Our old desktop computer would not turn on. I took it to a major company who could turn it on but said that the hard drive was bad. I was given an extremely high amount to fix it with no set timeline. I contacted Werter by email and he responded quickly. We spoke on the phone and he clearly explained that if it was "dead," I would need a data recovery place to look at it.
