Unsure wth what the heck is going on are they attempting to make me return to the most horrible WiFi Svcs ever none of my 9 devices remain connected I need to recv a ups bar code to return this useless piece of equipment as of this mo my Tmobile equipment will be returned to up's store with barcode they must email to me asap no more credits needed we are out! Period 3 calls in one mo as well as horrible history of multiple calls to Tmobile customer Svcs as of 3/20/25 it's a wrap for our family this is one of the worst WiFi connection that consistently drops I'm talking to the cus svc reps more than my immediate family, no more ppl bye& good so long! Nothing can be this terrible Verizon on the horizon more research will be done & none of my desktop attachment views doesn't wk or attachment views & slow slow 70-240 mbps out of my range. The associate Jasmine at the location - 9101 Alaking Ct Ste 200 Capitol Heights, MD 20743 United States - Is absolutely amazing! She took her time to go above and beyond with helping me start service, pick a phone, and transfer my former phone info to my current phone! She also did something I personally appreciated- when it was time for me to enter my social security information and Apple password she turned the computer/device to me and then she turned away until I was done entering my personal information!!! This was a major reason my visit was so much more enjoyable. Jasmine made me feel comfortable and that T-mobile is a trustworthy company with trustworthy and knowledgeable associates. An associate in Verizon failed to show that same privacy just minutes before my visit to T-Mobile, and until Jasmine displayed that awesome token of respect I hadn't even noticed! Great job Jas! Worst customer service. Store manager does not know how to do her job. Breanna needs further training as she doesn't even know how to confirm addresses and provide accurate information. Caused confusion and frustration for my husband then used a disrespectful tone after repeatedly providing incorrect information. I was able to have my problem fixed by customer service via phone who also said the information she provided was incorrect. I hope the manager finds a job that suits her skills as this job is not apart of her capabilities. read more

I visited this location on Friday to inquire about purchasing a device and line of service for my son's Christmas gift. Wilson F. greeted me pleasantly at the door and assisted me with finding the perfect gift. The device he suggested, an iPad, wasn't available in store. So Wilson placed the order for me, walked me through activation once it arrives, and assessed my account to insure I was getting the best pricing and deal possible. He also made sure I knew who he was in the event that anything goes wrong with the delivery of my product. Wilson also took the extra step of explaining the pricing schedule to me so that I wouldn't be confused or surprised by any details that followed. My experience was amazing and I feel like I have everything I need to make sure my son has an amazing Christmas. Thanks T-Mobile and thanks Wilson. This store is full of a bunch of losers. Especially, this new crew that arrived this last year. I went in the store today to ask a simple question about the best way to download pictures off my phone to my desktop. The guy that addressed immediately asked if I "had a mask." Mind you, I have a clear FACE SHIELD that I wear EVERYWHERE I go in terms of retail establishments. NEVER A PROBLEM. I told him what I have on is appropriate. I just had a quick question. He motioned be towards the door as if he couldn't ask my question because I had a FACE SHIELD on. How utterly ridiculous that as! Most establishments have signs that state you "MUST HAVE ON A FACE MASK OF FACE COVERING," which I did. I stopped going to this location because of the poor customer service. Then add insult to injury, they come off like I did something wrong. I could see if I HAD NO FACE COVERING ON, that would be a different story. Not to mention most places are relaxing the mask mandate anyway. SMH! THE BEST ASSOCIATE AT THIS LOCATION IS WILSON. ALWAYS PROFESSIONAL.
