Miguel was awesome! I had a big issue with headquarters customer service who screwed up royally and turned my phone off and could not figure it out for over 5 hours. I called miguel and he was sure he would fix my problem. I came to Sprint in largo and he fixed it in less than 15 minutes. The new management at this store is amazing. THANK YOU to whoever brought Miguel on this team. He is patient and professional. I have seen Sprint have poor customer service in the past 20 years. I went to HELL TODAY WITH HEADQUARTERS CUSTOMER SERVICE. THAT'S a shame hwadquarter made the mistake and could not fix it. This place has NO customer service!! I was there on a Sunday for 3 hours trying to have a broken phone repaired. They were unable to fix my phone and told me my only option was to have a replacement shipped to them which would arrive Tuesday afternoon. I arrived at the store right before the techs closed at 6pm on Tuesday (I was never told that the tech dept did not have the same hours as the store at any time on Sunday or when I chatted with Sprint tech support online Saturday) anyway, the technician that was there was polite and was willing to stay and process my replacement even though I was technically late, but was unable to because the phone was not there! I was told I would need to just try back the next day. At this point I was without a phone for 4 days and I use my phone for work so that is unacceptable. I tried to call on Wednesday so I didnt have to waste any more time rushing to the store (which is not close to me or my job) and the phone wasn't answered after 5 attempts. I called the customer service line to see if they could at least let me know if my replacement phone arrived, but they didn't know and told me that I should just keep calling the store. I have been wanting to switch from Sprint for some time now and thanks to this store I am now more motivated than ever!!!! read more

The most ghetto store ever!!! The representatives and Manager don't have a clue about what's going on with Sprint policies. Mariam is the worst. She screwed my order up and had me waiting for 30 minutes while she tried to fix it. And the representative on the phone wasn't any better. SPRINT IS THE WORST!!! Customer service is horrible. Customers should be greeted upon entry. There shouldn't be 3 staff members talking in the back of the store without saying "Hello, I will be with you in a few moments". Poor customer service,. I will never shop at The Boulvard. read more

I only give one star at all because the store is at least clean. Appointments mean nothing, I waited almost an hour just to pick up a replacement phone despite having an "appointment". I've always avoided this location because I heard the service is awful, and now I know. Will not be coming back to this location. Just inexcusable. read more

What on earth are the previous reviewer's talking about this is the best sprint store in PG County I have been to quite a few and this is the best I've never had any problems that is always overly friendly and willing to help sure if there are a lot of people you are going to have to wait I mean it's a phone store after all just be patient relax go watch a movie while they fix your phone and everything will be fine read more

I must say that I had the best experience at this store. My sister and I went here to join the sprint network from AT&T. Not only did we have to port lines but we had to add lines because we were joining our families on one cell phone plan. Originally we got Fancy who was good, but the Store Manager took over. Kaiser is the absolute best!!!! He was very patient and took his time taking care of our every need. He broke everything down so that there would be no surprises and met every need we had. Even after we left the store that night, we have been in constant contact with him and he handles everything like a pro. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone who ask. The customer service in the entire store was phenomenal!! I mean what can I say....This will forever be my Sprint store!!! read more

Should be zero stars but that's not an option. Went in to replace a broken phone. I was told since i was a customer for 14 years they would take care of me.I picked out a phone, he gave me 2, was told it was a special buy one get one free. He went and got 2 phone cases, 2 screen protectors, a small wireless speaker, and headphones and said it was a thank you for being a long term multi line customer. When I asked for a receipt, he said they dont give receipts, I will get it on my sprint acct.. Found out the next day they changed my plan, added a phone line for the FREE phone, and I was being charged 36.00$ a month for 12 months for the FREE accessories. I went back the next day and they basically told me tough shit. Have talked to sprint corporate and they have been very helpful but said this is a private store and only they can remove the charges, but they refuse so I have filed a complaint with the bbb. read more
