly, and had a great attitude. Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant experience. I'll definitely be back. Thanks for the great service! read more

Great communication and speedy service. Repaired my cracked iPad screen. I called ahead, got a reasonable price and got same-day repair.

Fast service with reasonable prices. I was able to wait a short time there while the repair was done.

Very honest and quick work. Been several times and at least two times we were suggested to try other options or places as they thought their repair wouldn't be the most cost effective solution. The times we did get repairs done the gentleman has been extremely kind and efficient. Both iPhone screen replacements have held up well. Recommend. read more

Excellent customer service and repair. My son passed away from a car accident. His phones was smashed, I wanted his pictures and other important information from the phone. They were able to retrieve it for me. I believe that they can repair his phone for extra charge, but fir me it's worth it. My son was 24. read more

The speaker on my IPhone decided to stop working. The only way I could talk on a call was thru speaker. So I went to the Apple Genius Bar (apple repair center). Was told the top speaker had failed. They could fix it for $500. I was like nope I'll get a new phone for that. So I went to Xfinity who is my mobile carrier. New phone would be $100-125 down and $50-55 a month for 24 months. Really didn't want to add another phone to my plan. So I looked on google and found a repair place. The gentleman fixed my phone and charged $50. It only took less than 15 Minutes. Saved me $$$$. read more

I needed my daughters iPhone 8 Plus screen fixed and it was fixed in less than 30 minutes. They also offered a 90 day warranty should the phone any issues. Also in this shop, there are vintage video games for the old systems (Atari, Nintendo, super NES, Sega and so many more) which is really dope! I'd definitely recommend this place read more

Outstanding service. Had a cracked screen on my Galaxy Note 8 phone and needed documentation verifying the damage from a licensed repair facility to make an insurance claim. I went to 3 "big name" repair places, all of whom acted clueless and would only give me a verbal quote for the repair. I should have gone to iFix first. These guys immediately understood what I needed and went above and beyond. They inspected the phone on the spot and prepared a personalized, signed warranty claim, all for free. iFix's estimate for the repair was also 10% less than the next lowest quote. We need more businesses like this in our community. The difference between the service at this shop and others was night and day. I absolutely recommend them for all repairs and really appreciate the service they provided. read more

Very professional. Replaced my iPhone screen at a great price. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Christmas Eve and he still took care of me. Amazing price for the 6S LCD screen. Plus I needed battery replacement and apple store wanted the phone for a day or more for their 29.99 price which was temporary. He charged me same price. Took less than an hour to get it all done. Playing with the screen and everything looks perfect no lag time or anything... plus he offers a 90 day warranty if you have issues. Can't beat it. Thanks!! read more

I shattered my iPad screen and found this shop on the yelp app. Requested a quote and got a reply in a few minutes. Estimate was at least 50$ cheaper than any other stores in the area and took it up the next day to get fixed in a few hours. Almost like it's brand new. Owner is friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely go back again in the future. read more

My cell phone fixed on time, as per estimate with that cost very reasonable and service with a smile even. So well done and I do NOT write reviews and am NOT an "easy grader." We have found ifix here on Yelp due to all the good reviews and best quote given to us by phone in order to repair/ fix an issue with our speaker . The store is super cute with lots of games from the past and future. The guy who helped us out was very friendly and patient . Eventually after restarting our phone the speaker worked fine and we didn't need the service however we will definitely come back if have any issues with our phones in the future. Super-duper service. I emailed a request for quote to fix my iPhone screen, late on Sunday night, after hours. I received a quote from Tae immediately. I took my phone in the next day, to find out he under-priced the job because I did not accurately disclose the amount of damage. He still honored the price he quoted me, despite my willingness to pay more...AND, had the job done in 45 minutes. Awesome service! Will highly recommend. read more

Tae from iFix Cell Phone Repair was a life saver. The HDMI port on my son's PS4 stopped working on a special day when he was having friends over that night. I called several repair shops closer to me and they either couldn't do the repair or would need 1-2 weeks to send it out for repair. Tae was a little further out but I emailed him before he even opened on a Saturday and he emailed me back right away. We arranged for me to drop off the PS4 before noon and he said he would have it back same day. Better than same day, he texted me 2.5 hours later and I had a fully working PS4 back that afternoon and at half the cost other places had quoted me that were going to take 1-2 weeks to fix. Tae runs a quality and professional shop and I couldn't be happier. I will be bringing him more business (Xbox and cracked cell phone screen) even though he's a little out of my way -- he's worth it. read more

I would definitely recommend this store to anyone! Quick on the repair, and did an amazing job as well. I had my phone fixed before, and when he (Tae) fixed it, he found things wrong that the other people had done. Such as leaving plastic on the screen (underneath). Also, they have so much more in there, if you like video games it's a good place, especially if you're nerdy like me, they have a few good gems in there. Amazing job! Amazing service! If I break my phone again (hopefully not haha) i will take it back here every time! read more

Very honest and knowledgeable staff! We refer all here!!! Great job iFix!!!!

One of the nicest people I ever met. Went in for a battery issue and went above and beyond trying to figure out why my battery wasn't charging. Didn't try to sell me anything or, suggest that I get a new battery when he could have easily made a few bucks off. Figured out that it was a hardware issue and was straightforward that it would cost me more money trying to replace it. Will definitely go back if I ever come across any other technical issues. Also, has the coolest old school gaming collection. read more

My daughter cracked her iphone x screen and caused damage to the interior. Tae explained the cost and provided an option for a cheaper screen or HD screen.
