I needed to transfer the data from an old Verizon-system Samsung phone to a new Samsung phone with an ATT Sim card for a friend who was in the hospital. Even though I didn't have all the documentation, the staff was totally helpful and friendly, and made me feel completely welcome! Everyone was properly masked, and when the staff handled my phones, they put on disposable gloves. They completely solved the problem and my friend is so relieved! Thank you Annette! read more

This store needs more help for the amount of customers they get. Expect to be waiting for sometime if you come to this store. I will say that once your helped they are very nice and are willing to help you with any questions no matter how stupid it might sound. Thank You Lawrence for your patience and help. read more

Horrible!!!!! I had a problem with a phone that changed and took it to this store to return it and they gave it up for lost and they were charging me I was calling for long hours and they sent me to that store and the Manager only told me to call again where I had explained the same for two hours, and apparently the phone was delivered 2 months ago! Horrible Service and waste of time! read more

Possibly the worst store ever. First, if your representative is Ashley, immediately ask to work with another associate. We brought an old phone into the store for activation. Instead of activating that number she ported our number to a phone that would not arrive for 2 months. She then told us we could just use a temp number or not have a phone for two months (which makes no sense). It took us two days, multiple trips and phone calls to get this stuff straight. Drive the extra mile to avoid this place at all cost! If you must go, DO NOT USE ASHLEY. read more

NEVER EVER HAD GOOD EXPERIENCE HERE. There was one time the lady gave me a wrong date, so I missed the promotion of trade-in my iphone 6 for iphone 7. There was another time we wanted to transfer one phone number from Plan A to Plan B, then they transfered a wrong number... OMG AT&T can you do better customer service? Things like to walk every customer to the door does not really help customers to feel good if the system itself does not improve. read more

I don't really know how you review an AT&T store because I feel it just depends on who helps you that day. But on my one experience here, I walked in and it took about 10 minutes for anyone to acknowledge my presence, but didn't even ask if I needed help. When I was finally helped, I was given very few options and almost like a "WELP! Too bad for you!" attitude about my lost phone. When I communicated what another AT&T rep told me, I was basically told that we were both wrong. I left the store with little help and got everything I asked for when I called national AT&T. I didn't appreciate the service I received that visit. But this is not an authorized dealer, it's a full store if you need serious help with your phone or it needs to be repaired or sent in. I'm sure they can help you out here, although my needs weren't met. read more

I would say this is an average store but it really depends on who you get. Just a little tip for everyone coming here, I've been here once in the morning and once in the afternoon and not only did I get better service in the morning, but I didn't have to wait as long. I waited out infant before the store opened, there were 2 other people waiting as well but we got right in and taken are of right away. I've had people explain things to be a little better. My go to store is actually in the Towson Town mall, I think they're really the best. But I was in and out within 40 minutes I would say, and this was having to deal with my phone being stolen. I got a good associate but the woman behind me was not too thrilled with hers. I could hear her yelling. Not a bad store just go early if you can. read more

I have to agree with the other person. How do you write a review of an AT&T store. It depends on who is there. But I have been to this location 1/2 a dozen times and they are always slow whereas other locations are more attentive. The issue with fortune 500 companies and customer service is that they don't have to be good. We just don't go anywhere else. read more

This store does not know how to effectively and efficiently serve customers. During my hour long wait I notice all of the employees help people transfer data from one phone to the next. On the surface nothing is wrong with this but once the transfer starts why are the employees just sitting with the employees as they watch the download take place????!!!!! Why not help someone else while the downloads happens? The employee and the customer should not be staring at the progress bar on the phone like they are watching a football game. This is a waste of time and money for AT&T. read more

I bought a brand new phone from this store , There were some issues with the phone so i took it to the apple store, they said that Att and this particular store had sold me used phone. I was so disappointed . i called the store and ask to speak to manger . Manager was an asshole and rude, didn't even wanted to hear what i had to say. kept saying we can't do nothing , we can't do anything.. he was being so rude to me. I spend 1100 $ on iPhone x and these ass holes sold me used phone. And when you call them and ask them about it , they don't even want to hear u out. don't deal with this store, go somewhere else where you wont be cheated . i will never go there or talk to the ass hole manager. read more

I went there to switch my line. The staff was very friendly. Heidy makes the transfer easy and quick. I will definitely visit this ATT store again. read more

I visited this store because my I phone would not charge. I decided to add another telephone line to my family plan and to accommodate this I purchased another phone. I would take my I phone to Apple to check out later. At no time did I decide to change my existing plan but the young sales lady did so without telling me. She deactivated 5,000 plus of rollover data minutes and dropped my 3 GB plan to a 2GB plan. I did not find out until ATT began texting me that I was running out of minutes. Why would I lessen my plan with a I Phone and now a BlackBerry. The 3GB was a promo plan that I had for 10 months and now ATT does not offer it. I never intended to change my plan all I wanted was another line added to my existing line. CHECK whatever they do for you before leaving the store. read more

The worst experience ever with customer service in my life. 5th in line today for new iPhone 6 plus and they were all out when I got into the store. Then I had to look at a rep with terrible weave and tank top with tattoos and her panties showing!!! Just awful. Called the main office and one person said she wasn't surprised at that store!!!IOMG... read more

This store allowed somebody to come in and get to Iphone 5S and bill them to my account without any ID, It took me an entire day, 4 trips to other good ATT stores and 5 phone calls to ATT to finally get my phone turned back on. This store does not follow security procedures at all and I would not trust them with my account info for 1 second. read more

Some of the employees in this store (not all) are very unpleasant. Tried to get more info on getting a new phone and all the representative did was get smart and didn't provide any information. Wasn't the first time someone at this store acted this way towards a customer. read more
