If I could give zero stars I would. I walked in and the white guy sitting at the desk didn't greet me or say anything. I wait 20 mins and nobody said anything or asked if I need help. I guess you don't get help if you're black around here. Very rude and unprofessional. I will never return to this location. read more

Nobody likes having phone problems. Mine was complicated as I waited years to get a new phone. Donte at the Verizon Store went above and beyond and even got on a call with me and Verizon customer support to get my new phone working. There were a lot of steps. He even saved me some money along the way. Super friendly and knowledgeable. read more

Came in for a question. They were busy so I sat down and waited. 5 minutes later, 3 guys came in and stood to wait. They were greeted first. I went up and said hello, I was next. The manager immediately said he couldn't help me and told me to leave HIS store. No problem, I came in to get a PIN number to change to Sprint anyway lol. Third time here over the the years and never left happy or with the answers I came in for. 1 star should be -1 star!!!!! read more

I just switched from Sprint after almost 15 years and my family and I have been dealing with Verizon stores in 4 different states for almost 2 months. They were all horrible, especially the "corporate" stores that are essentially useless and should just be shut down. The store in Dunkirk is the first store that was very helpful, professional, and assisted me and my son with everything we needed, on both visits. May be it's just the person you get, who knows. My son worked with a lady there and Mike was the one that helped me so definitely go here since there is a less likely chance of wasting your time or wanting to pull your hair out. read more

This is by far the worst experience I have ever had at any retail store in my entire life. These people are complete charlatans. The amount of aggravation and hours on the phone trying to fix the problems they caused is immeasurable. Everyone was terrible, but a special shout out to Jay, who was especially belligerent and dishonest. Stay away at all cost! read more

The staff usually seems pretty annoyed that they have to stop whatever it is they are doing ( when no customers are in the store) and help anyone that may walk in. Have dealt with a particular young man several times who has probably been the most unhelpful sales person I have ever dealt with. They don't seem overly eager to accommodate the needs of their customers, will go to Prince Frederick location next time. read more

I want to point out that the girl that helped me (I didn't get her name) was very nice and answered all of my questions. My issue, and what my husband wasn't happy with either, was that the young man working with her made us feel like we were in a car dealership! He kept chiming in while I was talking with the girl there and it was super annoying! I thought she did well with her sales pitch and her knowledge of the devices I was interested in. I had done research before going in but wanted to see the phones in person. The sales guy however wanted to put his 2 cents in with everything she had to say. My husband and I decided to come home and order my phone online! Not only did we end up getting the phone I wanted for free thanks to my upgrade but we got free overnight shipping and no car salesman pitch! The guy was just a little too much of a cheesy, pushy car salesman in the store. read more

Horrible Retailer. A friend recommended we go to this location because they had great experiences. Mind you we passed 3 on the way to this one so it had to be a decent experience for her. For my husband and I however, not so much. We added my mil to our account and that process went well, she got her phone etc., no problem. When we went to do our part we had to order my phone. The sales associate assured us that since we were ordering well before 3 pm the phone would arrive most definitely the following day. Because this location was not close to our home I did not return to the store until Monday (5 days after). The same associate that helped us before was there and asked me if I received an email saying the phone had arrived. I stated no but you said it would definitely be here the following day. She looked around and then sat at her computer after about 10 minutes of me sitting there and her typing and doing something on her computer she says the phone is not here. It would arrive on August 3. I asked if there was a way to have the phone shipped directly to me since I live over 40 minutes away and she said no. I asked if I could get it from another location and she said no. They can't cancel orders. So I just stood up and walked out. I immediately contacted Verizon and after 40 minutes they told me the phone had been delivered to TCC via UPS on Thursday, July 28th (the very day the associate said it would arrive) and when he tried calling the location to get information on the phone no one answered. He told me he could cancel the order and that I could go to a corporate location (6 miles away from my home) and get my phone today. Cancel my order? Wow. I asked him why would the sales associate tell me they can't cancel my order but he said he can. He stated that they really prefer customers go to a corporate location verses a dealer to avoid such issues. Why do they even exist then? So I traveled back down the county to a location 6 miles away from my house to get my phone. Please note that when I arrived at the location there were no orders on our account (the verizon rep I spoke with on the phone canceled it) but within the wait time and being helped at the corporate location the TCC Sales Associate placed another order for my phone that I was suppose to get last week. My account was locked again. We called and got the lock lifted and I got my phone so all is well now but I will not go back to this location nor will I suggest it to anyone I know. read more

Surprisingly excellent service. Mike was very helpful in his knowledge and very friendly. Entire staff helped out as I had some tech issues with my phone. A positive atmosphere lead me to upgrade. Staff seemed genuinely concerned about my tech issues and it was my choice to just get a new phone. Staff was unlike other verizon stores trying to rush me in and out to try to get a sale. They were more concerned about my needs and I didn't have a long wait line at all. Fantastic customer experience. read more
