So after my little nephew poured window cleaner all over my Macbook 13 inch early 2015 retina Macbook Pro and then his baby sister vomited on the trackpad, I was ready to call it a day. Especially as I had been quoted up to $450 for repairs. At the last moment, I decided to try Paul and that was a very good decision. Paul was charming, professional, and reassuring. He promised not to lie or exaggerate about what he can do, which was a breath of fresh air and a change from all the people who promise you that they can do everything but wind up doing nothing. He opened up the laptop in front of me and showed me what the problem was, so I would know what needed to be fixed. I was lucky I went in when I did because the battery was very swollen and could have damaged the whole thing. He went ahead and ordered the battery in front of me so there were no hidden costs. Even though there were CV-19 related delays in the delivery of the battery and a key, he kept me informed of everything that was happening with tracking the shipment. He fixed the battery, cleaned up the laptop, checked everything to make sure it was working, and even drove it over to me to use while we were waiting for the last replacement part to arrive. His honest manner made me feel calmer about the fact that my only work computer was flashing and shutting off.
