Immediately after I entered, I was greeted, and the gentleman took my name and number and told me to have a seat. I sat for nearly an hour as the employees danced around me to assist other customers. The person that checked me in even helped the person that entered after me (assuming they were friends or from the same country). -- I continued to sit patiently. Eventually, another employee asked if I had been helped. I made it very clear (in a raised tone) that I was in good spirits and wanted to be patient; however, I was about 10 minutes from leaving and switching to Verizon.
