Just a fun time. You want stuff you don't need and have fun getting it?! Meow claw is for you. Had a great time here even though I had to ban my partner from ever coming back lol. Staff were great. And just a fun time

This was a very new, and very cute claw machine place. No one, in our party of four, won a single prize. Needless to say, this wasn't very fun. We don't have to win the big prizes, but no one walked away with a prize. After our claw experience in Las Vegas, when we had so many prizes we were giving them away, this was a big disappointment.

I had such a great experience at Meow Claw in Rockville, and a big part of that was Ethan!!! He's veru kind and genuinely makes the whole experience fun. You can tell he wants everyone to win and enjoy themselves, which makes a huge difference when you're playing the games The atmosphere was welcoming, and I felt comfortable thanks to how friendly and attentive the staff were. Ethan especially stood out to us.....he was patient, encouraging, and made sure we had a great time!! Highly recommend stopping by if you're in the area. It's such a fun spot, and people like Ethan make it even better :)

Such a cutesy place with AMAZING staff, both Ethan and Aiden were extremely helpful giving us tips and tricks to win more prizes. Good way to get out of the cold too! Thank So much!

Ethan and Adien were absolutely AMAZING!! They were so kind and helped us get some prizes. They are also very family friendly and would 100% recommend! Everyone was so nice and we loved the experience everything was lovely! From: Julie & Scarlett Ps: This place is very cute

My boyfriend surprised me on a date to Meow Claw and I was so excited because of my love for crane games. Perfect spot for a date, and playing the games are in expensive. Everyone is pretty much a winner and none of the machines are rigged, you actually get to win prizes.

First time going there! Super cool concept and vibe inside. Ethan was very helpful and kind! will definitely come back!

Great japanese style claw machines in the area! All of the stuffies weren't packed in like more claw machines in the area. Meow claw just opened and was great in spreading out the toys. Lots of different toys to choose from. Most of the games require two coins to play. There's a slight discount when you buy the coins in bulk.

I'm not a huge claw fan but it was fun and I can see how it can become addictive. There was a lady going around and playing and winning a lot. My teen didn't get anything until the end but it was fun. Staff was friendly and helpful. Check it out!

I enjoyed seeing the variety of prizes, especially Chiikawa related prizes. The workers at the counter, Aidan, Linna, and Ethan were so special and friendly.

    We won!!!!

GameStop is great, but it's so... mainstream, you know? Thanks to social media, I learned about this spot that just opened up in Wheaton Mall about two weeks ago. When I walked in it was pretty early -- the lights weren't even on, and the only staff at the time was organizing some wall hangers. But the decor is immediately inviting -- even from outside, you see some retro systems and retro title screens on monitors on display. It's glorious. The merch hits you as soon as you walk in. There are shelves of mostly old games --- there is some new stuff too, of course -- but, all the mobiles, all the Playstations, all the old Nintendos... it's all there. Now, the GameCube selection is a little lacking at the moment, but they're working on that. And it goes without saying that all the accessories you could ever need were present too. Games aside, the walls are LINED with posters, low and high. There are normal posters, holographic ones (which really are the rage lately and I love them), posters with wooden backs, and they're of all sizes. There's a whole ton of car or computer decal -- I believe there were $4 each, but they're gonna start doing deals for multiple ones. There were a ton of keychains, holographic decal, and lanyards as well. In the display case were some trading cards... Magic, Yugioh, and Pokemon caught my attention. All this to say... this store is awesome! And I'm excited to see how their inventory grows as they get settled. I'll be returning for sure!

Superbit is a retro gamestore and may accept some popular game consoles and rare games. I was greeted and was helped right away. The store employee knew exactly why I was there. He noticed the bright green color of my Pokemon leaf green and stopped everything to assess the value of my total trade in. If I had known how much Pokemon would have blown up in the past, I would have kept all of my cards and games and sold them here. Fun fact: The game box/packaging is worth more than the game itself. If you have a mint condition box that the game came in, it could be worth a lot. I thought I ended up with a good bargain because of the quick trade in and knowledge base of the employee. I am glad I got rid of my childhood games for some cash. I learned that retro stores like this is considered like an antique store.

The website even displays logos for the major gaming companies, which gave me confidence that my items would be considered. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. I brought two Xbox systems to trade in: an Xbox One X White Special Edition and an Xbox One S with a 1TB hard drive. After arriving, the employee informed me that they were no longer accepting Xbox trade-ins because Xbox products were "not selling well." He also mentioned that I should have called ahead first. This was surprising, as there was no indication of this policy change on their website, which clearly indicate that trade-ins are accepted and it was the main reasons I made the long trip to the store. During the interaction, I also noticed an Xbox One console for sale in the store. When I mentioned this, the employee explained that it was a special edition. I responded that, given the price it was listed at, it might be difficult to sell. Additionally, after briefly inspecting my systems, the employee incorrectly stated that my Xbox One X was a digital edition. I had to point out that it clearly has a disc drive and is in fact the white special edition model. Overall, the experience felt dismissive and unprofessional, especially after explaining that I had driven a long distance specifically because the store advertised trade-ins. If the store has changed its trade-in policies, it would be very helpful to update that information online so customers do not waste their time making unnecessary trips. This was my first experience with Arcana's, and unfortunately it will likely be my last.
